Easy To Shoot From Peanut Gallery: Chris Christie Answers Giuliani Snowstorm Criticism

    Christie shows the difference between leadership and efficient management and showboating by others. When did it become essential – and to the media mandatory for politicians – to “be present” when bad, challenging, difficult things happen? The job of a governor is to put in place an organization structure that shares his vision and hold them accountable for performing. That is in large part what good leaders do! As someone said in the clip, this was not a nuclear attack, it was a snowstorm for crying out loud! Christie is right, Guliani is wrong. The media as usual is wrong. Good to see Halperin man up and admit he was wrong!

    Doesn’t this show true leadership….having a plan in place….surrounding your self with good people, give the right people the mission, stand back and let them do their job. If they don’t do a good job fire them and get someone who will. These so called commentators are just trying to find the negative and not positive….this blonde dorky female has no idea how to manage anything, even her own mouth. The dude set with his arms folded on his chest….High & mighty arrogance at it’s finest . Mr. Christie gave a promise to many and because of his leadership abilities was able to keep his promise. He is the start of the downfall of Political Correctness…..

    The job got done, that should be what’s important. What does it matter where the Governor was, he got the job done whether he was at his desk on in Florida. How could he fly back to NJ if the airports were shut down or flights delayed. What is wrong with people? Doesn’t anyone have any common sense anymore?

      Common sense? well thankfully plenty of Americans still have some common sense but you won’t find it with the liberal Democrats, their minds have become so vile full of hatred rotting in perversion accepting that which is an abbomanation as a normal way of life , accusing innocent people in order to tear them down in an effort to destroy them, they haven’t the brainset to realize they are the evil ones. and if they continue down the path they are on then they are widening the road to hell. Gov. Christie has shown more common sense than any politician in modern day time, America needs more men that has the ba-ls tostand up for what is right and not cave in to the media demons, Rudy has burried his chance of ever becoming president in my opinion, I can understand if Gov. Christie dosen’t want to run for the office of president although i wish he would and a Christie/Bauchman ticket does sound good to me, Gov. Christie please be assure you are loved by millions of Americans those that do have some common sense

    Ol’ Comrades Meekasha and Joe-Vlad Coffee were not worried that the huge snowstorm in liberal la-la land(aka the NE) would overwhelm la-la land and HO-mama was in Hawaii eating snow-cones ,golfing and surfing.and was in no hurry to return and command the snow to stop falling.
    Maybe there were no snow-storms in DC since it’s in the tropic.
    IMO, the governor kicked their collectivist you know what and made them look like the foolish comrades they are.
    They were expecting him to go on the defensive and jibba-jabb blahblah blah like many cojones-less republicans.
    They got (comie partisans)ran over by an A1M1
    As for Rudy, run again Rudy run again Rudy and again and again.

    I really like this guy we need more leaders who prepare, keep commitments and do not shrink to political correctness. He has my vote for president but I believe him when he says he was elected Governor and will not go off and campaign for President. I for one would not jump on the bandwagon of criticism if he changed his mind and decided we need his leadership at the top office. We sure need capable leadership like his at the top and therefore I will be going with Mitt Romney who has a proven record of fixing problems and getting things done.

      Shoot, if Aunite was not a member of HO-mama’s family, she would have already been shipped back on a slow boat to Kenya.when she faced the judge the 2nd time around.
      Ho-mama told the judge who had once before told the authorities to ship back Auntie(HO-mama was then just a community organizer Senator) not to rule Auntie be returned this 2nd time Or Else.

      Gov. Christie had a PLAN and that plan was executed PERFECCTLY. The best part of it all was that it worked EXACTLY as it was supposed to. Christie, with the concurrance of the LtGOV, delegate his AUTHORITY to the Speaker of the House, A DEMOCRAT, none the less, who accepted that great responsibility. At no time did Gov. Christie abroogate his RESPONSIBILITY and ACCOUNTABILITY to the citizens of NJ. The acting Gov. had all the authority necessary to perform in his role, but Christie was ALWAYS accountable. For this he is to commended. Well done,

      @DAVELEEANDER,
      Dave, first off I would like to reassure you that I am not a leftie. Although I used to be a Democrat. My post regarding the title of this article was intended as a humorous, satirical poke at the progressive logic (or lack thereof). Sadly, things in Lib-land have gotten to be so absurd that the line between humor and reality haven’t become merely blurred, but are now completely indistinguishable! Insane accusations from foam-mouthed progressives have gotten to be so common that its understandable how one could mistake a tongue-in-cheek comment for the feverish rantings of a “leftie”.

      This now concludes my comment.

      Right now, I want anyone that can beat Obama in 2012 first and foremost. Second, I want someone who has proven executive experience with successful results. Romney fits both of those criteria for me the best. Romney is leading in many polls also. I would like to him as President and Christie as VP. My thinking there is that strategically it can be a HUGE momentum booster if you win NJ because the other states wait to see which lead dog comes out of the pack, like Florida. You win NJ and Florida, you have good momentum and a great chance to win it all. Many already see that the current emperor has no cloths on, but the incumbents have familiarity on their side which for many Americans is hard to wean.

      Saying what needs to be said is this guy’s trademark. That is EXACTLY how you govern and lead. In the USMC, we didn’t worry about your damn feelings when preparing for war, we just worried about winning and keeping our dumb asses alive. Once you get past the politics and “offensive language” you actually see the message given and understand its intent. Liberals are pandering once again to the people of this country by trying to cast blame and labels on conservatives with no evidence and really no reason other than to garner support. Liberals are do nothing empty suits with the skill of useless persuasion and teflon politics. Chris Christie is awesome and should be an example on how to fight the hard fight in the face of immense ignorance. Also, I love how he goes on MSNBC and shuts those idiots up every time he visits. This just shows that he is willing to go into the lion’s den and debate anything he has done to moronic liberal pundits that have virtually no experience and no common sense. I would easily vote for Christie for President as he would piss off the right people and support the willing and deserving. This guy could have led Marines in battle since he gets it.
