‘Fat A**!’: Man In an Elmo Shirt Goes Off on TV Reporter During Traffic Stop

This is an early contender for viral video of the month.
What you’re about to see is a grown man in an Elmo shirt go off on a San Francisco news reporter taping his traffic stop. His epithet of choice? “Fat a**.”
The video, uploaded last week and now going viral, is footage from the KRON-TV show “People Behaving Badly” with host Stanley Roberts. And boy did the man Roberts captured live up to the show’s name.
It’s unclear who the man is featured in the video, but two things are for sure — he’s an Elmo fan, and he’s angry at being pulled over and having a camera put on him. TVSpy explains:
KRON’s Stanley Roberts is used to shaming people on-camera for his popular “People Behaving Badly” series, but the tables were turned recently when Roberts began filming a loquacious young man who had been pulled over for driving alone in the carpool lane (video above).
“Why don’t they have you down there filming what’s going on in Oakland?” the guy asked Roberts, dismissing him with a hand wave. “They got your fat, lazy, non-relevant, non-factor ass out here filming highway patrol shit. That tells you how much you’re worth at your job.” Ouch.
And, with an Elmo t-shirt and a few finger wags, the video has now officially gone viral.
Some of his other insults include: imploring Roberts to stick the camera in the man’s car so he can break it; “What about people overeating on channel four, fat a**?”; “1-800-get-thin, chubby butt;“ and ”All you could afford is food with your fat, lazy a**.”
