Economic Terrorism: Was the 2008 Collapse Intentional?

The 2008 financial crisis was one of the worst the U.S. has ever seen. It was the culmination of several factors including poor investments, government intervention and crony capitalism. However, the confluence of these events has prompted some analysts to ask, “Was the 2008 collapse intentional?”

“The Pentagon released information that they had received a report — right after 2008 — that [the collapse] may be ‘economic terrorism,’” Glenn Beck said on his radio show.

“And then [the Pentagon report] was released to the public I think in 2011 (maybe late 2010?), and I wondered, ‘Why was this held? Who released it? Why did they release it at that time?’And we talked about it, I said, ‘I think this is a sign somebody in the pentagon wants somebody to know what is really, possibly happening here.”

Was the 2008 economic crash intentional? Is the U.S. the target of “economic terrorism”?

Kevin Freeman, the author of the aforementioned Pentagon report and Secret Weapon: How Economic Terrorism Brought Down the U.S. Stock Market and Why It can Happen Again, joined Glenn Beck to discuss what might have really happened back in 2008.

“There are others like George Soros that may be involved in this,” Beck said.

Who else may be involved in this supposed “economic terrorism”?

“Islamic terrorists,” Freeman said, “Osama Bin Laden has, or did, say forever, ‘Our intention is to attack the U.S. economic system. We know the cracks in the system like the lines in our own hand.’ That’s why they hit the World Trade Center towers. It was an attack on the economy as much as it was an attempt to kill people.”

“And it goes back even before that,” Freeman added. “The founder of the Muslim brotherhood created Sharia compliant finance and he termed it ‘financial jihad’ or ‘jihad with money.’”

“Boy man, I’m so glad to meet you Kevin, because we started looking into Sharia financing and there are hedge funds, gigantic hedge funds, that are all based in Sharia financing here in the United States and they’ve got some suspicious characters around them. Would you know anything about them or do you agree with that?” Beck asked.

“I do know something about them,” Freeman answered.

Watch Beck unravel some of the troubling circumstances surrounding the 2008 collapse:

Freeman went on to say that the odds of hedge funds like Bear Sterns “suddenly” collapsing the way that they did in 2008 were so low that it raises suspicions.

“Bear Stearns had some financial problems, but that panic caused the stock price to collapse,” he said.

Freeman also said that if America was under an attack of “economic terrorism,” it would have to happen in three phases (via glennbeck.com):

First, there is an attack on energy prices.

“That weakened our economy so substantially because people had a choice between paying their mortgages or paying their gas bill,” Freeman said.

“Phase 2 was the bear raids [it's like a bank run, but for stocks]. That panicked everybody out of the stock market,” he added.

The third phase, Freeman said, was an attack on currency and credit rating — much like what is happening in Greece.

Because the discussion was so important and the implications of “economic terrorism” so great, Beck invited Freeman back on the show to continue their dialogue.

“Do you feel you have a culprit? Or is it a little bit of all of them?” Beck asked Freeman during a GBTV interview.

“It seems like they were all aware or in on it,” Freeman said.

“Russia had approached the Chinese to destroy Fannie and Freddie. And so they seem like they were aware of what was taking place. And certainly Iran and Venezuela and Chavez and Ahmadinejad were celebrating when the market went down. And Bin Laden said — repeatedly! – ‘attacking the U.S. economy is our most important target by all possible means.”

“When I was first talking about this perfect storm (this was about 8 years ago or so) and I said, ‘There’s going to come a time when then the enemies of this country are not coordinated, they’ll just see opportunity,’” Beck said. “Somebody will start something or there will be an unraveling somewhere and that’s when multiple enemies of the country will say, ‘Go! Now! Now! Now! Now!’”

“Is it possible that this is what this is? That these people are dog-piling because they see a huge opportunity?” Beck asked.

“That’s how it works in the stock market,” Freeman answered. “If you see a stock going down, then people will pile in and since it was a financial attack that is very likely.”

“Somebody was actually making bogus shares of Bear Stearns, they were selling shares that didn’t exist,” Beck said.

“Right,” Freeman said, “That’s naked short selling.”

The term “short sale” refers to a type of bet investors can make in the financial markets when they believe a stock or bond will fall, reports Annalyn Censky. It becomes “naked” when the seller makes the bet without having the goods to back it up.

“Last night…you talked about three phases and you said we were in phase three,” Beck said later in the interview. “Do you want to go through these phases?”

“Sure, let’s explain those three phases. And these, again, may not have been coordinated. These may be by different actor at various points, but it’s all intended negatively against the United States,” Freeman responded.

No. The Feds track all those transfers by acting as an ACH clearing house and they have further tracking capabilities authorized by the Patriot Act.

What we should be asking is who in our government are traitors. Well, Bush, Obama, and everyone surrounding them are traitors. The people they appointed are traitors. Especially Timothy Geithner and Ben Bernanke.

The Feds know where the MF Global money is, too. They track ALL those transfers.

Don’t forget about Rep. Paul Kanjorksi, PA assertion of an electronic run on the bank days after the collapse:
On Thursday Sept 15, 2008 at roughly 11 AM The Federal Reserve noticed a tremendous draw down of money market accounts in the USA to the tune of $550 Billion dollars in a matter of an hour or two. Money was being removed electronically.

As I understand it..Elena Kegan..Obama’s appointee for Supreme Court Justice was responsible for getting the banks Sharia Compliant..Remember that they received 700 billion in TARP? The banks pay 2.5 % for every investment which goes to Islamic organizations..and are fined 7% if they break one Sharia Law. Also I understand that 100 million was funded to terrorist organizations through the AIG bailout. We really are being taken over from within and we are keeping our military busy overseas and giving money to Israel’s enemies..We had had secular dictators propped up in the ME who were friends to us and Israel..But to my understanding. the current Pres along with Hilary partnered with the Muslim Brotherhood here and the ME and helped the paid rebels to take them out..THe secular dictators allowed Christians to exist there.,now they are rounding them up and shooting them in the head. Who paid the rebels? Was it our tax dime or was it Soros? Check out the Rose Revolution in Georgia to see how fancy George works.

Interesting use of the date 2008, like the financial meltdown didn’t actually occur under Bush Jr., as did the bank bailout and the factors that caused the economic crisis. If an individual and the interviewer can’t even by honest about the what occurred when, than anything they say after that is suspect at best.

Yes it was and the government knows it, this is why they had no compunctions about spending money to replace, bailout out and to help out a country hit by an intentional cyber attack on this countries stock market. Now because of that spending they have created another problem or even fulfilled what the first problem intended. The dominoes are falling but in slow mo.

City Of London has absolute control of oil prices. Look at prices still going up, despite plenty of supply being reported. There is no reason to be here at $ 100. It’s pretty simple really, you create a commodity the whole world needs to function, then you create a chokepoint (City OF London/NYMEX) to control the price and you can control the world economy with very few players involved.

I recall in 2006/2007 remarking to a friend at work “Man, it seems like the media is TRYING to induce economic panic”, based on how they were reporting things. “Today economic growth slowed to only a 5.4% increase!“ or ”Unemployment numbers not what expected, hovering at a dangerous 4% with potential to rise!” and other propaganda type wording.

This is bigger than foreign powers here kids, there was collusion to bring this to a collapse that seems to have spanned the entirety of the Left who are in power and media. And I’m not excluding the GOP from this, since many of them are on the Left as well.

@ashes, I agree with you 100%. I was shocked at how fast this administration threw Mubarak to the wolves. I bet Mubarak NEVER expected the MB to take the white house. What shocks me is to see the arsenal the MB’s now have in Egypt. The rows and rows of M-1 tanks. The f16′s, black hawks, Apaches. Combine that with what the MB has access to in Lybia combined with Iran‘s proxy’s (Hamas, Hesbollah) and I am ver worried about Israel. I think the plan of the MB (and the fear of Israel) is to have an Israeli population so terrified they start leaving and investment starts drying up. That I believe is the real end game of a Nuke Iran. I was shocked to hear the stance change in our Gov regarding the Muslim Brotherhood. They are suddenly okeedokee moderate group who are a hope of stability in the ME. Never mind our destruction is in their charter. Why is our FBI not doing something about people like Huma Weiner (Hillary’s staff woman) who has blatant family ties to the MB? Why is our leadership not fulfilling their oaths to our constitution? It is appalling how little these generals and Senators etc roll over to the winning side and flush any sense of duty or honor sown the toilet. I suggest you consult a calendar. George W. Bush left office January 20, 2009. These happenings were almost all on his watch regardless of who is responsible. Even though Bush was the one trying to (weakly) reign in Fannie and Freddie, he did not shout fire as he should have.

The prime cause of all of this is social/economic justice (no income verification loans) perpetrated on the public through Fannie, Freddie and the big investment banks who took their knowing wink from the everyone- deserves-a-house federal government and ran with it. Read Gretchen Morgenson of the New York Times (hate the paper, love her work). She has written about it all objectively with great accuracy and substantiation.

@SEPARATENOW A) Consult my text as I indicated they all occurred under his watch and Bush Jr. is responsible. B) Your Freddie and Fannie Mae argument is as superficial as when Rush promotes it. Wall Street investment banks created mortgage back securities to avoid banking regulations and underwriting standards relative to mortgages. AIG created credit default swaps guaranteeing these securities to avoid insurance regulations relative to reserve requirements. When the inevitable happened and the mortgages went belly up, a good number of which being held by speculators not poor people, AIG could not pay the guarantees due to lack of capital. The investment bankers and AIG knew exactly what they were doing and created both vehicles. If the securities were so solid the AIG portion would have been unnecessary. They manufactured the fake guarantees to obtain sell what they knew was trash.

      @JRook,

“Wall Street investment banks created mortgage back securities to avoid banking regulations and underwriting standards relative to mortgages.”

Banks were always allowed to hold mortgage backed securities, both prior to and after the partial repeal of Glass-Steagall.

See here, from Tom Woods’ book, Rollback.

      Page 57

“The Glass-Steagall Act of 1933 consisted of four basic provisions that combined to erect a wall between commercial and investment banking. First, it prohibited banks from underwriting or dealing in securities, apart from essentially riskless government-issued or government-backed securities. The prohibition on “dealing” in securities meant that banks could not acquire securities for the purpose of selling them, but they could acquire them to hold because they believed them to be good investments; banks could later sell them when they concluded they were no longer good investments or when they siply needed cash. Second, securities firms could not take deposits. The remaining two provisions prevented banks even from being affiliated with firms whose main function was to underwrite or deal in securities.

Commercial banks continue to operate under the same Glass-Steagall restrictions that have existed since 1933.”

All of this recent hype about economic terrorism is simply to derail your attention on the real problem, the Central Bankers i.e. The Federal Reserve, Bank of England. Glenn Beck is a misinformant! The Bretton Woods Agreement makes the Federal Reserve Note (the dollar) the world’s reserve currency. The most important part of this agreement is that “all countries that participated in the agreement have pegged the value of their currency to the U.S. Dollar.” Simply put, If the Dollar crashes, their currency will crash as well, thus, the world would collapse! Additionally, Russia and China trade with the U.S. as well as depend on the U.S. to purchase their goods and services. This guy claiming this crap as well as Glenn have an agenda to derail you from the real problem and truth. Ask yourself this question, why Glenn and his posse have the hatred for Ron Paul (whom knows that the real enemy, the real person behind the curtain of Oz, is the Central Banking System), yet through 2008 – 2010 on his Fox News show and radio show said Glenn repeatedly praised Paul saying Ron Paul is the closest thing to a founding father we have! Nothing changes when we elect the same corrupt politicians year after year. The American people should wake up — we get the government we deserve.

      Example:

Maybe it‘s something related to the upcoming ex-wife interview?

Newt Gingrich was under FBI investigation for bribery

Little known to the American public Newt Gingrich and his then wife Marianne were the subject of a US Justice Department criminal investigation in the late 1990s involving a $10 million bribe of the world’s largest private arms dealer, Sarkis Soghanalia.

Unaware that Soghanalian was an FBI informant, it is alleged that Marianne Gingrich whilst working for the Israel Export Development Corporation (IEDC) tried to facilitate a bribe to the tune of $10 million so that her husband could use his influence to lift the arms embargo against Iraq in order for Soghanalian to collect an outstanding payment of $54 million from Saddam Hussein.

But I do find it odd that after saying that Ron Paul REALLY knows economics, the very thing that makes Ron Paul knowledgeable in this area, Austrian Economics, does not get a lot of coverage here on The Blaze.

I know that some of the staff prefer the Chicago school of Economics, a la Milton Friedman, which believes there is a role for central banks – just not in the hands of a private business.

As you note, of course, central banking, itself, was the cause of the housing bubble and collapse, and continues to destroy our economy, today.

I should qualify this by saying that the method by which central banks destroy economies is through artificial credit expansion – which can, and has, occured without a central bank, with similar but limited effects.

This cannot happen in a precious metal economy, however, because it is extremely difficult to inflate the supply.

In view of 9/11 and what has transpired since..please take special note of David Rockefellers statement
The New World Order is said to control supranational and global organizations such as the European Union, United Nations, World Bank, International Monetary Fund and the proposed North American Union. The term gained popularity following its use in the early 1990s, first by President George H. W. Bush when he referred to his “dream of a New World Order” in his speech to the United States Congress on September 11, 1990, and second by David Rockefeller in a statement to the United Nations Business Council in September 1994, sometimes cited as evidence that the New World Order had a motive for carrying out the September 11, 2001, attacks:

“We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis and the nations will accept the New World Order.”[2]

Man you guys are suckers! This whole story is promotion for a book that was just published three days ago:

      http://www.amazon.com/dp/B006R6Z1QY/ref=rdr_kindle_ext_tmb

Somebody is selling books, and you are buying the hype. There’s the link. Go buy it and make this author some dough.

The lede says the Pentagon released the information “right after 2008.” I’d like for you to find proof of that, but I can’t (and I‘ll admit I’m wrong if you can). Then it goes on to say, “And then [the Pentagon report] was released to the public I think in 2011 (maybe late 2010?)…” I can’t find any reference to that either. Wouldn’t that have been news then? That terrorists brought down the economy according to a “Pentagon Report?” Nobody reported on that? Seriously?

This book was published three day ago though, and suddenly all this is a “Pentagon study”? And it was “released” but nobody has heard of it before today?

No, sorry suckers, this is some guy trying to sell books, advertising it as something commissioned and authorized by the Pentagon.

You guys will believe anything. Pathetic.

In Addition, I think that maybe China, Russia, and the Soros’ type, indirectly, took advantage of the Gov’ts incompetency and failure. Thus, exacerbating the bubble and creating a more significant burst. However, as Glenn is praising this author who is parroting OBL and Muslim Brotherhood, who is our enemies ally? In other words, since Obl’s next target was the economy, who helped CREATE the atmosphere to allow that to happen? Letting your guard down will always invite attack. Its time to withdraw to playing defense, instead of offense. Regroup. Restore the constitution, shut down the weak jihadist offensive, and expose the domestic treasonist insiders.

The way the Establishment is behaving is similar to a Kamakazi approach.

Have plenty of neighbors and coworkers in the middle class that borrowed for homes they couldn’t afford, bought motorcycles, boats, jet skis, atvs, went on lavish vacations and dined out 5 nights a week. This happened all over the country. So we have 50 million or so people in the middle class with 500k to a million in debt. No terrorism

      @UNIX

I’m not laughing. My wife, her dad, & I know this to be true.

I’ve “caught” several people monitoring us…

*Portland airport: walked passed a man on an earpiece, he said, “I have him”. I stopped, turned, then he said, “he made me” and left.

*my father-in-laws’ rural property: we heard a voice/radio response on the edge of the clearing. I went to the window, turned on the light, then off, then another voice/radio response, then every subtle movement.

*Walmart: always a single person “shopping” with one or no items in hand that follow us throughout the store. Then always somebody watching us when we walk to the car. Always shorthaired “military type” with sunglasses.

*School: same profile, outside my class everyday before & after class. I finally walked straight for him, he abrubtly left…never came back.
And, always “former” military guys befriend me quickly. I have long hair now, so it doesn’t fit.

*Disneyland, the rifle range, even here in our condo complex…WAY too many incidents. This only happened after watching Glenn’s program, getting on conservative political sites, NRA sites, gun sites, anti-Islam/Jihad sites, etc. NONE of the sites promote civil disobedience or violence of any kind.

The only place we feel relatively safe is in church (I’m not a particularly “good” Christian by any stretch).

Your post is the only “logical” one. We know we will be imprisoned or die. We’re not even activists!

Why are people just realizing it now? Yes, it’s very obvious, considering the timing and who benefitted immediately and overwhelmingly. Nevertheless, as we can see here, everyone sees it through the lenses of their own pet ideology. The leftists continue to think their people are the ‘good guys’ who benefitted not from manipulation, but because Bush was ‘evil’. Then there are the Ron Paul followers and NWO conspiracy theorists who believe that only they know the truth and only they can make things right. Finally there are those of us who smelled a rat when it happened and are glad that someone has confirmed our intuition.

SeperateNow- Ron Paul supporters, i.e. teapartiers, can‘t understand how somebody who follows Glenn Beck can so easily be misled by the media as to Ron Paul’s beliefs.

Example: In the last debate, watch the youtube video of Ron Paul’s responses to the Fox News hosts. In practically EVERY one, he has to start by correcting the Fox people as to his record. You’ll note: They do NOT counter him.

I ask you to ask yourself this: Did it drive you crazy to hear the media tell you about Glenn Beck, when his show was on Fox? Did you want to yell at the tv, because you saw how they would clip his videos to make him sound how they wanted to, which was crazy?

Did that bother you at all?

Now: You’re listening to them tell you about Ron Paul. But this time, it includes Fox. You probably really, really trust Fox. And that’s great for them.

I am glad for you though, that it gets you all giddy to keep repeating their lies, and you get to name call a group of people who, you think, you disagree with.

I realize that it’s hard to see through the prism that the media creates. Especially when you’re trapped in the “Internet Bubble”, probably using Google, Bing, or Yahoo as your main search providers. Hey, for kicks, look up the “Internet Bubble”.

You might have some trouble finding it, depending on your search engine. Glenn talked about it once, too…

Another conspiracy theory. Just sayin’. You see, whenever someone tries to tell what’s causing things to happen or why something happened, it’s always labeled a conspiracy theory. Conspiracy happens all to often.
No one wants to believe that the so called ‘jews’ are behind a lot of it as well. Going to war with Iran is for their benefit. Listen to the words of Revelation 3 and think about it. Especially verse 9.

8‘I know your deeds. Behold, I have put before you an open door which no one can shut, because you have a little power, and have kept My word, and have not denied My name. 9‘Behold, I will cause those of the synagogue of Satan, who say that they are Jews and are not, but lie—I will make them come and bow down at your feet, and make them know that I have loved you. 10‘Because you have kept the word of My perseverance, I also will keep you from the hour of testing, that hour which is about to come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth. 11‘I am coming quickly; hold fast what you have, so that no one will take your crown. 12‘He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he will not go out from it anymore; and I will write on him the name of My God, and the name of the city of My God, the new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God, and My new name. … … Notice the Jews he’s talking to are CHRISTIAN Jews. Gentiles were grafted onto that tree as other branches were cut off.

The expression “synagogue of Satan” is present even in the koine Greek text, but also NASB, NIV, KJV and others. Good Biblical interpretation demands that scripture be balanced with other scripture. As we read the epistles, we see that there was then, as there is now, a strong movement to make Christians be more Jewish. Judaised Gentiles who got into legalism and away from grace are believed to be those to whom Christ was making reference here, those who were pushing for the anti-gospel of works righteousness. Replacement theology must exclude other passages of scripture to stand and falls short of taking “the full council of the word of God.”

conspiracy is just planning trickery and deceit behind closed doors, which is just common practice. Of coarse the’re going to deny it, the’re in the full force of “the plan”. Of coarse they set out to confuse the public, if the public was aware of what is going on, they wouldn’t succeed.

So we the public have to use our brains, get out of denial, pay attention and put 2 and 2 together, because if we wait for them to grow a conscience, we will be slaves 4 ever.

They simply put the burden of “proof” on the public. Well how can the average citizen prove what they have billions or trillions of dollars to enforce and protect?

Many have called what happened in 2008 “The Perfect Storm.” Well, it was indeed a perfect storm that had all the earmarks of being perfectly planned. This country has been deconstructed and piece by piece it has been demoralized and disorganized. This chaos will be remedied as the pieces will be put back together and reorganized into a form that will be unrecognizable. The language to describe the country will remain the same and people will talk about privacy, democracy, freedom, capitalism, patriotism and the rest, but the meanings of those words will be quite different from what they were.

First, you create a global labor market. Doing so, you open new markets, such as China and India. Thus, you have more people to sell to, and, if done properly, lots of low-cost laborers, reducing your labor costs while getting rid of lots of pesky employees and the expensive annoyances they have become accustomed to, like benefits. You accomplish the quadruple-dip of wealth creation, suppress domestic wages, thwart inflation, and add new customers, all while side-stepping labor and environmental laws. The only drawback to this scenario is that by suppressing wages, people have less money to spend on your products and services. However, if you could achieve easy credit, you could maintain or increase spending levels. Further, if you have a nice, costly war, you pump vast amounts of governmental money into the economy. Take all this together, and you have two or three decades of what used to be called “unconscionable profits.” You don’t hear that phrase anymore because we as a society have agreed that there is no such thing it is now a part of our culture that the more you can grab the better.

So have you dad enough of the usurper Obama’s seditious insurmountable debt yet?

Obama’s Kenyan father precludes his eligibility for failing to be a natural born citizen i.e., born in the US to TWO US citizen parents. The Constitution, Art. 2, Sec. 1, states “No person except a natural born citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible … .”

Exempting a “citizen” from being a “natural born citizen” proves they aren’t equal, or no exemption was needed. If they are not equal, then a natural born citizen must be either less than or greater than a citizen. Being a citizen is obviously a component of being a natural born citizen, so a natural born citizen is not less than a citizen. Therefore a natural born citizen must be greater than a citizen.

The pertinent minimal requirement for citizenship at the time was one born in the US to a US citizen parent, leaving just one possibility. Only US birth to US citizen parents (plural) is greater, thus defining a natural born citizen!

This was confirmed by; the 3rd Congress, “An act to establish an uniform rule of Naturalization; and to repeal the act heretofore passed on that subject,” 1/29/1795; 14th Amendment framer Rep. John Bingham; Supreme Court ruling in Minor v. Happersett, 1874; Senate Res. 511, 4/3/08; and expert opinion of constitutional scholars such as Dr. Herb Titus.

Glenn Beck won’t let TheBlaze report on multiple challenges to Obama’s 2012 candidacy being raised before state election or other commissions in Georgia, Tennessee, Arizona, Illinois, New Hampshire and other states. The cases in GA have been accepted by the judge and will proceed.

Glenn doesn‘t understand the constitutional aspects of Obama’s ineligibility. Instead of learning the facts, he disregards the constitution, pokes fun of the issue and fails to report the truth. If Glenn did understand Article 2, Section 1, and responsibly report the truth, Obama’s hope for a second term would be crushed and he would probably be deposed.

As a citizen, you can get involved by asking your local sheriff to investigate Obama and also by legally challenging Obama’s eligibility to be on the 2012 ballot with your state Attorney General and/or state voting commission.

Sadly you won’t get the real news regarding the constitutional ineligibility of the usurper Obama from Glenn Beck or TheBlaze.

Responsible citizenship involves being vigilant and well informed about the constitutional issues and multiple challenges to the usurper Obama’s eligibility that seek to exclude him from the 2012 GA ballot. He is similarly being challenged in several other states as well:

There is not, nor has there ever been a requirement that one must have been born in the U.S. to two American citizen parents in order to be considered a “natural born” citizen. This is a figment of birther imagination, clung to after the President’s valid long form birth certificate was finally released. While I’m no fan of his, I was tickled on a recent trip to Hawaii to see the T-shirts being hawked all over bearing his likeness and the notation “Home Grown”. There is so much to dig up on the economic meltdown front, that wasting time on the birther issue is singularly counterproductive.

There are two methods of citizenship in our country, native or naturalized. A pregnant illegal alien who has their child in this country has produced a native born U.S. citizen. A pregnant legal alien, who was impregnated by an American citizen, who has gone through the proper procedures to become a citizen may 1) become a naturalized citizen prior to the birth of the child in this country, or 2) retain legal resident status and give birth to the child in this country. Pop quiz, Blazers! How many of these scenarios gives rise to the child being eligible to become a President of these United States?

The constitution sets limits on what the government can and can not do to us. Not surprisingly, those in power don’t often like such limitations and tend to ignore the constitution, if and when we the people allow such abuses.

The constitution is the supreme law of the land, it must be obeyed, in full and at all times by everyone entrusted with political office. Your rights, liberties and freedom depend on their complete and total adherence to every single word of the constitution, as they are sworn to do.

Obama’s eligibility is not a birther issue, it’s a constitutional issue! Obama is not eligible for failing to meet one and possibly two constitutional prerequisites. He is not a natural born citizen, i.e., one born in the US of TWO US citizen parents. Even if one assumes his dubious claim of birth in HI is true, his foreign father still precludes his eligibility! That is the law!

That’s the message and it quite clear that everyone does not get it.

Here is a sample of the headlines Glenn Beck & TheBlaze won’t report.

You are mistaken, sir. Under the laws of our great nation anyone who is born here enjoys the status of a natural born citizen and may one day run for the office of President. There was some dispute over this issue in the first century after the passage of our Constitution, but the Supreme Court finally examined the issue in 1898. They found that it was the policy under the laws of England at the time of our founding, with which the founding fathers would surely have been familiar, that natural birth was dependent only upon place of birth, not upon parentage. Since our founders nowhere in the Constitution or anywhere else wrote any article or statute changing this standard, they concluded that it remained in effect under the Constitution and up to the present day.
