FL Cops: Manual on How to Molest Children Is Legal

Apparently this fits in a category similar to books on how to make bombs. You can write one, read one, put it on your shelf. Until you decide to blow up your neighbor’s tool shed, you haven’t done anything illegal.
That is the conundrum for police in Orange County, Florida where a 170-page manual has been circulating for months. The manual could not be more revolting or reprehensible. It’s a step-by-step tutorial on how to molest children. Detective Philip Graves told WFTV-TV, ““I’ve never seen anything like it. It was pretty amazing when I first saw it just because how detailed it was.”
ABC News notes:
Among the many disturbing topics covered in the book is how to convince a victimized child not to tell his or her parents.
The author is known only as “the mule.“ His book may be ”legal” but police are trying to identify the author.

Posted on September 7, 2010 at 12:08pmIt disturbs me that there is someone experienced enough in this subject to write a manual on it. It‘s also sad that he wrote it knowing that someone would use it for it’s intended purpose. The best way to fight these people is to use this information against them. Use the manual to write a book to help people know what to look for in behaviour of the person and the child.
This unfortunately is a rude wake up call to everyone with children that these people exsist and they need to be watched out for.
My suggestion for punishment for this kind of person is to hand them over to the Hell’s Angels. They wouldn’t surrvive long enough for anyone to find them… in one piece.

Posted on September 7, 2010 at 11:55amthe book is not legal. we are a confused people to think otherwise. Free speech is not for and does not protect this type of abuse either in word or deed. Jesus did say that He has a special judgment for those that hurt the children. This is not the same as a book on how to make bombs. That book should be protected under free speech as there are good reasons to possibly need that information. A book explaining the devils work in violating children is not a protected right under the constitution and the author is liable.

Post his picture and the title of his book everywhere, especially to his neighbors where ever he lives and every time he moves, and eventually nature will take it’s course. Do the same for everyone who buys it. Let everyone know who buys it and show his picture.

Let them say this stuff or make it, then you know who the sicko’s are then you can keep a eye on them. One thing about making things legal to see is you can see who is doing it. If it was not legal it would still be happening just we would not know about it. We know who is writing this stuff and who is reading it, now we can check them out and put them away if it is legal to do so.

Posted on September 7, 2010 at 1:29pmYes, it’s a very difficult issue. However, morality is a very subjective thing. The law should not try to regulate morality. A book itself is not going to hurt anyone, just like a knife or a gun won’t. A person who uses the book may, just like a person who uses a knife or a gun. And that person should be held responsible.
As I said before, giving the state the power of censorship is way too dangerous. If I have to see a book like this once in a while, I may not like it one bit, but I’ll tolerate it as long as other books that may be critical of the state remain legal and uncensored.

At what point does the right of free speech cross the boundary into inciting to commit an offense? You can write a novel about assassinating the President, there was one about doing just that to President Bush by one of our compassionate and peace loving liberal friends a few years ago, but a manual on how to go about it… Something tells me that the Secret Service would be all over that.

I saw the article last week that explained that the muslim faith allows a man of any age to take on a wife of any age. In the article were dozens of men (20-40) in line to be married to child brides (5-12). If people find this to be repulsive what will you say when they claim sharia law allows them to do it.
