FL Teen Busted for Running Illegal Gambling Op: Was Making $10,000 a Day

FL Teen Busted for Running Illegal Gambling Op: Was Making $10,000 a Day19-year old south Florida resident Briana Rios has been arrested for running an illegal gambling operation, where she was reportedly making $10,000 a day (or more).

Judge John Hurley remarked, “It looks like there were a lot of customers going in here. You even [allegedly] had computers inside to help you place the bets…This doesn’t look like a small, penny ante operation. Seems like a pretty big operation.”

Reportedly active between October and December of 2011, her prorated annual earnings could have been around $300,000 a year.

Rios’ ex-boyfriend, Jose Solis, maintains that Rios is not “a mastermind of the whole gambling situation,” rather, the man who hired her left her in charge and fled to the Dominican Republic.

She didn’t seem like a total mastermind in front of the judge.  When he said that bets were placed for the NFL and NBA, and she incriminated herself by adding, “hockey.”

It‘s only illegal if you aren’t a “Native American”, but last I checked, my birth certificate ( an official paper copy from the Oklahoma Department of Health) says that I am a natural born American and thus I am native to this land. If you can’t tell, I’m sick of Indians getting priority seating on this slow boat to slavery.

One word, Entrepreneur. I used to do stuff like this in college but never on a large scale. Maybe making 200-300 clams a week in small gambling ventures, from poker to craps and back to roulette. The athletic teams were always the best customers.

If she were a member of congress she could do some insider trading and that would be legal. But THIS avoids taxes and the “government” cut.

You can’t go against the government rackets. They don’t tolerate that, at all.

Yeah, leave her alone, she was tired of being one of the 99% and decided she liked being one of the 1%. This is nothing but discrimination. I say pat her on the back and release her. At least she isn’t on the government dole.

What’s interesting is that the person who was ahead of the operation fled while leaving them holding the bag! Not like there is any honor when it comes to making illegal money!

This is “illegal” where in the Constitution? Was she harming anyone? This would be illegal only in the case of fraudulent activities. Were people coming to her out of THEIR OWN FREE WILL, or not? Was she coercing or compelling someone into making this so-called illegal transaction? Was this an agreement between two consenting parties who obviously would not have made these financial agreements/transactions? When I buy a loaf of bread for $2.00, I obviously valued the bread more than the $2.00 and more than making it myself. Say that bread was $10.00, I would probably not buy it out of the fact that I value the $10.00 more than the bread, therefore I would make it myself for less. Starting to get the pcture here? Nobody was being forced i nto anything. The only ones who can do that, and do that constantly and very well, is of course those with a monopoly on violence (i.e., the government). You may start believing now that you‘ve read what I’ve wrote–that us real “free-marketers” are too loony for your liking–but way deep down, the sad part is, that you know I’m right. But that’s okay, this team is not for the faint of heart; you may continue to keep playing that game of being nice and not standing up for yourself, meanwhile, us loonies will be looking out for your LIBERTY.

Organized crime CANNOT allow a small time operation like this get in their way of a real operation (who now operate local casinos action, with NO LAWS…..“sovereign nation”)

Almost like a smaller version set up of Federal Reserve Bank … but on Tribal Land. As long as Congress and US Treasury keeps printing money when Fed tells them too, EVERYBODY is HAPPY and NOBODY cares!!!

Just as the Federal Reserve uses US Military and Homeland Security to protect their endless supply of cash from US Taxpayers paying the “vig” and spreading the Communist agenda through Government Unions (DOE, indoctrination), organized crime uses local law enforement to protect their endless cash flow.

Someone made a phonecall to…. help….. “Law Enforcement,” and put the entrepeneur out of business..lol
