Fox Exclusive: ‘Most-Wanted’ Terrorist Al-Awlaki Dined at Pentagon After 9/11

Fox News has obtained documents showing that Anwar Al-Awlaki, the “first American on the CIA’s kill or capture list,” attended a lunch at the Pentagon shortly after the 9/11 attacks:
Documents exclusively obtained by Fox News, including an FBI interview conducted after the Fort Hood shooting in November 2009, state that Awlaki was taken to the Pentagon as part of the military’s outreach to the Muslim community in the immediate aftermath of the attacks.
The incident was flagged by a current Defense Department employee who came forward and told investigators she helped arrange the meeting after she saw Awlaki speak in Alexandria, Va.
The employee “attended this talk and while she arrived late she recalls being impressed by this imam. He condemned Al Qaeda and the terrorist attacks. During his talk he was ‘harassed’ by members of the audience and suffered it well,” reads one document.

It’s those un-answered questions and conflicts between witness statements and the 9/11 report that give them their motivation. I for one call for an independent investigation (if it’s not too late) and put all this to bed. But we must be willing to accept the facts of the investigation, no matter how difficult the facts may be to hear.

This is a news story about a man who is now one of the most wanted terrorists in the world. The events described took plays in “THE MONTHS AFTER 9/11″ so this would be 2001 or 2002.
Amazingly, there was actually a different president than, his name was George W. Bush.
Now, in mentioning that there was a different president at the time I have no intention of claiming that said president is to blame for this slip in security I AM SIMPLY SAYING THAT THIS SINGULAR, PARTICULAR INCIDENT HAS ZERO, ZIP, NADA TO DO WITH THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION.

Cog and JandD…I’m not surprised to hear about this…this statement has nothing to do with Obama. My prior statement, that Obama should be on the kill or capture list has EVERYTHING to do with Obama. But this has nothing to do with the fact that he was president at that time.
I am not surprised to hear this story because evil will always find a way to infiltrate…especially in the most ironic and invasive ways.
As for Obama needing to be on the kill or capture list, I believe all terrorists should be on it. Whether they have people fooled and are in places of ‘power’ or not. This includes Obama…obviously.

The story is that whenever ANY POTUS goes on a mission of outreach to muslims, he ends up propping up terrorists.
Someone suggested to invite Awlaki when Bush administration was looking around for some muslims to reach out to. That person may / may not have known about Awlaki’s role in 9/11 ( Dar-al -Hijrah)
but he got invited anyway. He was a jihady , maybe not well known then , but a jihady nevertheless. Yet he could be classified as a “ moderate muslim” and dine in the Pentagon.
Now if the Bush administration had known that there is no such thing as a “ moderate muslim” this might not have happened.
Similarly Obama’s people had Nidal Hassan on their insider group on Homeland Security .
Now he was in that group because he was considered to be a “ moderate muslim” ( atleast I hope so) worthy of outreach. But again, there is no such thing as a “ moderate muslim”.
Everytime you reach out your hand to a so called “ moderate muslim” it will end up blowing up in your face.
Bush did it and got the same result which Obama got.
The only difference is Bush had the same enemy as the rest of the Americans. He never forgot that and never poked the eyes of American people just to please jihadies.
