      Representative Luis’ Gutierrez took an oath each time he was re-elected to the United States House of Representatives to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America. This same Constitution, which he “swore to uphold”, shows the separation of powers between the Legislative Group (Congress-Senate and House), The Executive Branch headed by our President, Barach Obama-who took a similar oath to uphold and preserve the Constitution of the United States of American and the Judiciary Branch, which took a similar oath to faithfully interperet and uphold the Constitution. In this short, obscene tirade by Representative Gutierrez, he effectively implored President Obama to shred the Constitution, invalidate the will of the People of these United States, so that the President would act unilaterally as a despot, disregarding the will of people of this Nation and the Power of the various branches of this Constiutional Republic. It is my opinion that Mr. Gutierrez’s rumblings raise to the level of High Crimes and Misdomeanors and thus he should be tried and convicted by his peers on impeachment based upon his treasonous statements and removed by the United States Senate, as he seems to want a tryranical dictatorship rather than the Republic that the Founders left us with. God Bless our Republic and have mercy on her, for such gross negligence as proposed by representatives like Mr. Gutierrrez, who swore to uphold our constitution and then made a mockery of its tenents!

I was alive then Ike stood behind civil rights also the first president that did, but you won’t read that in any history book. Ike was probably the best president we had in modern times.       The President, House members and Senators are required to take an oath to preserve, defend and protect the US Constitution. What happens when they brake that oath ? Nothing ? Why is it required if it doesn’t have any meaning. These people need to be impeached for UN-AMERICAN ACTIVITIES !

      I live in Illinois too, down state and it‘s not that they don’t COUNT them it’s just that they count the ones in chicago 3 times and they have more dead people that vote there. I have an idea, the next time this jack ass gives a rally, surround the place with INS and arrest EVERYBODY ther and check to see if they are legal.       You and me both…I live in Crook County outside of Chitcago…our votes get counted for the Democrats even when we vote Republican. (My wife and I were voting for Crook County Board President a few years back…we both selected Peraica (R) on the electronic voting machine…it kept coming up as Stroger (D). Had to recast the vote five times before it registered correctly. Stroger, who was universally HATED outside of Chitcago, won the election. How many others voted against him and didn’t notice that the vote went to him? I called Peraica’s campaign manager and he said that it had happened throughout the county.)

      I‘m most of the way through reading Ann Coulter’s “Demonic” … and it’s quite an eye opener. It’s a rifleshot into the understanding of the modern and not so modern democratic party.

      All the lies we are fed by democrats are truly shameful. The democrat party is the party of racism … It’s as clear as the Texas sky. They still are. Read it if you can. You too ENCINOM … you may learn something about yourself.

That pretty well sums up Gutierrez. He doesn’t see a color-blind society void of provisions for certain ethnic groups. Him and the Socialist Dems want division.

      Oh contrair ARES338, I have alot to say here! This poor excuse of a congressman always says the most hateful, ignorant,annd rascist comments like there is no tomorrow. I wish he would change his last name because I have the last name also Gutierrez. One major difference between us is he is not Mexican and I am. Second major difference is he is a Commie marxist congressman and I am a simple Joe shmoh, and a former conservative who did not leave the party I just could no longer support a party that has weak leaders who actually think they can buy votes or or trade votes for illegal aliens receiving amnesty. When my former weak kneed party let John McCain (R- Arizona) and Lindsy Gramnesty (R- North Carolina) try and shove amnesty light down my throat and that of my fellow Americans that was the last straw for me. I cannot condone me nor my fellow taxpayers paying the freight for these illegal crimminals stealing our identities killing my countrymen raping woman and young girls commiting home invations and fleeing across the border for things to cool down and then return to my country and the scene of the crime. Congressman Louis Gutierrez Democrat here in Chicago does not speak for me or my brothers and sisters. Chicago is a safe haven for these crimminal ilegal aliens who rob me and my family and freinds and tried to murder my wife and two children in broad daylight at 11:00 am. Chicago police told us since no one was killed we weren’t even afforded a police report. TEA PARTY!

      Are you ready for some “class warfare”?? He is talking about “ILLEGAL ALIENS” have the same rights as people that were BORN HERE, OR HAVE BEEN NATURALIZED, meaning they went through the process of becoming a LEGAL CITIZEN of this country. What this clown is advocating is more or less confirming the fact that Congress is IRRELEVANT, and if obummer DOES sign that into law in this fashion, the American public will know for sure! And with the “eternal campaigner” looking for all the votes he can get, he will, in my opinion, sign an executive decree approving the Dream Act, thus showing the utter disregard he has for the American people. If this doesn’t wake up America, nothing will.
