Get a Load of This Slightly Threatening Email From the Obama Re-Election Campaign

Quick question: if you received the following email from, say, your local church or some other charitable organization, would you feel even the slightest bit uncomfortable?

Courtesy WZ [emphases added]:

As you may have noticed, we’ve asked you for a donation a few times now.

But according to our records, you haven’t yet made an online donation to this campaign at this email address. (If our records are wrong, I apologize and thank you!)

I’m not writing to ask you for money again. I’m actually writing to ask your opinion about why you haven’t given, and what you think would inspire you or other Obama supporters like you to decide to take the leap and donate.

We have two quick questions for you. Can you take a minute to answer them?

There’s a good reason we’re asking for your feedback: The kind of organization we all decided to be a part of only works if people like you pitch in to build it.

It’s also the reason no other candidate has been able to match our level of grassroots support. This isn’t the easiest way to run a campaign — but we know it’s the right way.

That’s why we want to know what you’re thinking.

Thanks so much,

Rufus

Rufus Gifford
National Finance Director
Obama for America

As mentioned in above, if this email were sent by a charitable organization such as the American Red Cross, we would feel a little harassed. But to receive an email like this from a national political campaign, well, that would make us feel downright nervous.

And it took me less than 2 minutes.

LLOYD DRAKO..of course it doesn’t sound creepy to a lefty troll like you. Your perceptions- skewed as they are- are filtered through the statist utopia you envision for all of us. If the state wants to know why you’re not donating…that’s perfectly fine for a statist dolt like you. The “yawn” you offered earlier is the perfect metaphor for the somnabulistic existence you have in servitude to socialism and statism.

Obama is the President–that would make it the state. We can play linguistics if you like, but I have a feeling you’ll rely on technicalities rather than reality. Go back to your Lego set. Are we scared? No. But look at what he has already done to this country and to people who do not see him favorably.

That’s one of the most badly-worded compositions I’ve ever read that has supposedly come from a professional. The wording and phraseology is not only bad, but the psychology behind it is absolutely contrary to what it is supposed to accomplish.

      Here’s just one example:

“We have two quick questions for you. Can you take a minute to answer them?”

But the questions are never asked.

Nothing about that coercion for money lays its message out in a logical order.

      And, yes, it is creepy.

yo Bill…..We are playing with a deck stacked against us. The real solution, politically, is something we can’t talk about here. unless we desire a visit from the secret service. The country’s founders saw the possibility of despotism taking control and made sure that we had the RIGHTS to confront this type of evil.
If our republican candidate for the nations highest position appears strong enough to unseat his majesty, there may not even be an election in november. The nefarious actions of this administration preclude any kind of “representative” competition…..this is going to the mat, and it will NOT be pretty.

Haven’t received this one yet, but haven’t checked my Spam file today. Frankly, I would love to have the chance to answer that email with my heart felt honesty. But, on the other hand I don’t think that I would appreciate loosing my email account, getting that media based anal exam, the annual IRS audits, and especially Bill Maher using me as the butt for his jokes.

That’s ok, wait till the IRS won’t go after you (like I did), an anal exam will find polyps, so just think of it as free medical exam and Bill Mahr is a butt wipe anyhow. I can think of all sorts of things to say about him. I have VERY strong feelings about someone threatening me in any way, and my PTSD just kinda takes over. I did get some emails from someone inviting me to dinner with the odumbo’s. Told them I would rather starve to death than to sit down at a table with those wildebeests. When I told them I had gone to the media, they evidently got so upset they haven’t sent anymore.

A “no hit” means you’re going to get slapped. Maybe added to there “black list database”. This sounds unbelievable but considering what we‘ve seen out of these Marxist regime it’s no wonder.
