Genius Joe: Scarborough Blasts Beck, Hannity, Limbaugh for Not Supporting McCain in Primaries by Using Examples of Dole & Ford Failed Presidential Bids
@jackrorabbit… EXACTLY.. seems to me BOTH the RNC and the DNC keeps thinking we are suppose to BOW to whomever THEY decide should be next .. this whole system is messed up.. it would make more sense that we just have a GENERAL election.. the one that comes in first is PRESIDENT and the second one is VP.. this system they are doing has gotten us ZIP on having ANY men/women of honor lead our country in quite some time..
Apparently, Scarborough believes in not calling a tiger a tiger. However, the lady is 100% correct by calling Scarborough a centrist. Further, he is wrong regarding McCain. McCain destroyed himself in the campaign by not going on the offensive during the campaign against Obama, thinking that he would win on experience and his record. Talk radio, etc. were calling McCain out for exactly what he was – a centrist RINO. McCain has a record of sacrificing conservative principles and ideals to work out deals with Dems get bills pass in the Senate. Lesser of two evils in ‘08? Yes, he was. Let‘s hope 2012 doesn’t come down to that again.
Does anyone actually watch the Kool-Aid Cult at MSNBC? If it wasn’t on Foxnews or The Blaze…
I never would have heard anything these balloonheads say.
..And like Beck said, the Balloonheads need to be careful because the only ones that watch them are Pinheads.
Joe and his comrades are again trying to elect our nominee. In 08 they propped up McCain cause they knew he would lose. Now they are humping Huntsman. We are not that stupid Joe!!
You lost all credibility by being on that show.
Why should anyone be obligated to support someone they don’t feel is the best choice for president to make this guy happy? Instead, he should be criticizing those who DID support Mc Cain for making Republicans end up with such a weak candidate, one who didn’t really stand up to Obama and was far too progressive for many.
Joe is a propagandist on MessNBC. His stupidity and arrogance is not surprising since he follows in the footsteps of the 3 stooges: Maddow, Matthews, Schultz!
This is the part of life this president refuses to acknowledge. He is not president because of everything he is. He’s president because we wanted to give him the opportunity to be everything he is.
Never ever ever have listened to the man, nor ever will. Who co-anchors a national show with his shirt open to his navel (oh, I forgot – Simon Cowell does).
But on a more serious note – who cares what he thinks. He’s just another media whore sitting in and MSNBC.
Jolt-less Joe is an idiot and he admits it. Republicans with any sense didn’t back McCain because they understood he was a toothless tiger, which he turned out to be, and the Marxist rolled all over him. Joe is bashing the Republican talking heads for being right – it makes no sense, unless the goal is to LOSE the election.
And, we’re faced with the same decision but on a much grander scale; Romney or Palin? Which has “our” best interests in mind? Which would not only not run from an encounter, but embrace them and take the fight to the enemy? If you say Romney, you can join Joe 4 years from now and have the same conversation.
Joe, just change your party affiliation. You are the definition of RHINO. “Centrist” means nothing. It means you don’t have all data or facts. You are either fiscally conservative or you are not. You are either socially conservative or you are not. You can be fiscally conservative and socially progressive or the other way around. Outside of that, you are just lying to yourself. His word for Centrist are the people who aren’t up on all the issues, and they just happen to be the main targets of the media, who by the way, shape elections by trying to sway that group with lies and propoganda. Can you FEEL the hope and change?
Have these people on MSNBC ever watched or listened to anybody other than those who follow the same line as they? I admit they do know how to talk “trash” since it is the only way they know how to defend Obama and his agenda. They never have anything positive to say about their idol but can only resort to defamation of their “enemies.”
Heh, yeah, because Glenn’s endorsement of McCain would have been just what he needed to beat Obama. Riiiight. It would only have hurt Glenn’s credibility.

They are down so far, and so out of touch with their audience and reality; that there is no other reason for their actions…signs of uttermost desperation.
It’s not that they are out of touch with their audience, it‘s that their audience isn’t as big as the one that watches (or experiences, it’s more of an experience) Fox News.
As much as you BeckBot pea brain mental midgets do not want to admit it, Joe is right. the demigods on the far right are hurting the conservative cause. All to line their own pockets hence all you lemmings go give the Beckester 5000 so you can go to Israel. Hahaaaa what a bunch of dweebs. Shalom
GRANDMAof5, Morning, and I agree that McCain was the lesser of two evils; with the emphesis on the term ‘evil.’ When two progressives are the only choices, then we have allowed ourselves to be maneuvered into making a dark decision no matter what.
Hope all is going good today for you as it will be well over the century mark today. Allergies are doing better and kitty is being pestered by brids just outside the window…also, found an interesting bit of trivia for my morning tea, when mixing wintermint and apple cinnamon do not add by accident a pinch of nutmeg…too sharp of a bite, though it will wake you up.
Morning to you, also, SNOW, glad to hear your allergies have calmed down. Tea, sans nutmeg, sounds delightful! Don‘t think we will be quite as warm as you are today but mid 90’s is way too hot for me (and we really need some rain). Hope you have a good day, hopefully painting between posts.
“During the course of administration, and in order to disturb it, the artillery of the press has been leveled against us, charged with whatsoever its licentiousness could devise or dare. These abuses of an institution so important to freedom and science are deeply to be regretted, inasmuch as they tend to lessen its usefulness and to sap its safety.” –Thomas Jefferson, Second Inaugural Address, 1805
Grandma,
I think that was the case for most of the Republicans. McStain was a weak, lilly-livered, shy candidate who just would not speak out against the announted one. Drove me crazy during debates, when he would act as though he were dealing with a mentally retarded teenager. Maybe he knows Obama better than we do :-)
One thing I almost always can do nowadays is that if I need to be reminded of how crazy and insane the world is; I just need to turn on MSNBC or the radio to NPR and shake my head for the utter levels of nonsense they spew each and every breath of their shows.
As for my artwork, I am taking a break for a couple of weeks to deal with other family matters – sis is in town and family WW3 is kicking off big time.
Poor Joe, now that he’s in that NY media bubble, he’s forgotten the meaning of the word is. Clear thought will continue to elude him in this twisted environment. When he spends some time in Florida with his mom, he’ll make sense for about a day, then that warped NY bizzaro stuff overtakes his feeble little mind.
Joe just shows how incredibly stupid and unconservative he really is. I guess Reagan losing the primary battle to Ford, a sitting President, is proof that Republicans really want centrists.
I wonder how Reagan managed to fool the party into thinking he was a centrist the next two elections.

When regulars scare off new readers, they lose access to new ideas.

McCain and Obozo were chosen for the American people to vote on. Both of these Progressives were planted by the RNC and the DNC to serve the Bilderberg elites.
America never had a choice in the past 5 elections. They are only given the illusion of a choice.
Notice how the Republican field has been flooded with RINOs. The socialist elites are betting on getting Obozo to win because of Republican vote dilusion, or getting the American People to actually cast a vote for a RINO who is in their pocket.
I believe that this will be the last presidental election before a ‘great change’ befalls this country. It will either be reborn from humility and misery or it will die from apathy and greed, but it will certainly not be ‘business as usual’. If a progressive sees the WH in 2012, then I am afraid that the country’s destiny will be the latter of the two.
Anonymous T. Irrelevant: I’m sorry to inform you of the fact that the Jews preferred Obama over McCain; therefore, McCain was not allowed to attack Obama.. Maybe you noticed the new comer Palin as she got pissed that McCain would not attack not understanding that McCain and Obama both work for the same crew. Hence the term going Rogue. But I‘d be willing to bet that even Sarah would be much more careful with her words today because when they choose a candidate that’s the final decision… Don’t mess with them. McCain understood this.
You do understand that McCain‘s financial well being comes from his wife’s side don’t you? And you do understand who is wife is right? lol
@Gramma of 5, You voiced my thoughts perfectly. I say I didn’t vote for McCain, I voted for Sarah. It was just our tough luck, and poor choices in the primary that McCain was in the running.
We really did not choose this man, the old boys club did. I’m like grandma, I voted for Sarah. I’m tired of our candidates saying the same old tripe, just tell us the truth and then real ways of fixing it. It isn’t up to that idiot on msnbc to tell anyone anything on this side of the political debate. His opinion means nothing. Only our opinion counts and we had best be very carefull where we put our vote.
Morning to all the the “normal” regulars, have a question for the tea drinkers-how do I dre mint? Have a ton of chocolate.
We’ve actually learned a thing or two since then Joe, one that vetting candidates is a very good idea, and two, that solid conservatives can be chosen, vetted and elected, thusly 2010.
Sadly I think a lot of Tea Party folks are overlooking the ONLY viable choice for 2012, probably because of how badly he’s been smeared by the left for decades. RON PAUL in 2012 folks or we can all bend over, put our heads between our legs and kiss our assets goodbye as a nation.
That is if we even get to have an election, and it’s not just stolen outright by Obama the fraud-in-chief.
America is firing folks, life support is called for.
There are many avenues for discourse for grandma and snow to utilize other than this forum or you could just get a room. Please discuss your allergies and kitties elswhere.
That’s old news. This year its Romney all the way. He’s going to get a boost with the Book of Mormon winning a Tony for best musical.
Collecting the best musical prize, Parker said he‘d be remiss if he didn’t thank his late book co-writer – Joseph Smith, the founder of the Mormon church.
“You did it, Joseph! You got the Tony!” Parker said, looking skyward.
McCain was Obama Lite. He did nothing to excite the conservative base. Most of us still voted for the senile old RINO anyhow out of party loyalty, but not enthusiastically.
We will not be fooled again. If we are going to lose this time it will not be with a nice guy centrist like Romney. We want the real deal, a true constitutional conservative and we will go out with all barrels blazing.
This election is literally a matter of life and death!
The trouble is–and nobody ever seems to get this–that is the only choice we are ever GIVEN–the lesser of two evils. Would it KILL the GOP to put a candidate out there people should actually SUPPORT? What happened was people were so disgusted at the lack of a viable choice that a lot of them simply stayed home–thereby allowing a certain Communist with Muslim leanings to waltz away with the White House. I don’t think that would have happened if just ONCE the Republicans could come up with something better than “the lesser of two evils”.
On “lesser of two evils”, when there IS a viable candidate early on, the media quickly ignores him/her to death to be sure that the ONLY choice we ever get is “the lesser of two evils”. I am convinced the Democrats have been picking the Republican nominees for some time now–simply because of their control of the fawning lapdog liberal-biased media. They are doing the same thing now–stroking Mitney–praising Mitney–constantly portraying him as “the front runner” and “the only serious candidate in the race”, marginalizing every other candidate to quickly dispose of them so they can be sure Mitney will be the nomination–because they KNOW he CANNOT WIN — that is why they like him so much they are even allowing “their” media to promote him.
Joe Scaroborough has fell off the wagon since working at MSNBC…McCain got the nomination because of Romney’s Endorsement and by Fred Thompson not attacking McCain, but Huckabee…

Posted on June 13, 2011 at 10:54amMcCain and Obozo were chosen for the American people to vote on.

Posted on June 13, 2011 at 11:11amAnonymous T.
And you do understand who is wife is right? lol

Posted on June 13, 2011 at 11:13am@Gramma of 5, You voiced my thoughts perfectly. I say I didn’t vote for McCain, I voted for Sarah. It was just our tough luck, and poor choices in the primary that McCain was in the running.

Posted on June 13, 2011 at 11:20amWe really did not choose this man, the old boys club did.

Posted on June 13, 2011 at 11:27amWe’ve actually learned a thing or two since then Joe, one that vetting candidates is a very good idea, and two, that solid conservatives can be chosen, vetted and elected, thusly 2010.

Posted on June 13, 2011 at 2:46pmThat’s old news.

Posted on June 13, 2011 at 6:15pmMcCain was Obama Lite.

Posted on June 13, 2011 at 8:20pmThe trouble is–and nobody ever seems to get this–that is the only choice we are ever GIVEN–the lesser of two evils.

Posted on June 13, 2011 at 8:25pmOn “lesser of two evils”, when there IS a viable candidate early on, the media quickly ignores him/her to death to be sure that the ONLY choice we ever get is “the lesser of two evils”.
