General Boykin to Beck: ‘I Believe Iran Has a Nuclear Warhead Now’

On the Glenn Beck Program tonight, Glenn welcomed two eminent guests with a great deal of experience analyzing the current state of world affairs to talk about the escalating tensions between Iran and Israel. Joining Glenn were General Jerry Boykin, and author Erick Stakelbeck, each of whom came equipped with a great deal of knowledge and some frightening predictions. Video and highlights follow:

“Don’t worry, President Obama says he’s not bluffing now, Glenn, he’s not bluffing. He really means it this time,” Stakelbeck said sarcastically. “When you have to reassure your enemies that you mean business, you’re not bluffing, you’re probably bluffing.”

When Glenn asked how close Iran was to having a nuclear weapon, Stakelbeck said he believed they were “very, very close.” General Boykin was more pessimistic.

“I have a different view, Glenn, I believe that Iran has a nuclear warhead now. Now, that’s gonna shock a lot of people, but they‘ve been working for 25 years and they’ve had the assistance of North Korea as well as the Russians. You don’t work for 25 years without succeeding in the development of a warhead.”

Boykin also explained something Glenn called the “Bubba effect,” named for the sort of person some would expect to be involved in anti-Islamic violence. Watch below:

    I have to respectfully disagree with Glenn, the spirit of Martin Luther King will not be able to keep the barbarians at the gate. Peace is a great ideal, but it does not work in reality. Conservatives will have to defend their values with force if necessary. Remember we aren’t talking about disagreements or squabbles over minor issues which can be addressed democratically. These are fundamental differences of good vs evil.

      We will ALWAYS need to focus on our local communities.

      It’s where we live and is the only reality we have a direct stake in. You really want to overcome? If you really do, you will find ways to help those who need it. The big squabbles are won in the mind, to resort to any sort of chaos will only make their position stronger, and our own weaker.

      Over time violence always begets violence. Hate always begets hate. ALWAYS. Cling to that truth, for it is real.

      For over time we will learn, that love always begets love. Patience always begets patience. ALWAYS. Cling with the mightiest grip to this, otherwise, you are just another source of love’s destruction.

      That is the message you should carry and deliver, now more than ever brother.

      I believe we are going to revolution. There is no way the Civil War could have been fought in a peaceful no violent manner. I will be a peace loving person…until the shooting starts. It will be a war not a sit in or peaceful protest that restores the Republic.
      How do you think the left will react when the Government goes broke and the welfare recipient cant be paid? Ask yourself that. They will be in the streets stealing robbing and raping. The Marxist in Chief will call for Martial Law. Then what do you do? Yea…not mnay have asked themselves that question…

      I did not watch the video but your assessment is correct. These are not trivial issues. We either fight to restore and honor our Constitution or we lay down and watch our Liberty be squelched day by day because the enemy has a plan and they are working it. It’s not theoretical or please jesus jesus but they have planned calculated and they are working it.. We need far more than just the spirit of MLK Beck which I would say was a Satanic spirit anyway considering what a whoremonger he was in his last days..

      I am not violent, I do not own a gun (I feel compelled to say that). I feel the frustration of many because I also do not see a way to protect the Constitution from the socialist attacks anymore using written & spoken words. I like many others do not know what if any action would be helpful or effective anymore. As a father of young children I would rather fight the fight than leave it for them. I understand when Glenn says do it with love & peace, if we did things Glenn’s way change would be possible. I don’t have faith in the people around me to even care about America, let alone do the hard work needed to return to founding principles. Like many conservatives I am willing to die for the Constitution on the field of battle but not in a prison held by my government. This is absurd that such thoughts as an American even have to be considered. I’m not alone in thinking that violence is inevitable because there is not a non-violent option that seems to be effective. However until the last moment I will pray for a peaceful restoration to our guiding principles.

      Tell that to the Jews during WWII. Tell it to the Christians living in Moslem countries all around the world. Unfortunately, everyone, even Christians, have a right to defend themselves and their own. If you think love is going to stop a bullet or a machete, you are canon fodder. God helps those who help themselves, and if you aren’t willing to lift a finger to save yourself, then you are not showing God’s love. You are simply showing cowardice in the disguise of love. Love means you are willing to die to protect a friend, not commit suicide with them. Evil will destroy you, your wife, your children, everything you own and then you. God demands we all fight to protect our own, and he will help us. If you don’t think so look at the old testament. God fought with the Jews to help them protect their own. We should do no less.

      there is no such thing as “free” energy….you can build a solar system and wind system into your house but they also make you a target when things go bad unless you can get your neighbors to band together and do the same thing…a street or block of armed residence can resist for a long time…an individual can not….
      you can also build a biofuel system as well…but there is no “free” energy system…no system that will give you 200 mpg in your car or even 100 mpg….no machine that will take 1 kilowatt and give you 2 kilowatts out the other side…
      AGAINST the laws of Physics and it would require God or Jesus…they are the only ones I know that can make something from nothing or multiple out of thin air….

      that being said….should you get a generator or some other energy back up.. YES….and protect and defend it with brass and lead if need be…..

    Maybe I’m the only one, but is anyone else getting tired of this “any day now something really really bad is going to happen” line I keep hearing from Beck and his guests? Where is the hyper inflation Glenn warned about? Riots on the street akin to Greece? Israel under seige? Obama exerting dictatorial powers? But I know what the answer will be; “just wait, it’ll happen..you’ll see.” I for one am tired of waiting. Obama having a recess appointment when there wasn‘t techinically a recess doesn’t get me as scared of a dictatorship as it used to I suppose. I want something big, bad and scary to happen. Otherwise…why in the hell am I wasting my time listening to the man who dresses like he’s from the late 1800s?

      One of our biggest weaknesses in America is that we are a fast food society with the attention span of a clam.
      The societies that have been around for a while like China, Japan and yes, the middle east, know this and use it to their advantage, as do the progressive left. We don’t think in terms of centuries, we want change and we want it now!

      On the one hand it is what helps to drive us to success, on the other it makes us weak because we cannot see the bridge ahead has washed out because we are going 160mph towrads our destination.

      It may yet be years down the road or it may happen soon. Either way, if and when it does happen we will not be caught off guard. And nobody loses from being prepared. The bottom line is that if something does happen, we are prepared. Its called a contingency plan. Our Federal government has a lot of those you know. They talk about possible scenarios and then they put together ideas on how to deal with them, “in the event of”. So if you assume that bad things will never happen or in other words that your way of living your life will continue to remain the same no matter what, come hell or high water, than you should go to the huffpo website to get your news. They have the same line of reasoning there.

Get prepared and get your family prepared. Get right with God first. Put some food and water away. Make sure you have a 3 month supply of any necessary prescriptions. Buy a gun and ammo. Have some cash in a safe place. Just because you want it not to happen will not keep bad things from occurring. @ RepubliCorp How did the Third Reich come to power? Hitler didn’t have the financing to enter WWII, Germany was in shambles then, it was Americans John Foster Dulles (Future US Secretary of State, Eisenhower admin) and Allen Dulles (Soon to be Director of the CIA) who personally met with Hitler before the war to arrange his financing. These men represented the Henry J. Schroeder banking company, which was under the direct control of those who created our Federal Reserve Banking system. The same system put in place to finance WWI.

      At the heart of all war is economics or debt creation. The same people who control and use the media to instill fear and terror in you are the same people who loan us money to fight these wars, in the end they’re the only ones who benefit and profit. Meanwhile you keep asking your govt. to preemptively attack nations that have done nothing to us, nor are capable of doing anything to us, as long as they keep telling you they’re protecting you from the “big bad boogie man” out there. Do you really think you‘re safer because we’re spending hundreds of billions in Afghanistan building infrastructure ten years after we toppled the Taliban, or attacking a nation that didn‘t have WMDs and certainly wasn’t capable of attacking us? You’re so much safer, at least keep telling yourself that to justify these wars. I’ll clue you in, Iran is no different we only have to look to history to know this.

    I don’t know what Iran thinks Israel is going to do if Iran makes the first strike. Israel keeps its nukes on submarines in the ocean. Thus even if the entire nation of Israel is nuked, the remaining navy could and would retaliate. Obviously, any nation that would be in a position to occupy Israel would be a target. Mecca and Medina would be psychological targets. I think the US Navy being stationed close to the Straits of Hormuz gives Israels neighbors some assurance that Israel will not retaliate to prevent collateral damage to US armed forces. But, why would Israel care if Jerusalem and Tel Aviv were glowing in the dark?

    “Ford‘s team commended Iran’s decision to build a massive nuclear energy industry, noting in a declassified 1975 strategy paper that Tehran needed to “prepare against the time — about 15 years in the future — when Iranian oil production is expected to decline sharply.”

    Estimates of Iran’s oil reserves were smaller then than they are now, but energy experts and U.S. intelligence estimates continue to project that Iran will need an alternative energy source in the coming decades. Iran’s population has more than doubled since the 1970s, and its energy demands have increased even more.

    The Ford administration — in which Cheney succeeded Rumsfeld as chief of staff and Wolfowitz was responsible for nonproliferation issues at the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency — continued intense efforts to supply Iran with U.S. nuclear technology until President Jimmy Carter succeeded Ford in 1977. ”

And where are those experts Glenn had on not to long ago enlightening us how the recession was economic terrorism committed by Chinese dissidents, Muslim extremists and of course, George Soros?

    Ya‘ll need to take Glenn’s advice – do your own homework. Some of Glenn’s so-called experts and nothing more than conspiracy theorists.

      General Boykin fmr. United States Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence

      In the military there is no such thing as “retired” high ranking officer. Once the military has invested time and money into training you, teaching you they like to keep you close to home as a friend.
      Now, retired military will not share classified information as that would be a no-no. But what is a little known fact is that many “retired” military people are kept on very high security clearance that often outstrips the clearance of most members of Congress (both my Aunt and Uncle fall into this catagory). It may be a “hunch” but I highly doubt it. More like an educated conclusion.

      Ha! Sounds like good times! My father was a WWII frog man (precurser to the seals).

      My Aunt was Pentagon, (she won’t say what she did) the other was a commander of a Destroyer in the first Gulf war. Their wedding was like a who’s who in Washington DC (complete with secret service). I was too young (mid-teens) to appreciate it at the time, just remember everyone trying to hook me up with some Senator’s son!

      Two of my son’s serve now.

      People don’t realize how the military family works and when someone like Boykin speaks up you are a fool to dismiss out of hand what they have to say.

    War game the fact that the Ayatollah’s allies just won in the parliament and they are not Ahmadinejad allies, they lost as they are not the same allies. This win will allow the Ayatollah to mute and remove the office of president if he wants. The Ayatollah is the real power in Iran and knows he would be dead a few hours after the first strike by them to Israel or done on them by Israel. He does not have a death wish like Ahmadinejad even if he is a 12er, he knows he will not survive to see the Mahdi. He will be dead. Ahmadinejad ego has him surviving a retaliatory attack by Israel or US to welcome the Mahdi from the well. He may even have a bunker at the site of the well to welcome the Mahdi when Israel and the world is a wash in blood.

      Khomenii is not a 12er – and boy, does he like power – so he would not want to “sahre it” with the 12th Imam. Do they have the missle capability – yep, Russia and N. Korea have given them the ability – ti’s why they are “cleaning’ up sites. they have the missle or will shortly – and they ahve the nuke material. It’s how fast can they put two and two together. As for the “Bubba Effect”. the problem is it will be easy for the WH/DOJ to “stage” a Bubba action. Waht has to occur – is the other “Bubba”s not falling for it – not to react until all the info is in – because they (WH/Obummer/Soros/DOJ etc) EXPECT a knee jerk reaction in order to mobilize police/Homeland Security etc. So – don’t let them play puppet master. Let them have heir “play” – but a puppet show with one puppet (the supposed Bubba) and no audience. Outsmart them – it’s not hard to do – they telegraph everything. Israel – yep, they‘ll strike and don’t for a minute think Bebe told Obummer when and how – he knows Obummer and Biden would not wait till he left US airspace to tell the Iranians and other Israel’s plan. So expect a lot of misdirection on part of Israel as relates to US -they have to – it’s their lives. Khomanii could “die of natural causes” at the drop of hat and ol’ Ahmadasahatter would strike within hours or days before the military got around to taking him out.

    I would be surprised if Iran hasn’t acquired the components for a bomb. We had set them up with a couple of nuclear reactors before the Shah was chased out. We knew they still had the reactors when Carter botched the rescue. The Russians have been pals and the Germans send engineers everywhere. Like N. Korea showed the world building a bomb isn’t the hard part. Building one that works is trickier. Testing the stuff that makes the bomb work is one thing but like we saw with Korea it doesn’t always work the first few times you try. We would know if they set off even a small nuke but they might just test it abroad. Like the recent possible trigger tests they are now cleaning up they are probably very, very close.

    General Boykin to Beck: ‘I Believe Iran Has a Nuclear Warhead Now’
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    This is what I said weeks ago. Iran is trying to get Israel to launch an attack under the false pretense of “preventing” Iran from completing a nuke.
    Newsflash, Iran already has one and will use it on Israel under the guise of “self defense against the Zionist pigs” if Israel attacks first. If Israel doesn’t attack, Iran smuggles one into the country anyways and detonates it…or uses it as blackmail.
    Simple.
      I’ve shared with my friends that if I were a terrorist, I’d detonate one near the north part of Israel near, or in the ocean. I don’t know where the wind patterns originate from, but I would want it to cause the most damage downwind. Imagine the tidal wave if it was detonated a few miles out, and think of the radioactive fallout. They could discernibly devastate Israel, but prevent the fallout from going into neighboring nations that favor islam.
      This is why I say, if Israel does a preemptive hit on Iran, I hope to GOD that it is overwhelming and utterly decisive from a tactical point of view. Otherwise it’ll be like the world stirred up a hornets nest of Islamic jihad everywhere.
      I think you’re correct to a point. I think Iran does have nuke capability but will only use it as a “last ditch” alternative. I think Iran wants to push Israel into a pre-emptive strike so they can then rally anti-israel countries to push for UN approval of an all out war with Israel. The UN will vote and Obama will choose to have the US abstain. After that…all hell will break loose.
      Stop spending so much time being paranoid. Live your life following Jesus and let your God figure out the rest.
