Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin rebuffed Media Matters’ requests to repudiate “erratic” TV and radio host Glenn Beck with a call into his radio program Thursday morning, saying, “I stand with you, Glenn.”
[F]rom my kitchen table in Wasilla here’s the deal. You are up against one of the richest…and most powerful men in the world…the extreme left wing king, with many, many minions! So when I speak of your love of our Founding Fathers, and how you’re helping to educate Americans about respecting our nation’s history so we don’t lose what makes America exceptional. And the far left wing mouth pieces their twisting and spinning and perverting that message. I go back to what Abraham Lincoln said about standing anybody with who stand with anybody that stands right…I stand with you, Glenn.
Palin went on to deride Media Matters’ “pathetic” and “desperate” attempts to silence Beck.
By Thursday afternoon, Media Matters was condemning Palin’s remarks, go so far as to claim she supports violence and acts of domestic terrorism. Media Matters’ founder and CEO David Brock released the following statement:
On Tuesday, I asked Sarah Palin to use her influential voice to stop attempted incidents of domestic terrorism incited by right-wing extremists like Glenn Beck. By telling Beck, ‘I stand with you,’ Palin — Fox News’ star contributor — now associates herself with acts of violence and the insane conspiracy theories and hate speech behind them.
Rather than seize the opportunity to act in the national interest and do her part to prevent a major tragedy like the Oklahoma City bombing, Palin called into Beck‘s show to call me ’pathetic.‘ While Palin and I don’t agree on much, I honestly believed we shared the view that the incitement to violence by a powerful media outlet was a national crisis that transcends the partisan divide. Sadly, I was wrong.
The progressive People for the American Way is also working with Media Matters in a boycott of Beck’s programming and the Fox News Channel. The group’s president, Michael Keegan, joined Media Matters in denouncing Palin, comparing her friendship with Beck to President Obama’s past ties to leftist radical Bill Ayers:
For someone who was so quick to smear Obama for ‘palling around with terrorists,‘ Sarah Palin doesn’t seem to take threats of violence too seriously when they’re generated by her own pals and allies. Even the last few days have seen disturbing thuggery in states around the country. This shouldn’t be a partisan issue. Democrats, Republicans, independents and even tea party members should be able to agree that inciting listeners to violence isn’t acceptable. It‘s profoundly disappointing that someone laying the groundwork to run for president doesn’t agree with that.

Think on this, something ‘happens’ in which a attempt on Mr Obama occurs, regardless of the event (and remember his security has been breached at least twice in two years by party crashers) – or a cyber attack on the nations power grid or phone grid, the crashing of the stock market by terrorist cyber attack (see the Tom Clancy Debt of Honor to see how it could be done) or the like.
With this, they declare a state of national emergency, shut down the information networks save for those of ‘federal usage only’ or ‘official information’ needs. All goes down, radio, tv, cable, internet, and their associated networking. Only official news of the administration gets out.
Next the declaration of martial law comes forth with the administration taking on emergency powers for the ‘duration of the emergency’ and ‘suspension of the courts, congress, and civil liberties’ with them setting up whatever systems they wish or already have prepared.
Then the take over is complete. They gather up all opposition to the administration and the new rulers of the land.
Watch and warn at anything suspicious and keep going in the light and grace of God.
Four days to the elections remain, and they are now talking of the terrorist attacks to come inspired by Beck and Palin. Watch america and stand strong, for something is coming.

Why did I do it for now 4 days? I admit I‘m very tired and sick at the response I’ve gotten. Name calling and worse when through reverse psycology I was trying to shock these couch potatoes to take action to stop the evil that we’re facing. In so many instances, I tried to reinforce what Glenn was asking us to do but it seemed to have little or no effect. I even gave clues as how to stop us. Explained that misinformation and misdirection were effective tools used but no one even checked this out. So, I apologize for being stupid and infantile to you.

This isn’t a joke folks. The reference is to one Bryan Williams who professed that he planned to slaughter everyone at the Tides Foundation and then the ACLU before he was pulled over by police, who he tried to kill. His statement (this isn’t hearsay) was that by listening to his “teacher” Glenn Beck, he realized he had to kill Tides employees to stop the destruction of America.
Of course there’s the Holocaust museum murderer, the head stomping, the “arrest” of a member of the press trying to ask Joe Miller questions, the anti-government guy who flew a plane into the IRS, the unknown powder and swastikas sent to Raul Grijalva. Not to mention the bombings and murders at abortion clinics (which are legal under US law, regardless of your or my personal opinion) and Timothy McVeigh, the anti-government activist. And let’s not forget the death threats against Muslims and the defacing of mosques in a country founded on religious freedom.
This isn’t a joke guys. You can deny it’s happening if it makes you feel better. I suggest we get back to the Constitution (freedom of religion, all men are created equal) and the teachings of Christ.
