Egyptian TV: Blue Jeans Imported From Israel Contain ‘Secret Magnets’ Causing Infertility

A vast conspiracy is afoot. At least according to Egyptians who believe certain Israeli products are being imported into their country for the sole purpose of rendering Egyptians infertile. First it was shampoo allegedly laced with chemicals, now designer jeans harboring “secret magnets” are designed with one purpose — sterilize Egyptians. According to Sinai Bedouins like Muhammad Al-Mane’i, “Israeli products contain lethal poison.”
Following are excerpts from a debate on the “invasion” of Israeli products into Sinai, which aired on Egyptian Dream2 TV on February 1, 2012. The ever-watchful staff at MEMRI has lifted the veil off yet another bewildering exchange on Arab TV, thus providing insight into the paranoid mindset at play.
The video clip can be viewed below. Transcript follows:
Al-Mane’i: There was a time when they would bring us jeans. These pants used to have belts. If you looked at these belts from the front, you’d find a secret compartment, and when you opened it, you would find a magnet inside. When we asked what these magnets were, we were told that they cause sterility.
Interviewer: In other words, it causes infertility.
Al-Mane’i: Exactly.
Interviewer: There was a time when these jeans with belts would invade us from Israel, and we used to take the magnets out and chuck them away.
[…]
Interviewer: Israeli products contain lethal poison. You might not feel this poison now, but you will in the future. Israel will remain an enemy lying in wait for Egypt, no matter what happens and regardless of the agreements, because Israel has its eye set on Egypt.

The jeans are coming! RUN! It’s an invasion! (I’m picturing them running over the hill at us)
You know that “death ray” sound that Pat and Stu use on the radio show? That’s the sound the magnet makes when you put those pants on. As soon as you pull them up, BAM! …and you know it’s too late.

Someone posted, “how can they be so dumb.”
To answer that, let me remind you that someone made MILLIONS off of magic copper bracelets that cure arthritis, and magic bracelets that balance your energy and make you stronger.
Let’s also remember, they believe in a god that tells them to murder people for him and they do it.
They believe their god wants women to be third class citizens. They believe their god wants them to behead people for adultery or chop off their hands for stealing a loaf of bread.
I’m just sayin.

I don’t think it necessarily takes inbreeding … look at the people in this country who are still going to vote for Obama and believe his rhetoric. People are lazy and choose to believe what they hear and want. Governmental indoctrination is happening in all countries, just that some are farther ahead than ours is currently. Unfortunately, it appears we don‘t have enough people in this country to put a stop to it NOW before it’s too late, thus our masses are most likely doomed to be just as ignorant as those in the backward muslim countries.
So sad.

Posted on February 14, 2012 at 11:00amIt is a blood libel. At the least is an attempt to economically weaken Israel. At the worst it is akin to people claiming in Europe that Jews steal Christian children. It is not too hard from this point to get young Egyptians riled up, ready to enlist in the Army & go to war. Although an individual claim may be refuted the it will be easy to rule the masses up again & lead them on the path to pogrom or war.
If that was not at all possible it would be fun to ridicule a supposedly erudite person about their stupid claims on a TV debate

Posted on February 13, 2012 at 11:06pmRFID tags are believed by some to be carcinogenic. There are harmful chemicals in many beauty and personal care products.
There is more truth to this story than most every attempt Mr. Beck makes to establish links between people and organizations that do not exist.
Cindy Sheehan and Steven Lerner are the instigators of world-wide economic collapse, Mr. Beck claimed on nationwide television a few months ago.
Report Post »SgtB
Posted on February 13, 2012 at 11:45pmActually, the claims against RFID chips come from the fact that they are an invasion of privacy and can be used to track your location and steal your identity. The chips themselves are for all intents and purposes inert. The readers on the other hand use a radio wave to interact with the circuitry and write or retrieve information. The fear that radio waves are carcinogenic is however founded in reality.
Also, the issue with magnets is bogus. There is more proof that strategically placed magnets help the body than hurt it.

Posted on February 14, 2012 at 12:05amMeanwhile, in the US they pump fluoride into the water, put thimerisol (Hg) in your newborn’s vaccines, and take DNA samples of every hospital born child. Not to mention that they approve psychotic cancer treatments that kill the patient more often than they help the patient while suppressing real medicines and treatments based off of biological chemistry.
I’ll agree that the magnets in the pants thing is BS because there is no way that a magnet can hurt you unless it is so powerful that it crushes you between it and a hunk of ferrous material. But it seems odd to attack them so readily when our nation does so much more that is proven and yet most people just ignore or disregard the facts.
BTW, Sodium Fluoride was used in concentration camps to mass medicate the victims of genocide and make them more cooperative. Fluoride is a major component that adds to the structure, bioavailability, and biological reaction in drugs such as prozac, prolixin, and 5-fluorouracil. It is the most electronegative element and readily reacts with almost anything. While the use of fluoride in the protection of teeth may have some value, it does not warrant polluting our entire potable water supply. For starters, fluoride can only provide your teeth protection when it reacts with the enamel of your teeth. Drinking the fluoride does nothing to keep you from getting cavities and in fact, too much ingested fluoride leads to fluorinosis, calcium leaching from your bones and teeth.
