Fox’s Megyn Kelly Makes Revealing GQ Appearance

Your eyes aren’t fooling you: that really is Fox News’s Megyn Kelly in the most recent edition of GQ Magazine.
The blonde-haired, and pregnant, anchor of “America Live” sat down with GQ’s Greg Veis for the December issue. The article’s title is to be expected: “She Reports, We Decide She’s Hot.”
While the magazine has not yet made a link available for the story, TVNewser does have some excerpts, including the magazine’s description of the conservative host:
Abhorred by the left, adored by the right, frequently pinata’d by The Daily Show, Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly has become the very blonde face—and legs—of the network. And she’s okay with that.
In the magazine interview, she boasts about Fox’s ratings: “You may have heard that we’re number one—we’re pretty good at advertising that.”
And also manages to discuss fan mail:
Some of them [letters] just say, ‘You’re hot”—which, you know, I don’t find insulting. [laughs] But the ones that go a little over the top get deleted right away.

As I posted earlier, I like the way she looks as a pretty, professional, intellingent mom better than when she looks like a slut. I personally don’t like the gross eye make-up and her leaning over and pulling her shoulder strap down. It looks slutty to me and degrading to her accomplishments, career, and intelligence. That’s my opinion. If you don’t like it…. tuff!
I wouldn’t want my wife to pose like that and have a bunch of butt sniffing dogs like the ones on this board making all those nasty comments about my wife. I respect her more than that. And I use to respect Megan more than that too.

This only shows me that she is what I thought she was all along. an overly ambitious person with a great gig and microphone, whose standards are lackluster at best.
But it isn’t her fault, it is Fox’s repeated idea to put her prototype on the air, and as much as I never want to watch CNN, I am always saying that the professionalim of their anchors appearance and the overal way they hold and carry themselves (even though most are idealogues) LOOK and SOUND from a TECHNICAL standpoint way above the cut that FOX allows to make the cut……and while we are at it..
Their 7 o’ clock hour is in terrible need of a different host…..so it’s not just megyn that i think needs replacing, it’s several of them…..Fox really could become more polished and professional ….then maybe they would be accepted on a large scale internationally. Stop trying to sex everything up……but oh, I guess that is the worlds oldest profession.

When they see such a great and well run news company they may get hooked, and stop watching the kool-aid drinkers, if they even watch anything at all. Haven’t you realized that every time Beck or Rush get some type of notice it just helps with their ratings. People that don’t know get curious and tend to check things out. Who knows? They might learn something.

Me being me, I don’t find that or this picture of her as attractive as her professionalism and candor on FNC. Part of the reason I have liked her is because stuff like this was not being done. I have noticed that since she got her own show more of this kind of mindset is coming out. This kind of stuff only diminishes my opinion of her. Though I still like her and will watch her on FNC. For now anyway. As soon as America Live turns into the View, or even close to it, I will stop watching.
I watch America Live because Kelly does her job well.
Not because I’m a butt sniffing dog drooling over her.
I’m disappointed in this. But who cares what I think.

While I’m not a GQ reader, I‘ve seen the tasteful photo shoots they’ve done, and not doubt this is why Megyn Kelly was convinced to do it. If Soetoro 2012 considers that to be porn, then I suggest that he should be turning in the printers of the Sears and J.C. Penny catalogs in to the police for producing porn also…

It has *seemed* ever since she got her own show she has become a bit taken with herself ..or maybe more fairly stated..she has become more ‘comfortable’ with her celeb status. I have a slightly different idea of why she is becoming more and more this way however and at least to me it seems to do with aging. Laugh if you want to but approaching the age of 40 does weird things to a gal’s mind sometimes and if you listen closely to some of her remarks over the past year or so especially….you realize that Megyn Kelly increasingly enjoys others liking her and she really enjoys others enjoyment at the way she looks. I just think that suddenly she finds herself 1)a mom 2)married 3)almost 40 which are all HUGE life changes hitting her mostly all at one time. ………….This article is not what I would have wanted her to do. She is cheapening that Megyn-brand of charm & charisma she had going and just becoming another same ol same ol it’s all about me type celeb. …but it is not difficult to see what’s behind her actions. Grasping at that fountain of youth.

Hormones. lol. ……When I was expecting my 2nd baby I bought the ugliest living room furniture ever. I have no idea why except that hormones also do strange things to your judgment. Yes.. she IS beautiful. But part of her beauty was that she didn’t need to flaunt her beauty to prove she had it and that just made her that much more attractive! As stated elsewhere and in other words here….the quiet confidence of sexy is a whole nuther kickin’ brand of sexy.
I’m giving Megyn the benefit of the doubt here for an otherwise Bone-Headed move that I think she will not always be proud of. I eventually sold that ugly sofa.

I respected Megyn because of her apparent modesty and conduct compared to some of the FOX babes. Maybe she’s threatened by Gretchen or Ann Colter who are eager to keep the ratings up even when the intellectual material is wanting. That‘s what they’re paid to do, it just goes unsaid. I hope this is not the up and coming Megyn Kelly. We shall see………and all you holier than thou bunch, we ARE allowed to judge the fruit, so save the “who are you to judge” speeches.

We have serious problems in our country and I am not interested in this type of self elevation. Also, I think it is disrepectful to your co-workers to dis them in print like CQ. If she has issue with what Glen says she should provide evidence and not go out in an interview and dis him.

Blonds… well, of them I have never been very fond. Brunette is much hotter. Though when it comes to hot topics, especially stuffed with legalese, Kelly always brings the heat, to the close by seats. Fox likes slick looking sets and, for the most part, finds plenty of folks who compliment the look while ramping up our intellects with honorable truth. Though, I must admit that 5 PM slot is lacking…which I extremely faithfully catch at the 2 AM replay. Believe, it or not folks, for those who faithfully shut Fox off well before the 2 AM hour, Fox at times has had the gall to interrupt their best replay with trivia like a hurricane heading to NY, election results, and even some guy speaking from oversees. That gets my hate mail in a hurry. On Red Eye, 3 AM, this blond, back to Megyn, whom I miss this week, 1 PM, always sets well against an otherwise rather bland set and crowd. Yea, Megyn always does brining it, as do a host of other dedicated folk.

I do notice there is a lack of DARK HAIRED or RED HEADS on FOX who anchor shows.. there are MANY conservative women who are NOT blond ..just as beautiful..but don’t have their own shows..One thing I did notice when I started watching FOX was the lack of female anchors whom are not BLOND while it’s alright for the males to have dark hair.. males can be short, stocky, tall, skinny have hair or be bald ..while the women all look alike.. it’s no wonder the left stereotypes the right..
