First Obama Response to Paul Ryan Pick: ‘Radical’ & ‘Extreme’ — Quotes the New York Times

The first message to supporters from President Barack Obama‘s campaign following Mitt Romney’s announcement of Paul Ryan as his running mate was tepid at best.

Jim Messina, Obama’s campaign manager, framed Ryan as a purveyor of “failed policies“ who would ”slash the investments we need” in the economy.  The Obama team attacked the Wisconsin congressman and House Budget Committee chairman as “radical” and “extreme” by quoting the New York Times.

The campaign then asked supporters to stand with the president “at another major moment” and solicited donations:

      What‘s funny is that the Obama team doesn’t understand how statements such as “Radical and Extreme” and “What you need to know right now: This election is about values, …” just fire up the conservative base. In all honesty the Tea Party was getting a little worried about Romney and who he would pick. Now that the decision has been made (and made well) combined with the panic in the liberal media, the base is “Fired up, ready to go”.

      Romney/Ryan 2012 gives this great nation a chance to survive and restore.

      I would have been disappointed if the White House hadn’t come out with something that was absolutely negative about any Romney VP pick. This letter is true to form for the Obama administration … blame, blame, blame, negativism, attacks, and lies. They did not disappoint me.

      Ryan is extremely radical.

      1) Ryan refused to let his dog in the car when it had severe diarrhea.

      2) Ryan hasn’t released his tax returns since he was 12 years old.

      3) Ryan tells the truth when lying would make the voters feel a lot better.

      4) Ryan is a practicing Catholic and isn’t in favor of the government paying women to take birth control or have multiple abortions.

      2) Slashing the increase in Federal programs will mean bureaucrats won’t get pay increases and bonuses for doing an adequate job. Government employs that surf the xxx sites all day may lose their jobs.

      3) Ryan is overly focused on numbers and has a fetish for balancing the budget. This may be an indication of a severe psychological disorder. He should emphasize Hope and Change. Some bowing and apologizing would help.

      4) Ryan will cut wasteful government projects that provide high-paying jobs to union members.

      5) Ryan doesn’t know the pain of being a descendant of Slaves.

      6) Ryan may have eaten at Chick-fil-a because he likes the sandwiches.

      7) Ryan sends his children to private schools that don’t emphasis advanced sex-ed programs for fourth graders.

      8) Ryan pushed an old lady in a wheel chair over a cliff.

      Voting for Ryan will bring back the world that oppressed women, Blacks and Gays. Ryan will halt the evolution of socialism before it becomes the economic failure that will bring about a Marxist
      utopia.

      You got that right and all we can hope for is that it will work for Romney & Ryan as well as it has for Obama who was full of lies. At least we will now get the truth. When they tell only half truths, especially about taxes and rich, yes R&R want tax cuts for wealthy, but they want the loopholes closed that they now have making them pay more in tax revenue. Why can’t people listen to the entire story. Same with Medicare & SS…they want to make adjustments, turning Medicaid back to the states and let all the free loaders find out what it is like when you do not pay into a system. Medicaid is for people who need it, but also for all those slackers who won’t get off their lazy tush to work.

I think I have figured out why the rightwingers seem to hate Barack Obama so intensely. No, it’s not because FOX Noise has kept up a constant drumbeat against Obama, although that is a factor.       have hair & nails done at shops, eat better cuts of meat, expensive foods from deli, etc.

      I can remember when my mom sent us to school with Peanut Butter sandwich which she knew I hated. But, hey, it’s nutritious food and all she had.
      Many times we wore the same shoes to school all year long, had hand me down clothes, had little or nothing extra, but we didn’t know we were that poor.
      Mainly because my (now 90+ yr. old) mom worked her fingers to the bone, often working 2-3 jobs to provide for us…………with NO public assistance. Wasn’t easy, but she did it.

      Today everyone wants not only rent paid, but all the goodies.. As long as this government pays for everything, they don’t have to turn a hand for themselves. Sad way to live, and then they want everything for free. Why work when the Govt will pay from cradle to grave?

Once he clearly states his position on Medicare and lets the people know they can keep it or go to a voucher, that will stop all the nonsense about taking away their benefits.       The aren’t different than Obama. If you can’t look at that list and see that then you are willfully blind and you deserve any destitution and oppression that comes your way.

      Outing Ron Paul / Gary Johnson supporters as Obama supporters. The only thing that disgusts me more than the RINO ticket is that fascist ticket. You all have to come up with some way to tie a bow on liberty lovers so that we fit in a box and go away. That’s sad. Either you love liberty, freedom, and the constitution or you don’t. It’s that simple.

      How do you “faux” support the constitution. So you are saying that Obama is sending people over here to post about the constitution and liberty in order to create division in the party that is supposed to be defending the constitution and liberty in order to draw away support from the candidates of said party…who do NOT support the constitution and liberty?

      In what world does this seem right to you?

      Again, how do you support the constitution and support candidates that don’t?

      It‘s easier for you to believe that I’m some Obama agent provacateur sent to split votes than to read what I am saying and tell me I’m wrong. I haven‘t had ONE PERSON try to explain either man’s voting record. NOT ONE! Yet I’ve had numerous attacks on my motives my character, heck even my service record.

      So when someone defends the constitution and questions the qualifications of candidates in that lens…this is the response that comes from BOTH SIDES?
