Fake Asian Accent and ‘Gibberish’: Farrakhan Gets Standing Ovation for Odd UC Berkeley Speech

Farrakhan Speaks at UC Berkeley About Black History, Obama & MoreLouis Farrakhan, the leader of the Nation of Islam, is known for his fiery language and rhetoric. Over the weekend, he brought these elements to the University of California, Berkeley, where he was invited to speak at the ninth annual Afrikan Black Coalition Conference.

Farrakhan’s presence at the event, which was organized by Berkeley’s Black Student Union, was protested by some student groups. Nonetheless, that didn‘t stop him from appearing and tackling some of the day’s most controversial issues. From Mitt Romney and Barack Obama to race relations and U.S. foreign policy, — Farrakhan covered it all. In fact, he even covered the Chinese while using an Asian accent.

The 78-year-old faith leader reportedly nearly filled the 700-seat auditorium and seemed to enjoy the controversy that surrounded his appearance at the university. And, despite the vocal opposition to his presence, Farrakhan received a standing ovation at the end of his address.

“Somebody on this campus would say you shouldn’t say what I have to say when the world listens to what Farrakhan has to say,” he said, addressing the controversy surrounding his presence. ”They are so fearful that you’re going to hear a word that will break a chain off of your mind.”

While the main theme of the speech focused upon self-reliance for African Americans, as is typically the case, the unpredictable Farrakhan offered some uncomfortable moments for the audience. The San Francisco Chronicle reports:

Farrakhan at one point briefly adopted a faux Asian accent and used gibberish after asking the audience if they had ever seen the Chinese picketing, drawing a gasp from some in the crowd.

One female student quietly muttered “Oh no,“ when Farrakhan said he had ”a word to the Jewish students” before warning against a U.S. or Israeli attack on Iran.

But this wasn’t the full extent of his startling remarks. Shannon Najmabadi, a student at Berkeley, also covered the leader’s speech in school newspaper, The Daily Californian.

“You like to sugarcoat things so you can get along with your former slave masters,” Najmabadi quoted Farrakhan, as he was apparently addressing the history of African Americans in the U.S. and attitudes regarding their place in contemporary society.

He went on to liken the U.S. to a “troublemaker, meddling in the internal affairs of other nations” and he slammed the education system in America. Accusing the system of bias, he lamented the failure of educators to properly teach students about the accomplishments and positive moments associated with black history.

“This is what you call an education in white supremacy,” Farrakhan said. “So when you come out, you come out bowing to them.”

Before slipping in digs at Romney, Farrakhan offered up his sympathies to Obama.

“This is an election year and our poor brother Barack — I feel very sorry for him. Because he’s given America the best that he could,” he proclaimed. “He’s not an economist. He’s a constitutional lawyer who became the president of the United States.”

Last month, while speaking at the Nation of Islam‘s Savior’s Day in Chicago, Farrakhan advanced the theory that the Jewish people are in control of all forms of mass media.

“I’m not anti-Semitic, I’m just telling the truth,” he said. “In 100 years, [the Jews] control movies, television, recording, publishing, commerce, radio, they own it all.”

Additionally, just days ago, an opinion piece in the Nation of Islam’s newspaper, The Final Call, dubbed Glenn Beck “a minion of the Synagogue of Satan.”

      Minorities in this country rant and rave when the majority isolates, makes generalizations about, a specific minority. Yet, when it becomes beneficial to that minority, racial profiling and generalizations become acceptable.

You think they would allow a conservative black to speak without pickets and complaints, assuming they would let it happen in the first place.       I earlier stated that in GRUNT the UNT-rained but didn’t explain. My sons have a construction co and interview kids with degrees and hired one 3 weeks ago – he lasted one day. They had a kid that came from our Votech trained in heavy equipment. He demande $21.00 an hour and didn’t get off the Backhoe to do manual labor. Theres 4 or 5 classes of college grads out there looking for work and can’t get past the – Experienced to get a job. I have yet to see a job listing for a Texter. Teachers are following the script – keep em dumbed down.

      I am saddened by how misguided the people of this university have become.
      They have no center of grounding and are lost in diversity-ignorance.
      The facility lives in a bubble and teach a philosophy that them selves are insulated from.
      If they really had to live under Farrakhan’s’ influence they would understand the reality of their ignorance!
      I blame them for misleading the students into believing the communism and NObama-ism they teach.
      They fail to point out that they get their right to teach this garbage from a free nation and would be silenced in the kind of government they now advocate!
      How twisted can their brains be?
      They have polluted students minds so much they’ve lost any prospective they may have had before comming to this school!
      I can only feel sad and sorry for this kind of welcoming and acceptance of a speaker that not only is a slave owner and white race hate-monger but a fomenter of Muslim attacks on Israel.

      I have to agree with ISLAMHATER, time to get this party started and clean up this mess that has been created over the last 45 years or so. It’s beyond a negotiable solution. The ones that want to tighten up, fall in line & be a productive members of society, fine, but the ones like Fairykhan and his troublemaking lib followers & associates, ie marxist/communists/radicals against America need to be rinsed! It will be a turkey shoot to say the least. Its getting way out of hand.

      If the officials in DC think that they can solve it with peace & we can all live in harmony, then they’d best get busy with someone like Lt Col Allen West into the WH (@least as a VP) for starters so he can set the tone for these radical problem children in the black community and give them someone to look up to so they can strive for productive goals.

      They need to somehow get rid of people like Fairykan, Sharpton, jackson & such. Time for letting them slide & giving them a free pass is over. In my opine I truly believe they want these dumbed down useful idiots & not free thinkers/self reliant persons in society. They are easier to control and appease with the free handouts.       The man made an assertion which is actually just a simple fact! You call me and other names till the cows come home but I see no one disputing the FACT! You can‘t because it’s undeniable. As I’ve said for a long time, I don’t know how I would have handled this when I was so pro Jewish/Israel. I just can’t imagine that I would have refused the information like the majority of Blaze readers do.
      The implications of this are really out of this world but most pretend that it’s not true.. You want to believe that it’s not true because it will challenge what has been engrained in your mind since childhood.

      Anyway, I will keep trying to spread the truth. I just read a 20 page article this past Sunday which has been recently updated that goes into great detail concerning CEOs, Presidents, VPs or outright owners of various Media.       Btw, Jews in America used to be targets of discrimination, they couldn’t get jobs, education, houses… Just like Italians and Irish used to be, Catholics in general, Chinese, Japanese and Asians in general, etc…

      Disclaimer: my father is a Jew, so I am not considered a Jew by Jewish customs. I am trying not to be a racist, but isn’t it strange that Jews can control everything in every country (just ask Hitler or Russian anti-Semites) while being prosecuted and killed for centuries?

      Are those Jews so much smarter than you? Are they really a chosen race?

      Those are some very good points observations and questions Michael. I‘ll start by saying that I really don’t hate anyone because of color religion or ethnicity. Now I do find homosexuality extremely vulgar but that’s a different topic.

      I believe that many Jews seek to act in the best interests of their race which is commendable in my opinion but at the same time they seek to have the White race embrace multicult diversity and pluralism to their own destruction. The Jews are very wise in that regard. The Jews are by nature International as well which gives them tremendous advantages amongst their host populations. They excel in communications.

      My issue with the Jewish people lies in the manner in which the corner the banking systems of their host countries and from there they begin to branch out especially starting with the Media. In that manner they are able to exercise maximum influence upon their host even though they remain a small minority. They have been so effective in what they do that today I routinely say that America is under an occupation. It’s all about Unity Michael. They practice Unity but preach Diversity for the rest of us. For the most part they act on behalf of the group.

      One could definitely make the argument that they are indeed superior in many ways but I’d also argue they are superior in the promotion of vice and perversions as well. Bottom line Jews couldn’t survive without a host. They would quickly self destruct.

      Pro: OK, so Jews may be the chosen race, and they live and thrive among other host nations because they are smarter, etc. Question: Is this so bad? You need an establishment to be a rebel. Maybe this is just a part of normal evolution of humankind? Cro-magnons lived among neanderthals for a while until they replaced them. Consider yourself a neanderthal and die out, or join the victors.

      On the other hand, there are always competing tendencies, Yan and Ying, or unity and struggle of opposites. The Arian race (which was competing with Celts, was kinda superior, and kinda replaced them) is struggling against the Jewish race (as well as against Muslims). Looking from another point of view, National idea is fighting against International idea. Et cetera. You can find many other opposites as well.

      Contra: Israel is a Jewish country, and looks like Jews can survive without a host. Of course Israel receives some contributions from other Jews, especially Americans, but… Egypt receives the same amount of money, but can you compare the power of economies and levels of life? Israel is 100 times better.

      I don’t feel like debating or reasoning right now but the bottom line is that the Jews are ethnocentric while pushing multicult diversity and pluralism upon the White race because they know it will weaken and destroy us.
      I believe one could easily argue they have superior language skills which means a lot in today’s world but that by no means makes them a chosen or superior race of people. I actually think just the opposite.. For example, I just got Direct TV about a month ago and I was a movie.. It was really sick and perverted.. Never seen anything so disugting in my entire life.. Never could have imagined such sick stuff.. Had to ask my wife to leave the room. I watched it and said I want to understand the Jewish mind a little better.. How they think.. What level of depravity are they really capable of.. I knew the movie was a Jewish production… and sure enough it was one of Roth’s movies..

      The only reason Israel exists is because they used America. They wouldn’t have lasted 6 months without america and they would last 6 more months today without America. Once again Jews need a host and even in Israel the host is America and Europe. They could not survive without its host.

      Regarding twisted Jewish mind, art and movies. Well, my Arian half demands simple and uplifting art like cowboy movies, “Independence day”, Rockwell, etc. My Jewish half is much more sofisticated, so I can easily understand all those decadent impressionists, modernists and post-modernists. I can also easily understand why Jews are controlling finance industry and most other industries: They just get it, and you don’t.

      Btw, not ALL of those decadent artists and bankers are Jewish, there are some gentiles as well (probably due to genetic mutations, they are able to be more sofisticated as well).

      Btw, lending money and making business in general was always considered “mauvais ton” by Christians as well as by Muslims, so only Jews would take up the task. Now, you wonder why they control 95% of world finances? You guys have been actively refusing that control for centuries.

    Don’t you just wish he would have elaborated on what those 3 million jobs were supposed to be in Obamas “Jobs Bill” ? LOL!

    Lets see- Obama nearly spent 6 Trillion had both houses his first two years and the unemployment got to 10% with them in control, then republicans take over congress and unemployment is now 8.3%, but when Obama started his term unemployement was 6%? So that doesn’t sound like Obama knows how to create jobs, and thank goodness the Republicans in Congress stopped his agenda a bit.

    There is not a person alive today that owned slaves, but they want to keep this victim mentality alive. How sad for young blacks, yet they give him a standing ovation. Obama was voted in by all Americans. Whites had no prejudice in voting. Not even now do whites have prejudices, they just don’t like his socialist agenda. They can’t admit that or their livelihood would go, the one they live off of by keeping racism alive. Blacks have done more to widen the racial divide. Shame on universities that bring speakers in that have a racial agenda. I believe it was David Barton that wrote a book on the accomplishments of early blacks. It should be taught. Maybe it would elevate the mind set of blacks and help them strive toward accomplishments rather than running around screaming racism.

      FarraKKKhan is being used to distract us from other, more important things. This is the classic move that “the left” always uses. (such as the financial melt-down that is happening in Japan) If you want to know what FarraKKKhan is really up to, just watch what he accuses others of doing/being. That is the other major tactic that “the left” uses. That is, do something outrageous or unpopular and then pretend that their opponent was behind it. (remember the “blame bush” campaign and how they are now doing the same things that they accused him of doing?)

      No, Obama was tying up traffic in Houston this weekend. A friend lives there & on her way home from work, she drove by the Democratic Party Headquarters in Houston, they had a Che Guevara flag flying out front. She went back yesterday to take a picture of it & it was gone. Doing some research, there was a big controversy back in 2008 about a staff member having the flag tacked up in her office, guess they feel so comfortable revealing who they are now that they openly fly the flag outside of the Headquarters. I hope someone was able to get a picture of this & it will go national.

    I can never understand how anyone can support Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam. I have studied the history of the Nation of Islam and looked into the biographies of Black leaders. I can respect many who wanted equal rights, etc. But the NOI I will never respect. As an American with mixed racial ancestry the NOI is as racist any racist group. All of them are ugly in nature.

      Totally agree with that statement. In fact the only colors we should be discussing is the Red, White and Blue. Those should be the colors of every American who loves freedom and justice. These idiots like far-a-CON have no idea what it means to be a true American citizen, they are so racist they cannot see the truth because the hate blinds them too it. Stand strongly with the constitution and truth and you can’t go wrong.
