A dramatic scene unfolded in a Massachusetts courtroom Thursday after a jury acquitted one man accused in a quadruple murder trial and deadlocked over another.

The execution-style killings of three adults and a toddler had become known as the “Mattapan Massacre,” Boston’s Fox 25 reported.

Court officers restrained two women who rushed forward to the defendants’ table, screaming after the verdict was announced.

I saw two BLACK defendants who were acquitted of murdering Four BLACK PERSONS.
But I don’t see any BLACK AGITATOR (ie) Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and others going there to claim for the lynching of the Murderers.
Neither do I see Mr. Obama, stating that he would like to have a son like the murdered child.
He wouldn’t dare, because the BLACK PANTHERS WOULD HUNT HIM DOWN

The only person who was actually involved in the murders and is already doing time for his involvement in the murders is also the Prosecution’s star witness. He got a sweetheart deal of no more than 18-years in prison with multiple opportunities to be paroled many years sooner, as opposed to Life with no parole, to plead guilty and then testify against the other two. Considering the ‘community’ where this happened and is still happening I would have to say that the guy that pleaded guilty was dumber than a box of rocks and his dump-truck Public Defender attorney is dumber than a sack of hammers.

Remember, a criminal jury is made up of your ‘peers’ — and in that neighborhood most of your ‘peers’ are bound to be either mortally afraid of you or just. like. you. They hate snitches and they hate the Poh-leece. They be keepin’ it real.

Meanwhile, there were no “White Hispanic” people involved in the “cold blooded” murders of the toddler child, his mother, and the other two victims so there is no racism involved — therefore, Minister Farrakhan, Reverend Jesse, Reverend Al, and all the other race-baiting media attention wh0res will be staying in Florida for the foreseeable future.

The Draconian gun laws in this state make it very difficult for law-abiding citizens to secure a firearm (never mind obtaining a carry permit – which is at the discretion of your chief of police). However, criminals have no problem getting a gun, just like in Chicago and DC.

The liberal judges and legislators often cut loose these fine, upstanding, young men who are ‘turning their lives around’. Problem is, they are repeat offenders and go out and hurt or kill innocent people. The victim’s blood is on the hands of our corrupt judges, DA’s, and politicians. But as usual, gun violence will be targeted as the problem and used as an excuse for more regulations and laws by Deval Patrick and his ilk.

So I guess they’ll have a million-hoodie march tomorrow in Boston led by Sharpton, Jackson and the rest of the race-baiters demanding justice. No? Oh they’re tied up right now demanding justice for one bIack kid who was shot by a Hispanic guy, that the press keeps calling white, instead of being concerned about just another daily occurrence of bIack on bIack crime, in this case the execution-style killings of three adults and a toddler. One feeds an agenda the other doesn’t, that’s how they prioritize the value of a persons death.

I don’t know any of the facts of this case. The video shown here is the first I heard of it. So with that said I want to address the reactions by the family. I understand their heart break here and in other cases where a defendant is acquitted of the charges.

But sometime the innocent are just that, innocent. If this man was found innocent on 9 counts, something was wrong with the evidents. What I am struck by here and in other cases, is how sure the family is that the one arrested and charged is guilty, regardless of the evidents.

We need to remember that the verdict choices are guilty or not guilty. A not guilty verdict does not mean the jury deems the defendant innocent; it means the jury did not believe the prosecutor met the burden of proof required for a guilty verdict (beyond reasonable doubt in criminal cases).

My heart goes out to the victims’ family members and pray they find the comfort and peace that only God can provide.

Right, the system worked to free more criminals to murder again. I guess the murderers didn’t leave a confession video at the scene for the police to hand over to the prosecution, so the jury believed the laywer’s version that space aliens were more likely to have committed the murders

Notice all the added security on hand, for the reading of the verdict?
The judge knew how these folks were going to react, so the judged prepared well.

Does this make the judge racist or guilty of profiling? No, it does not.
The judge was basing the need for added security, on past experiences.

People need to learn how to behave, in a courtroom. There’s no place for outbursts and violence, in a courtroom.

People need to learn how to dress properly, for the courtroom. There’s no place for cleavage, tube tops, printed T-Shirts, or logo-wear, in a courtroom.
