FNC’s Hannity Confronts Radical Cleric Over Plans for Islamic Uprising

On Wednesday, Fox News’ Sean Hannity hosted controversial Muslim cleric Anjem Choudary to discuss the continuing turbulence in Egypt and who will fill the power vacuum when President Hosni Mubarak steps down.  Choudary supports implementing sharia law in the UK and has praised the 9/11 terrorists as “magnificent martyrs.” He has been an active figure in Islam4UK, a group banned under UK anti-terror proscription laws last year.

Over the course of their discussion, Choudary suggests the situation in Egypt offers a real opportunity for an Islamic uprising and a chance for the Muslim Brotherhood — a group banned under Mubarak — to reinsert itself into the country’s politics.  According to Choudary, the people of Egypt do not oppose sharia law and instead would rather be free of Western customs:

When Hannity presses the cleric on his views of sharia law and, specifically, stoning individuals for offenses such as adultery, Choudary unapologetically insists that stoning men and women is acceptable after implementing shariah law, the “education system of Islam” and the “social and economic justice.”

    Oh please! Religious wars are so twelfth century! Are we up for another Holy War? I don’t think so. This is the 21st century, and we’re far pass where we will allow some gutter religion to tell us – take up our religion or die.

    Here in the USA, we allow all religions to flourish side by side. At this time in history, the ONLY religion that believes that everyone must believe as they do or die, is Islam. It’s not going to happen in the USA. We will not allow Shariah Laws (which are religious laws) to change or modify any of our constitutional laws.

    It was stupid for the UK and France to allow any part of Shariah to go in to effect, but then they’re not the USA. Both of these countries are having problems because they kowtowed to the gutter religion of Islam.

    A warning to all Americans. The first time a “Muslim community” wants Shariah Law to be in effect “just for the Muslims” in their community, rise up and protest against it. All the Laws in the USA should only be based on our American Constitution.

      You’re a little behind in current events .. there are already U.S. communities that recognize sharia as legitimate law .. New Jersey has PLENTY of communities that use sharia law to adjudicate local disputes .. a N.J. local magistrate recently ruled that a local muslim man was NOT guilty of assualting his wife because, under Sharia law, .. he was only exercising his rights as her husband … this is NOT a joke. I am not kidding. Google it if you like .. also, there are numerous muslim majority communities in the United States that don’t even bother with refering their legal disputes to local courts. They go straight to the muslim sharia system and their local Imams decide the cases .. no U.S courts or legal decisions are used .. it’s all done as straight Sharia law. They are here …

      @ DIANE TX Apparently you haven’t heard that EVERY Dem in the Senate voted against repeal of OBAMACARE this week..Every single one of them are for this unconstitutional law!! That tells me that they hold the CONSTITUTION AND THE AMERICAN CITIZENS IN TOTAL COMTEMPT… If you think that this administration will have our backs against the Muslims think again..Obalamer said in 2008 that if it came to a fight between Isreal and the Muslims HE WOULD SIDE WITH THE MUSLIMS!!       Sorry I don’t know how to get to the shorter address, but it‘s essentially a case in which a New Jersey judge doesn’t see the rape case against a muslim man going forward because This court does not feel that, under the circumstances, that this defendant had a criminal desire to or intent to sexually assault or to sexually contact the plaintiff when he did. “The court believes that he was operating under his belief that it is, as the husband, his desire to have sex when and whether he wanted to, was something that was consistent with his practices and it was something that was not prohibited.” My thought is that The Court is really HIS opinion, and not that of the laws of the United States, New Jersey State, or any local laws in which he was elected to uphold. Does anybody know if this jackass was removed from the bench for negligence? Probably not. I heard about another case, but right now it escapes me where, around the same time here in the USA.
      I also cannot help but notice that on the left pushing all the stuff they’ve been pushing since the adopted man was elected president in 2008, are Jewish, and they are apparently oblivious to the truth that Jews under Communisim/Marxism/Progessiveism/Socialism have fared worse than they ever did during the times of Hitler’s “final solution”. After all, who killed more people: Hitler (credited w/9 million if I am not mistaken, essentially the tally for all deaths during WWII), Joseph Stalin (credited with killing around 40 million of his own citizens) or Mao Zedong (credited with killing 60 to 80 million of chinese citizens). And Jews predominate the folks who seem to be as far on the left as one can get, while trying to “nudge” us into the Progressive Way of Life, whether we want it or not, were also slaughtered under that type of system. Only thing I like that came from the USSR, is the WASR 10 I bought back in June (WASR 10 is the Romanian produced version of the AK-47), cause the writing on the wall is accompanied by an audiobook version broadcasting to any who can hear their intentions for you and me, the unbelievers and Infedel in their view, and the only thing that will stop them from coming will be the pair of lead ear-rings I will give them.

    Hannity annoys me. He blew what could have been a perfectly good interview by continually interrupting and speaking over this guy. Yeah, he’s a nutjob but how often do we actually get to hear one of these guys come on live tv and ADMIT their warped truths?? I for one would have loved to have heard this guy and all his craziness but we couldn‘t because Hannity wouldn’t shut up.

    I am also wondering why, when the radical defended his position on Isreal by claiming the Jews stole that land from him, Hannity didn’t come out and ask him just where in fact did the Jewish religion begin?? And when??? That argument always ticks me off, Islam claims that noone else has right to claim roots in the middle east except them and yet, Chistianity and Judaism both originated there. In fact, Im pretty sure the Jews were first!!! HELLO, why doesn’t ANYONE ever point that out???

    Ugh, I am getting sooooo frustrated with everything going on in the world. I really dont understand most of it, and I certainly dont understand why SOOOOO many people are blind to the incredible changes going on not only in our country the entire world. I mean, SMART people dont get it but I do??? How is that even posible lol??? THAT is what scares me the most…oh, and what the world is gonna be like in 20 yrs when my kids’ peers are grown up and in charge.

      The really hilarious thing is that the Jews and the Arabs descend from the same father. Issac was the legitimate son of Abraham, and all Jews descend from him. Ishmael was the illegitimate son of Abraham and his slave woman. All Arabs descend from Ishmael. The Jews had settled/conquered their land thousands of years before the Arabs. I also for sure knew Jesus was a Jew. lol…Wasn’t sure how Isam came about but I was pretty positive the Jews were first…never actually thought about the fact they were DECENDENTS of the Jews. See one more OBVIOUSLY important point that should be used to call these freaks out on.

      I really hate not liking an entire group of people but this so called religion makes it really hard not to. I am willing to accept that there are some muslims out there that don‘t hate everyone who isn’t but Im willing to bet a million dollars of someone else’s money (cuz i don’t have any lol) that the MAJORITY of true Muslims would consider those people fallen and in need of what ever it is they do to get their kind “back on track” (to put it nicely).

      Hannity did get this evil guy to admit to his beliefs. He just had to frustrate him enough to allow a slip of the tongue. We learned a lot from his anxious rambling. Did you notice how fast he spoke and how he evaded Hannity’s direct questions? And yes, “social justice” did make it into the conversation.
      Lets see, who has mentioned over and over this term is being used by the radical left and radical islam…….hmmmm. Oh, must be our good friend and educator, Glenn Beck.

Thats why Spain is starting to have an issue with the same things Israel has! Islam, had taken control of Spain and was the Kicked out!       What astounds me is the “educated” elitists don‘t seem to know that Islam’s attempts to take over the whole world have been going on for thousands of years….who do they think Vlad the impaler was sticking on spikes b/c they were trying to take over his country? (the modern day Turks) Who do they think the Spartans (the movie 300) were fighting at the Battle of Thermopylae? (the persians-now called Iran & that battle took place during Persia’s SECOND attempt at invading Greece). The muslims always complain about the modern day wars being a “crusade” against them…the original crusades were to re-take the lands that muslims invaded.       I spoke to an F.B.I. official years ago about islam. He said they, the muslims, were peaceful. Now, I love the F.B.I. I am very proud of them. I’ve had family and acquaintances in the F.B.I. But, I wonder? Have people really read their Bible? And, have people ask the Lord for “understanding.” For, satan knows the Word; but , it is not possible for him to understand the Word. Therefore, I ask the F.B.I. as well as any other law official to examine themselves. To make certain they are right with the Lord. For we are all told by the Lord, ” to not be concerned about the first death, but instead to worry about the second.” And, in light of this, to also understand,that spirit that comes into the world, that denies the Christ ,is the anti-Christ.

      Great stuff…. at what point will AMERICANS… STand up and fight..       Problem with this guy is: he is a radical by thier belief system, so guess who will win in the end? This is the same old story we are not as bad as the other Radicals, but either they follow the Qu’ran, or they also will be murdered by thier fellow muslims when they rule, again guess who they will follow. These people are the ones that are pulling the wool over the eyes of the west, into thinking all muslims are not radical. Open your eyes, tell me in which country there is peace when the muslim rules. In my life time I have not seen it yet.

    I thought your comment about Clinton was funny. Nobody has a sense of humor anymore.

    This was one GREAT interview. Even though he didn’t answer the questions directly, he used all the rope to hang himself anyway. No one who watched this interview can ever again deny the reality about what they want. Even his definition of freedom, being free from American culture, etc, draws a very clear line in the sand. Anyone who still thinks they are not out for our blood, is either an idiot or wholly on their side.

      Sharia law is evil; and, the interpretations of Islam that include/require it are satanic.

      The Wahhabi, and 12ers are not worshiping Ala, nor are the Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, or Hezbollah.

      They hold violent protests when they think someone has insulted Mohamed – as if they were worshiping Mohamed instead of Ala.

      The same kinds of problems exist, in a less well known way, in Iran, Syria and Saudi Arabia.
      All over the world, including the US, violent crimes have been committed in the name of Sharia Law or with Sharia Law sited by the defense as the reason for them.

      Implementations of Sharia Law are a violations of human rights.

      The poor people in Egypt may not all realize where they’re being lead.

    No body considers that Islam is an enforced religion. You cannot and do not have the freedom of religion. It is ok to convert from any other religion to Islam but not from Islam to Christianity or any other religion. Many are killed for doing just that. Having a Bible in a Muslim dominant country is almost a guaranteed death sentence if they find you.

    Like most guests directly confronted this guy grandstanded/filibustered and then went on the poor me angle “If you would just let me answer and stop yelling at me”. Its amazing how many radicals do this tactic while still avoiding a direct question. Hannity called him on his comments cpl times and the guy just ranted instead of manning up and saying yes I said that. Which we would rather hear and have a discussion on that view instead of it being a p*ssing match and the real issue(s) buried.

    Make no mistake what this guy represents is what they want in Egypt, the middle east and to spread it as far west as possible. This is why we dont want mosques @ Ground Zero or in our backyards, b/c radicals like this nutjob infiltrate them and indoctrinate very impressionable distraught men/women who are seeking salvation through god only to be brainwashed into his/their sick ideology!

    Way to go Sean. Loved the show tonight. Cleric Anjem Choudary made it very clear where he stands on radical islam and the implementation of shariah law.       I am sorry- I can not congratulate Hannity on this one. He should have let the Cleric speak more. Let them hang themselves with their own words!

      You have to understand, the reason that many politicians and people with power have not been moved to completely denounce this religious movement is because they can still hold onto a shred of belief that the entire religion is not this radical, though it truly is. As long as we keep interrupting them while they explain what Sharia is, how they feel about it, how ALL Muslims must abide by it, and the ferocity for which all Muslims must eradicate other religions, we will never get very far in disrupting the spread of it. As long as Islam is allowed to be projected as TWO separate ideologies- one radical and one peace-loving, we will always be chasing the wrong solution. Supporters of Islam can legitimately claim that the religion IS peaceful- here is how. Once they get what they want, Sharia law established over the entire human populous, IT WILL BE PEACEFUL! Those who will convert on their own will fall in line just like they want. Those who won’t convert will be exterminated. Any time a threat of opposition arises they will kill it. The only thing is, to get to that time of peace they have to bring about utter destruction, confusion, and lots and lots of death! They can not exist with infidels peacefully. The concepts are mutually exclusive. As long as infidels exist they will remain a thorn in the Muslim side- a source of temptation. Is being in a state of temptation peaceful- NO! Temptation births discomfort. If one acts on the temptation then there is guilt which exacerbates the discomfort. The temptation must be eradicated in order to have peace.

      When we had to live in Kuwait for two years we had to observe Ramadan while in public. Why! Because it would not be fair to the Muslims who were observing (freely) to see non believers drink water when it was 120 degrees outside. In other words- temptation. We couldn’t eat in public either. In fact, all restaurants were not allowed to be open during daylight hours. Western ways are a temptation for those who practice Islam and thus must be eradicated.

      But this is from a Western woman. What does my opinion mean? Nothing. We need to hear these things from the Muslim’s themselves for it have an weight for persuasion. Most people will not believe this until they either hear it from the Muslim populous or experience it firsthand, as I did.

      The cleric was forthright and honest about his beliefs. The muslim idea of freedom and democracy is not even on the same planet as our ideas of the same. As he said it is the democratically elected muslim government giving everyone the freedom to practice sharia law and appying social marxist justice. Thats all. Sounds pretty cool to me. NOT! They are not crazy or evil. They are dangerous and if we don’t figure it out soon and realize that they believe everyone should be Muslim and it is their duty to make it happen, then we are finished. They have become so emboldened that they don’t fear telling the truth to infidels. What has happened that has triggered this boldness? It has to be the emasculated leadership that actually has more in common with Muslim faith than our Christian values ,traditions and Constitution.

      I saw Hannity’s interview and was appalled by both the interviewer and the interviewee. I just don’t see how calling them (Muslims) a bunch of names is productive.

      Having spent some time in the Middle East around many Muslim women I can explain their thought process on how Sharia Law IS liberating for them. Keep in mind, I think that the women have been conditioned (by the men) to think this way.

      They say (the Muslim women I have talked to) that by wearing the Burka they are free from feeling as if they have to compete with other women on outer beauty. They do not have to wear makeup or spend hours doing their hair to rush out to the market- thus freeing much of their time to do other things. Because women don the Burka, they are judged on demeanor and inner beauty (which is what really counts and how Allah judges) When the cleric made the comment that people would be free to wear the Burka, what he means is women who actually want to will be allowed to do so without judgments from the West- free from reprisal.

      Again- I believe that they have been conditioned to think this way. For me, Sharia law is VERY oppressive. I hated living in the Middle East for the two years I spent there.

      Yes, Leftists and Islamists use the same psychology to lull the masses. The only thing that makes them dangerous is that they will use each other to amplify their criticism of the opposition. They each believe that once the opposition is silenced they can defeat the other. So their idea of victory is really a hell on earth.
      What sensible people need to do is to crack the facade and appeal to those willing to look through the cracks. This means talking to Muslims about the fact that the radicals will kill them as soon as they have power as power is really what they seek. It also means talking to liberals and moderates about the same thing. The radicals cannot succeed if moderates do not mask them from view.

      I actually watched the interview last night and was very disappointed how Hannity debated the radical imam. Instead of debating the guy, which would have been easy, he shouted him down and interrupted every statement the radical imam. Allowing them to be heard is a better tool at defeating their ideology, than attempting to squelch them.

      I believe it was Frank Gaffney that said 74% of Egypt prefers Sharia Law. Democracy and Islam can only co-exist for one election. After that there is no democracy. The two are incompatible. To try and do this is, to do so at our own peril. I know these folks, I‘ve been to their world and it’s a woman’s worst nightmare. Not only the beatings and stonings, but the genital mutilations are nothing less than evil. These folks are like a rattlesnake in a sleeping bag. I believe that no one in this country objects to Muslims who live in the country but I believe the objection starts when they try to convert and are absolutely no way to be found to express their disapproval of things that occur…Like stoning woman, Like not allowing woman rights, like trying to kill every person from the West who do not agree with them… We, need to be very careful in this country and expecially make sure we pay attention to what is done as well as what is said.

If he’s tied to the MSB in any way, and I truly believe he is, the taking over of Egypt by these terrorists and the inevitable blockage of the Suez Canal, will surely be his “ace in the hole” to push cap & tax and the inevitable energy takeover by the Feds.       In the spring of 1991 – I was sitting with a young fellow expat on a veranda in Jakarta Indonesia
      having a few Bintang (local Beer). I said it had occurred to me that now that there is no super power issue ie USSR vs USA that knowing mankind – that something bad is going to fill the vacuum. I said it will have to be ideological and East against West.
      Do I believe there is going to be a major conflagration – No – I KNOW it is inevitable. and there are several potential trip wires. The most obvious one is when the Middle East goes radical – happening before our eyes and Israel is attacked. Lets not forget when Saudi Arabia and the other Oil produces turn radical (only a couple of years at most) what do you think will happen – van you say energy blackmail! – world economic chaos for Muslim world takeover!

      As evil as this guy is, you absolutely cannot win an argument by speaking over someone. Now, when the guy goes back to his buddies, he can rightly say that he kept getting interrupted.

      Hannity and O’Reilly do this all the time, and it makes them look pedantic. Amateurs.

      All those Code Pink lovelies that have gone to Egypt to join in the protests will be kinda disillusioned when sharia law comes to America. They will have to don their burkas, get beaten regularly and share their husbands with a few other women. Oh, yes. I almost forgot! They must forget they are educated! Their opinions will not be listened to. I am perverse enough to hope they succeed and get all of this kind of freedom they can handle!
