MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Vikings quarterback Brett Favre has been knocked out of the game against the Buffalo Bills.
The 41-year-old was crushed by Bills linebacker Arthur Moats on his first pass play of the game. The pass was intercepted by Drayton Florence.
Favre was slow to get up and staggered to the sidelines. He was replaced by Tarvaris Jackson on the next series, and later walked to the locker room with team trainers. The team says he is questionable to return with a shoulder injury.
Favre extended his NFL record by starting his 297th straight regular season game.
But on the third play of the game, Favre rolled to his right and was blindsided by Moats just as he started to throw. The ball fluttered in the air and fell into Florence‘s arms for Favre’s 18th interception of the season.

Pay attention to that image, you will see it again and again in all sorts of news videos, sports videos, entertainment videos, always in the background, partially hidden. It’s put there purposely.

Posted on December 5, 2010 at 4:11pmEver since he left the Jets I have little regard for him. How dare he leave early in the 2 year contract he had, and leave our sideline bunnies alone! Married man with children too. Shame.

Posted on December 5, 2010 at 3:25pmThere’s only one Hall of Fame. Your record speaks for itself. You have nothing more to prove. There is no higher award than induction in Canton. Hang it up big guy and hope they spell your name right on the plaque. No one else can spell FARVE the way you do. You’re done. Turn in your equipment. Adios.

Posted on December 5, 2010 at 3:19pmI was rooting for him last year. I mean a 40 year old with almost 300 consecutive starts with a high powered rifle for an arm while almost leading his team to the Superbowl was fun to watch.
This year is a different story. He’s going to go out after un-re-unretiring, tossing countless interceptions, and getting caught for sending pics of his junk to some skank. He should have stayed on the tractor.

Posted on December 5, 2010 at 2:26pmNow the NFL will probably stop tacklers from sacking QB’s altogether. You can now only grab a QB until he shouts “uncle” then let him go!

However,,,check out the piss-poor blocking he got from the rear…..absolutely NO follow-up by his teammates.
