‘Obvious Hatred’: FreedomWorks Activist Describes Attack to Beck

Yesterday we brought you video of a young FreedomWorks employee being attacked by a protester outside the group’s office. The video shows the protester, in a heated debate with a young man, turn his frustration on the woman recording the exchange, snarl, and whack her. The attack knocked the woman’s camera to the ground.

Today, the young videographer joined Glenn Beck on radio to describe exactly what happened. That woman is Tabitha Hale, director of new media at FreedomWorks. She explained to Beck that while the man did not closed-fist punch her, he did “grab” her arm and fomented a “lot of hostility.”
“He swatted my phone out of my hand, threw it on the ground and…swatted me with his sign,” she said. “It was kind of bizarre. … There was this very obvious hatred”:

Simple assault can be distinguished without the intent of injury upon another person. The VIOLATION OF ONE’S PERSONAL SPACE or touching in a way the victim deemed inappropriate can be simple assault.
Shoving a camera in someone’s face during an argument or to provoke an argument meets the definition of assault.
If Freedom Works prosecutes this – they will LOSE

Posted on February 24, 2011 at 6:30pmUh, the guy in that video is a private citizen standing on the street engaged in a lawful activity – a crew from Freedom Works with a camera shows up, confronts him, starts a loud argument with him and finally provokes him to “violence” – i.e. shoving the camera away from his face – and that, my friend, equals an assault on the citizen – NOT the camera person – and these kinds of faked and heavily edited videos are the best the “conservatives” have…real American conservatives are not going to buy this baloney.

But the POW notes is made up. Never happened. She was voted one of the century’s top women way back on April 30 1999.
Col. Carrigan was a real POW but never met Jane Fonda. Driscoll never met Fonda either and certainly never spit on her.
And on and on…I wont go into any more, this is all available online. It has been debunked for well over a decade now. Maybe some of you people should start looking into things before you go off the deep end.

Agreed about Hanoi Jane, traitor on the level with Obama; she sold us out period, and I have seen the results one day when waiting for jury selections in phoenix, several of her shows were to be aired on the waiting rooms TV system, and many vets, vietnam era and current era, asked as a group of the court clerk to ‘please remove her shows as a polite request from all of us’ as one group and voice.
I came over with many others to support them, I did tell them I did not serve, yet honor them for the service they willingly gave.

So infamous congratulations to the 8 votes in Arizona who passed this unconstitutional bill to the full Senate floor. They’ve just declared those born as dual citizens eligible to be Commander In Chief of the US Armed Forces.

Well, thank you. AZ is one of the eleven states with legislation on eligibility for POTUS or congressional office. However, it’s just out of committee. It hasn’t been passed by the AZ General Assembly. With Jan Brewer as Governor of AZ, I doubt it has a chance of passing.

If it had been myd pulled out and bussed to this protest I would be hopping mad. Forcing political viewpoints down children’s throats makes it even worse. I hope people are lining up at the Teacher’s union door to sue the hell out of them for taking their children out of school and placing in harms way. Yeah, those teachers REALLY care about the kids!

Anyone even showing the slightest amount of disagreement sets off red flags in their head and they get defensive. From their it escalates until they finally snap and lash out. This should be the gaol of counter protesters, push the radicals “red button” and make them snap BUT make sure you have a camera or should I say cameras rolling.
The radicals must be taken down from within their own actions. You cant debate them or any of that sort as they are the kid on the playground who is constantly changing the rules of the game during play! You can however make them so mad they get in trouble and thrown off the playground, in real word sense hopefully you get them arrested. The more these ppl are pushed the better our situation to stop them. You have to stand your ground and not fight back though as THAT IS what they want. Push them hard just DON’T lay a finger on them. What you are doing is no different than one of BHO’s speeches, “just words… just words”. If they can’t control themselves from a few words thrown at them then we will get them on film at their breaking point for the world to see what we already knew as who the real bad guys are!

1. The Tea Party: Dignified. No hate. No physical assault. No interference with the press.
2. The Left: Hateful signs with “crosshairs” and Hitler. Physical attacks. Abuse of the press.
Then there is the double standard of the old press:
1. Tea Party is corporate paid, etc., etc.
2. Absence of coverage of the truth.
Scarborough admitted this during the week on his show.

That would give them the chance grab the power that they could never get peacefully. We can handle them without force – except as required by lawful peace officers to enforce laws already in effect. The Whole Country loses if we can’t settle these things peacefully.

The left is cracking and getting desperate. They do this all the time especially when they start losing ground. Anyone even showing the slightest amount of disagreement sets off red flags in their head and they get defensive. From their it escalates until they finally snap and lash out. This should be the gaol of counter protesters, push the radicals “red button” and make them snap BUT make sure you have a camera or should I say cameras rolling.
The radicals must be taken down from within their own actions. You cant debate them or any of that sort as they are the kid on the playground who is constantly changing the rules of the game during play! You can however make them so mad they get in trouble and thrown off the playground, in real word sense hopefully you get them arrested. The more these ppl are pushed the better our situation to stop them. You have to stand your ground and not fight back though as THAT IS what they want. Push them hard just DON’T lay a finger on them. What you are doing is no different than one of BHO’s speeches, “just words… just words”. If they can’t control themselves from a few words thrown at them then we will get them on film at their breaking point for the world to see what we already knew as who the real bad guys are!

We all have to keep in mind that the Left wants to start a fight they want civil unrest. I don’t want Obama declaring martial law either but if there is a way to drive them nuts I love to hear and see it.
