Drunk Dude: I Stole Ambulance Because, Hey, I Needed a Ride

HAZARD, Ky. (AP/The Blaze) — A man in eastern Kentucky charged with stealing an ambulance says he just needed a ride home.

The culprit, looking pretty dopey intoxicated, appears below.

Drunk Dude: I Stole Ambulance Because, Hey, I Needed a Ride

A Perry County ambulance crew was inside a hospital in Hazard for only a few minutes Friday night and left the keys in the ignition. WYMT-TV reports that when they came out, the vehicle was gone.

City Police Sgt. Randy Napier says an off-duty Kentucky State Police detective saw the ambulance being driven erratically pulled it over.

Napier says 26-year-old Shane Hale told the detective he only needed a ride home and was going to call the ambulance service the next day and report where the vehicle was. Hale was jailed on DUI and other charges.

    Why would you ever admit to being an Obama voter? I’d be interested in knowing why you did such a dumb thing. Aren’t you remorseful at all? I hope you are reformed by now and have seen the error of your ways. The fact is that most of the left do think they have a right to whatever they need–only they call them entitlements. If you aren’t one of them then that makes you the exception to the rule, but there really aren’t too many liberal exceptions out there. Most liberals are of the same mold just as most conservatives are too. You see, you all are of the broken mold and conservatives are of the good mold. If you don’t like hearing this stuff then I would think you would hang out somewhere else where there are other misfortunates like yourself. No matter where you go you will find idiotic statements. For instance, you admitting you were an Obama voter. That is pretty idiotic.

    Micheal Moore say the ambulance company doesn’t really own the ambulance. It’s a resource we all own. I can only hope some drunk is borrowing it when he has his massive stroke, or is choking to death on a turkey drumstick.
