FAA Investigates Porn-Star Who Released Video of Sex While Skydiving

Sex While Skydiving in Kern County, CA | Alex Torres

The FAA and local police are investigating a video that went viral but has since been removed from the blog of porn-star and part-time skydiving instructor Alex Torres. KGET reports that the explicit video shows Torres naked, having sexual intercourse with a receptionist from a skydive school “in a plane before jumping out in tandem and continuing the act mid-air.” CNN on the story that brings new meaning to the “Mile High Club:

The incident took place in Kern County, California. MSNBC reports that Skydive Taft owner David Chrouch says he fired Torres and has not yet decided whether to fire the receptionist, Hope Howell, the other party in the video.

Chrouch said Torres filmed and set up the stunt with the hope of catching Howard Stern’s attention, reports KGET.

Taft police Lt. Ed Whiting told KGET that no criminal charges are pending. A spokesman with the Federal Aviation Administration says there is no explicit policy on sexual conduct on private planes, however, any activity that could affect a pilot’s ability to concentrate on flying or “cause the pilot to be jostled” could constitute a violation of federal aviation regulations.

Yeah… What’s the point of this story? It wasn’t illegal, it wasn’t in public, I don’t get it.

I totally agree. Nobody ever said it was against the law to be stupid. Hell, it doesn’t even prevent you from running for public office.

Kind of a sad state of affairs. The government turns a blind eye to an open border and 11 million illegal immigrants. Now, they decide to investigate one couple having sex while all the rest of us are getting screwed by Obama and his lame administration.

Again the federal government proves it is run by a staff of idiots that couldn’t prioritize anything no matter how hard they tried

Irony is that they want to see you naked when you get on an airlines, but don’t want to see any naked-asses when you jump out of one in flight.

Funny if you look at it right.

Looks like the FAA has too much money, too much time and too many people working for them! Could be a good place to cut! Why do they care?

    Wow.
I‘m wracking my brain and digging through all the FAR’s – which we have to know inside out, and I’m unable to come up with ANY reason the FAA would be involved.
ONLY thing I can think of is the pilot was not informed of their intended activity, and did not approve, and reported it afterwards, and found a sympathetic liberal who knows best, how you should live your life, or, found a right-wing extremist who does not respect the freedom and liberty of others. (Both think they should legislate other people’s activities, only for different reasons. The end result is the same – taking away freedom and liberty – remember, if you can take away a freedom or liberty, so can the other side when they are in power!)

Skydiving sex, wow! The downside is I’m sure the current administration is looking for a way to tax and regulate it by now. Crud, I’ve missed out again!

Decency and morals aside; Just what would be the crime ? Guess it all depends on the pilot, if he was ‘jostled’ or not. Wondering if the FAA will call for a repeat of the ‘ event’ and equip the plane with jostling meters to ensure that the jostle fell within acceptable parameters.

Well, at least that flight had a ‘happy ending’.
