Explosive New Book: Bill Clinton Thought Obama an ‘Amateur,’ Urged Hillary to Quit and Run in 2012

Edward Klein New Book: Bill Clinton Called Obama Amateur, Wanted Hillary to Run

(AP)

“Amateur.”

That’s what an explosive new book from Edward Klein says Bill Clinton called Obama last summer. In fact, Clinton allegedly believed it so much that he urged his wife, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, to quit her job and challenge Obama for president in 2012.

In the book, similarly titled “The Amateur,” Klein quotes conversations Clinton apparently had with his wife.

“Barack Obama,” Bill said, according to book excerpts obtained by the New York Post, “is an amateur.”

“The economy’s a mess, it’s dead flat. America has lost its Triple-A rating … . You know better than Obama does,” Bill told Hillary in another excerpt.

“The country needs you!”

The Post has more:

Bill Clinton insisted he had “no relationship” with Obama and had been consulted more frequently by his presidential successor, George W. Bush.

Obama, Bill Clinton said, “doesn’t know how to be president” and is “incompetent.”

But Hillary resisted the entreaties, according to two of the guests interviewed for the book.

“Why risk everything now?” a skeptical Hillary told her husband, emphasizing that she wanted to leave a legacy as secretary of state.

“Because,” Bill replied, his voice rising, “the country needs you!”

“The country needs us!” added Bill.

Apparently, the couple’s daughter Chelsea threw her support behind the idea, which Hillary scoffed at:

“I’m the highest-ranking member in Obama’s Cabinet. I eat breakfast with the guy every Thursday morning. What about loyalty, Bill? What about loyalty?” she responded.

“Loyalty is a joke,’’ Bill shot back. “Loyalty doesn’t exist in politics.”

Bill’s verbal battle with Hillary over the presidency, if anything, intensified when daughter Chelsea showed up with her husband, Marc Mezvinsky.

“You deserve to be president,” Chelsea said.

The trio’s spokespeople have all denied the allegations and the conversation, calling Klein — the former editor-in-chief of the New York Times Magazine and foreign editor for Newsweek — a liar.

“Nobody in their right mind would believe the nonsense in this one, especially since both Secretary Clinton and President Clinton have been loyal and supportive of the president at every turn,” White House spokesman Eric Schultz told the Post.

When BHO’s real takeover begins, the Clintons will be the first to disappear. Amateur is not the word here! Thats just Clintons take on the man from his own experience, Clinton cannot be so naive to believe BHO does not have a bigger plan in play. I guess he is to speak like this…of course if all this is true as written. Why is America allowing Russian troops to train on US soil? Yep! They are already sending their advanced parties to bases all around the US. Is BHO an Amateur now, or a master puppet of something greater…to fundamentally change the US? With our US banks for the first time being purchased by China and JPMorgan Chase recently losing 2bil, one has to wonder if the US is purposely being turned over to foreign landlords. I believe this is the case! Why does DHS need 450mil rounds of 40cal hollow point? So many questions with little answer unless of course you step back and look at the big picture.

I love his social and economic stances, but his overall policies, especially on foreign affairs is out of touch. He needs to use his talent to help Romney and the GOP get back on track with the real American people. Not fight with everyone in the same party base.

Don‘t blame us for America’s inability to choose a candidate worthy of our vote. If it’s really ABO, as so many Repubs claim, then it is the height of illogic NOT to have chosen Ron Paul, since the vast majority of Ron Paul supporters do not subscribe to the ABO mantra.

I will not compromise my morals and values. I see no discernible difference between Obama and Romney, and my vote will reflect that. You might call it “throwing away my vote”, but I see it as my official statement that I am done supporting the Republican establishment.

I live in Florida. I voted for Ron Paul in our primary in January. The first time I ever voted for RP was in the 1988 Presidential election when he ran as a Libertarian. I think he is one of the few clarion voices for our Constitutional Republic in DC. Having said that, I will have to hold my nose and support MR this time around. As much as I HATE to say it, we can’t split the vote this time around. As much as the R’s stink on ice, they do provide a temporary slow down to our out of control government.

Those of you that say RP is out of touch are dead wrong. He‘s the one of the few that will tell you what you don’t want to hear. I assume you’re attracted to Romney (Bush, McCain, et al) because they will honey coat their messages so the weak can take them. They employ the same arrogance as Jack Nicholson’s character in A Few Good Men; “….You can’t stand the truth!” We are a weak electorate. Whichever candidate tells us what we want to hear is who we get behind. Bad strategy in my mind.

Our job, as I see it, starts the day after this election. We have to change the system so non-mainstream candidates have a viable chance to compete. There isn’t any hope with either of the Parties that we have now. They are both killing us. But the biggest problem is that voters look at what‘s in it for them ahead of what’s best for our country.

But the data in the conversation sound completely plausible to me. I would be surprised if Mr. Clinton does not consider Obama an amateur. I also expect that Mr. Clinton has a strong desire to be back in the White House. So I do believe it is plausible that such a conversation took place.

Odd, but it more likely the success of the Republican passed bills that in the public’s eye gave Clinton more credibility for simply signing them into law. That helped him get re-elected in ‘96. would cover the payment of Hillary’s $20 mill money owed from her “08 campaign. My question is why? Why would Obama offer to pay it off? And whose money is being used? If it’s from the DNC,
then wouldn’t he want that money for his own reelection? If it’s taxpayer money, that would be illegal.
My thoughts are Obama is playing the Clintons to head off any opposition from Hillary in his run this

If Hillary had run, it would have also caused a deep divide among the Dems and made the “we still love Bill” leftists doubt Obama enough to make him even more vulnerable. Clinton amazingly gets it; save for the part of a radical like Hillary also running for POTUS. Obama is not presidential material at all; just a radical ideologist, communist, liar and traitor along with being an narcissist and sociopath.

I still contend he‘s an atheist since he’s a Marxist and practices the sick twisted ideology of Marxism.

Slayer, his “spiritual advisor” said Barry is still learning about his Christian theology yesterday, after coming out in favor of gay marriage. The man was supposedly saved 20 years ago. Does that make any sense to you? I mean he IS sopposed be the “most brilliant” POTOS we’ve ever had. In 20 years, he still doesn’t get it? Yep, he’s an atheist with a Christian beard alright.

Everyone I will say it this much; the proof of his professed faith is in his actions and deeds, which are consistently against the bible teachings. It is thus I make the statement that his actions show the fraud he truly is, a liar and a thief, con artist and a traitor to the nation.

There shall be a day when Obamas name will ring with such contempt in our nations history that the treason of Benedict Arnold will pale by comparison.

Hillary Clinton admitted openly to be an progressive. She is a godless communist and should not be allowed to serve in our federal government in any capacity.

Comrade Hillary as done enough damage to our nation.

There isn’t any difference between Hillary Clinton and the Marxist in chief, they‘re both big government progressives so it doesn’t matter which one ran for president. They’re two sides of the same progressive coin.

Clinton says ‘the country needs you’ lmao yes we need one progressive to replace the Marxist in chief that’ll fix everything. These big government idiots don’t have a clue, they think government’s the answer to all our problems but government is the problem.

Oh, wow! Just in time for the elections…. ta-da!!!

L-I-A-R-S, all, each and every one of them, and hillary/billary rank high (or low) among the worst (more proficient) of them.

JESUS GOD, thank YOU, that YOU NEVER CHANGE, that YOU are steadfast, faithful and true.

Folks, if you don’t already have at least ten Bibles in your homes, get them now, whichever is your preferred translation. Wouldn’t hurt to have two or three good study Bibles. Be sure they are THE BIBLE and not some leftist agenda fake bible….

the ridiculously slanted left is focused on our take down… preparing for that, we get our HOLY ARMOR on… GOD’s WORD, not man’s.
