Fashion Designer Takes a Hard Spill on Stage During New York Fashion Week

It’s usually the models wearing sky-high heels that run into this problem.
Nigerian fashion designer Lanre Da Silva Ajayi had a rough time making her debut at New York Fashion Week: The designer stepped on stage after showcasing her collection Friday — and promptly fell down the stairs, tumbling into the orchestra pit.
Several bystanders rushed over to help, and Ajayi emerged unscathed. She returned to the runway afterward to take a final bow.
