Explicit NYPD Rant Caught on Tape: ‘I’ll Take My Gun and Shove It…’

The New York Post has released bizarre video of a uniformed NYPD sergeant unleashing a filthy tirade against against a group of men in Brooklyn– while simultaneously condoning their unlawful behavior.
Though the entire video is reported to be twenty minutes, the Post has only released a little over four, which could add another dimension to the story.
As is, however, the officer seems determined to let the group know that he is in charge and they can do whatever they want so long as they show him proper respect.
“You guys are hustling or whatever, I ain’t got no problem with that. Listen . . . do your thing,” he can be heard saying. “But when I come around and I speak, you f–king listen. Tell your boys.”
According to the Post, the sergeant was angry over an illegally parked car and told a young man standing near a silver BMW: “This is my street. All right? If you got to play tough, that’s your problem . . . I do whatever the f–k I want.”
The officer also reportedly followed the group into a Chinese restaurant where he said: “I have the long d–k, you don’t. Listen to me… tell your boys, I don’t f*ck around. Alright? I’ll take my gun and put it up your a–, then I’ll call your mother afterwards. You understand that?”
He continued, after staying he had “no problem” with the man hustling, to say: “Your pretty face, I like it very much. My d–k will go in your mouth and come out your ear. Don’t f–k with me. All right?”
Here is the video (language warning):
For good measure, addressing the camera-holder with the elevated eyebrow look often seen on a sober person trying to get someone under the influence to do a painfully simple task, the officer added: “I’m here every f–king day. I don’t go home. I have no life. No kids. I do what I do.’’
The New York Post concludes by providing more background information:
The 21-year-old man who shot the video — and provided it to The Post on the condition of anonymity — was arrested that night and charged with disorderly conduct, which court records show was for ignoring the cops’ orders to leave.
Police sources said he has been arrested more than 20 times, including for petty larceny and weapons and pot possession.
An NYPD spokeswoman said the department is investigating the incident.
The man’s lawyer, David Zelman, said it was troubling that “there were other cops by [Charles’] side, and they seemed to take it in stride.”
Charles, reached at home yesterday, said, “I’m just doing God’s work. You know I can’t comment… Have a blessed day.”
A source close to the sergeant said that in the past, “all efforts at civility failed’’ in dealing with the men. They are known to loiter and play loud music, prompting complaints from local businesses, law-enforcement sources said.
“The sergeant was trying to get the message across in a way they could understand,’’ the source said.

When you arrest them, they know which cops they can get a free shot in on. They also know which ones you dont mess with. This is the side of the law most dont see. Its there and its order.
When a cop is shot and the suspect is running. He doesnt go to trial. The people want to feel safe. If cops die they feel unsafe. You shoot a cop you are a dead man. It is the only way it works. Grow up. This is life son.

The man arrested later that evening has 20 prior arrests by the young age of 21. If this officer would have talked to them without confidence and said please and thank you in a quiet sissy voice, he would probably be drug around the corner and been raped and beaten. Maybe not that day but at some point I guarantee he would have been taken advantage of. And to add NEVER taken seriously by these guys. Now if he would have acted this way around a bunch of female seniors at a church bake sale, my opinion would probably be different.

Posted on May 21, 2012 at 6:08pmNo the only ones..it is a huge process to get a CNC…depends on what kind of profession you are in…It took me nearly 8 months,paperwork is gigantic, but I need it for my Company and my employees need it as well due to the line of work we are in…the ‘vetting’ process is insane..and I am a 20 year retired Marine!!…..but believe me, most people in the Tri-State area,NYNJPA, can get a weapon in a heartbeat….unfortunately, the wrong ones usually do…and the rest think peace, love and understanding is better than ‘live rounds’…sad.
