@jackrorabbit… EXACTLY.. seems to me BOTH the RNC and the DNC keeps thinking we are suppose to BOW to whomever THEY decide should be next .. this whole system is messed up.. it would make more sense that we just have a GENERAL election.. the one that comes in first is PRESIDENT and the second one is VP.. this system they are doing has gotten us ZIP on having ANY men/women of honor lead our country in quite some time..

Apparently, Scarborough believes in not calling a tiger a tiger. However, the lady is 100% correct by calling Scarborough a centrist. Further, he is wrong regarding McCain. McCain destroyed himself in the campaign by not going on the offensive during the campaign against Obama, thinking that he would win on experience and his record. Talk radio, etc. were calling McCain out for exactly what he was – a centrist RINO. McCain has a record of sacrificing conservative principles and ideals to work out deals with Dems get bills pass in the Senate. Lesser of two evils in ‘08? Yes, he was. Let‘s hope 2012 doesn’t come down to that again.

      Exactly.

“McCain has a record of sacrificing conservative principles and ideals to work out deals with Dems get bills pass in the Senate.”

There is a time for compromise and a time to stand firm. Something McCain never learned.

Why should anyone be obligated to support someone they don’t feel is the best choice for president to make this guy happy? Instead, he should be criticizing those who DID support Mc Cain for making Republicans end up with such a weak candidate, one who didn’t really stand up to Obama and was far too progressive for many.

Jolt-less Joe is an idiot and he admits it. Republicans with any sense didn’t back McCain because they understood he was a toothless tiger, which he turned out to be, and the Marxist rolled all over him. Joe is bashing the Republican talking heads for being right – it makes no sense, unless the goal is to LOSE the election.

And, we’re faced with the same decision but on a much grander scale; Romney or Palin? Which has “our” best interests in mind? Which would not only not run from an encounter, but embrace them and take the fight to the enemy? If you say Romney, you can join Joe 4 years from now and have the same conversation.

Joe, just change your party affiliation. You are the definition of RHINO. “Centrist” means nothing. It means you don’t have all data or facts. You are either fiscally conservative or you are not. You are either socially conservative or you are not. You can be fiscally conservative and socially progressive or the other way around. Outside of that, you are just lying to yourself. His word for Centrist are the people who aren’t up on all the issues, and they just happen to be the main targets of the media, who by the way, shape elections by trying to sway that group with lies and propoganda. Can you FEEL the hope and change?

      @snowleopard{gallery} & Grandmaof5

Glen Beck didn’t create TheBlaze for a select few, but that is the impression you create with so many personal comments.

You both post good thoughts here – usually relevant to the story… and for those I’m grateful; but how do you think it looks when readers see the same 2 names popping up constantly at the top – conversing with such familiarity that I often feel like I accidentally stepped into a private space instead of a public forum.

Your personal banter is touching; but I assert you don’t realize the effect on others who justifiably conclude that, “TheBlaze must have such a small viewership that there’s only a handful of readers & it’s always the same ones hovering over their ‘territory’… so why invest time & effort into leaving thoughtful comments here when so few are going to read them? – I’ll be better off posting where I’ll reach a wider audience!”

When regulars scare off new readers, they lose access to new ideas.

I’m not saying, “Don’t post anything”, but I for one would prefer it if you’d please keep it relevant to the subject and bless all mankind with your postings, not just each other. There are other more appropriate venues – exchange emails, phone numbers, or meet each other for the personal stuff… and help TheBlaze reach a W-I-D-E-R audience by avoiding the appearance that it is a ‘club’ dominated by a small audience of intimate friends.

How do others on TheBlaze feel?

McCain and Obozo were chosen for the American people to vote on. Both of these Progressives were planted by the RNC and the DNC to serve the Bilderberg elites.

America never had a choice in the past 5 elections. They are only given the illusion of a choice.

Notice how the Republican field has been flooded with RINOs. The socialist elites are betting on getting Obozo to win because of Republican vote dilusion, or getting the American People to actually cast a vote for a RINO who is in their pocket.

I believe that this will be the last presidental election before a ‘great change’ befalls this country. It will either be reborn from humility and misery or it will die from apathy and greed, but it will certainly not be ‘business as usual’. If a progressive sees the WH in 2012, then I am afraid that the country’s destiny will be the latter of the two.

The trouble is–and nobody ever seems to get this–that is the only choice we are ever GIVEN–the lesser of two evils. Would it KILL the GOP to put a candidate out there people should actually SUPPORT? What happened was people were so disgusted at the lack of a viable choice that a lot of them simply stayed home–thereby allowing a certain Communist with Muslim leanings to waltz away with the White House. I don’t think that would have happened if just ONCE the Republicans could come up with something better than “the lesser of two evils”.

On “lesser of two evils”, when there IS a viable candidate early on, the media quickly ignores him/her to death to be sure that the ONLY choice we ever get is “the lesser of two evils”. I am convinced the Democrats have been picking the Republican nominees for some time now–simply because of their control of the fawning lapdog liberal-biased media. They are doing the same thing now–stroking Mitney–praising Mitney–constantly portraying him as “the front runner” and “the only serious candidate in the race”, marginalizing every other candidate to quickly dispose of them so they can be sure Mitney will be the nomination–because they KNOW he CANNOT WIN — that is why they like him so much they are even allowing “their” media to promote him.
