Fox News Charging Gawker ‘Mole’ With Grand Larceny

Remember Joe Muto, the disgruntled Fox News employee who leaked a couple of on-set videos from shows like Hannity and the O’Reilly factor, none of which brought any particularly interesting revelations to light? Well, apparently Fox News is set on making an example of him, minor revelations or no. To that end, if Muto’s Twitter feed is to be believed, they’ve pressed charges for grand larceny – a felony charge usually reserved for acts like stealing cars. Business Insider caught Muto’s updates to his Twitter:
Evidently, Muto’s legal defense is being assisted by Gawker, due to his publication of the materials he took from Fox on their site.

Posted on April 26, 2012 at 11:09amOn a day when Mr. Murdoch admitted that there was cover-up at Newscorp in the phone hacking scandal, the Blaze chooses to go with this story instead. Even Mr. Drudge is media savvy enough to understand what the headline of the day should be.
Once again The Blaze intrepid editorial staff is proving that they don’t have a clue.
Here a quick memo: Not too many people actually care what Mr. Soros or Mr. Jones had for lunch yesterday, or the newest gun the military has (the old ones can kill and blow things up just as well), or what the 1% of Americans who identify themselves as atheists are doing. These are stories, but they are not really news.

I am Canadian and love it because it has fun things on the blaze as well as serious issues, that even Canadians don’t hear about and would be in their best interest. So with that being said goose, read the Toronto sun rag mag if that’s what you call a newspaper.

I was hoping the Blaze would really focus on relevant, political stories but 90% of the time it’s talking about what a reporter on CNN or Fox said (btw, WE DON’T CARE – people come to the blaze to get AWAY from that garbage) or painting christians as helpless victims. The occasional good story does come through but the Blaze has been largely disappointing.
