‘Family Man’: Obama Welcomes Paul Ryan Into Race as Campaign Launches Twitter Tirade

President Obama welcomed Paul Ryan to the race for vice president Sunday as a “good” and “decent” man, according to reports, as his campaign launched yet another attack on the Republican’s character and political beliefs.
Addressing young supporters at a Chicago fundraiser, the president began by saying that ideology has led to gridlock in Washington, political dysfunction, and a top-down approach to growing the economy.
“Just yesterday, my opponent chose his running mate, the ideological leader of Republicans in Congress, Mr. Paul Ryan. I want to congratulate Mr. Ryan. I know him. I welcome him to the race,” Obama remarked, according to ABC.

Barack Obama continued: “[Paul Ryan] is a decent man; he is a family man; he is an articulate spokesman for Governor Romney’s vision, but it is a vision that I fundamentally disagree with.”
Twitchy noted that soon after issuing the moderately gracious welcome, the president’s official Twitter feed released a number of scathing tweets about Ryan:

Romney campaign spokesman Ryan Williams responded:
“We all know that President Obama will continue to run a fear and smear campaign because his policies have failed and he has no vision for the future of our country…Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan bring new ideas about creating jobs and controlling the budget. President Obama’s campaign has accused Mitt Romney of committing crimes and killing people, and now they have turned their smear campaign to Paul Ryan. They have lost all credibility.”

I believe, when you read the 1st Twitter post (the last one listed) and move up, you will notice the President started with a lie.
When it says the word investment, that is a lie. As the government doesn’t invest in anything (to do so would be against the progressive left’s ideals because it means they are seeking a profit), you need to substitutie the words “government spending” for “investment”.
So you see a lie because the government isn’t investing. You see the lie because leftist don’t seek profits. And you see the lie because cutting government spending and letting the private sector have the money would increase actual investments.
So Tweet #1 has 3 lies. Tweet #2 hase 3 lies. That’s a lot of lies to start off with.
Jump to Tweet #5 and you get a half-truth followed by a lie of omission. Yes, part of the Medicare system would be adjusted to a more efficient, lower cost and better run voucher system with an initial bit of pain that would go away. What the President forgot to add was his plan cuts Medicare permenantly and does the same thing, while the program goes broke and forced Seasoned Citizens and poor to pay the entire amount.

I have never seen Romney so animated as he was tonight at that rally. I believe Ryan has added the spark that was missing from the Romney campaign. It’s as if they “complete” one another and compliment one another in an energizing and uplifting way. It seems that Romney has finally found his “outside”, big-boy voice, speaking with a force and power that up until now, seemed to be missing. He truely hit his stride with with sharp digs at the Obama campaign, but particularly showed his more humane and softer side while telling a story about the Olympic speed skater from 2002. Together, they presented a powerful team of confidence and force, and will present a formidable obstacle to the Obama campaign this November. I pray they are successful.

It’s time someone started a watch dog group to eleminate welfare fraud. It’s ridiculous how much of this is going on.
The heck of the thing is…. people call into radio shows and admit they are making $60K per year and using welfare (food stamps and medicaid! Who made them 4 babies? Who expects the taxpayer to pay for it? For those of us who do not have children, and had sense enough to prevent pregnacy because we couldn’t afford babies, why should we have to pay taxes for schools, abortions, etc. Something isn’t quite right with this…. I say…”Go Paul Ryan and MItt Romney, stop the nonsense. Yes, please stop the nonsense. It‘s been going on way too long and Obama isn’t doing a thing about it, but spending more and more money, getting us deeper and deeper in debt. Shame on him!

The narcissist in chief mocked and dismissed Ryan‘s plan outright and claimed Ryan would ’kill granny’.
Barry’s rhetoric as usual was over the top and his firing will go a long way in restoring our economy.
