On Wednesday evening’s broadcast, Glenn Beck interviewed Republican congressional candidate Chris Stewart. The best-selling author is also a world-record-setting Air Force pilot and the owner of a small business.
Discussing the most pressing issues facing the American public, Beck and Stewart explored ways to find “courageous and moral leaders” to serve in Washington D.C. Stewart said what differentiates him from other candidates is that his life’s work has not been centered around political office.
Stewart said the upcoming presidential election is the most important one the country has faced in over 100 years.
“He is a decent and honorable man,” Beck said of Stewart.

Posted on April 19, 2012 at 7:23pmI like Chris Stewart for Congress, as he is running in my area District 2 in Utah, however he has a pretty good opponent in one Jason Buck, http://www.buckforcongress.com/ His thoughts on the issues, He is a good conservative, and Patriot. Worth a look at what he would do if sent to Congress. Out of the 4 running these two Stewart & Buck are the best Real Men on the ticket.
Report Post »Buck is not a politician, but a business man, and Retired NFL player, but he is honorable, and will do what he says. So I think I am leaning his way. He does not BS, just strait forward and to the point. Would be interesting if Glenn would interview him…

Posted on April 19, 2012 at 12:06amProfiles in courage? How about the weasely Senator Kent Conrad, Senate Budget Committee Chairman, who is such a coward that he refuses to stand for right principles even though he will not be running for re-election, thereby placing party above the common good, not to mention the law of the land. THERE’S the problem, America. As James Madison pointed out (thank you, Hillsboro College): “Representative appointments are sought from three motives: 1. ambition, 2. personal interest, 3. public good. Unhappily, the two first are proved by experience to be most prevalent.” Sadly, American family trees have lately been producing less tall timber and more nuts. Glenn, I’d like to hear you call out the good Senator on the air.

Posted on April 19, 2012 at 11:09amAs though GB would know what a Moral and Courageous leader would be. His arrogance and the seemingly suck up arrogance of his direct and indirect staff (the blaze) is beyond hilarious.

Posted on April 18, 2012 at 11:16pmLook at our goverment under present president; is there any morality there among any of them. What happened to our president who cannot say, “The buck stops here.” No, everyone seems to be willing to say, “It isn’t his fault all these scandals are going on.” Yes, it is his fault. “THE BUCK STOPS HERE.” Ask Truman who was willing to take the blame. Obama, you are supposed to know what is going on and if you don’t why not. You have enough people hired to make sure everyone is honest, upright and moral.

Posted on April 18, 2012 at 10:33pmI like the guy. I think he can do something really good for the country in Congress.
I really love Libertarians’s truthfulness and guts, but I just cannot figure out, how are you going to govern the country, when ALL hell breaks loose ? When there is just no more money and Libertarians are in charge of the country, are you just going to say to everyone, “OK, you all are on your own. Go survive, or die. Who cares ?”
