‘Get on the Ground!’: Chaos Erupts as Gunfire Rings Out While News Crew Reports on Different Shooting

There’s being at the right place at the right time. There’s being at the wrong place at the wrong time. And then there’s being at the right place at the wrong time. This is the latter.
A local news crew in Louisville, KY, captured a chaotic scene on camera Thursday afternoon. While reporting on a homicide in the area, a WAVE-TV reporter and videographer got caught in a hale of gunfire as an attacker opened fire on the crowd. You can hear the eerie screams as gunfire rings out, the reporter yell “shi*,“ and a police officer tells people to ”get on the ground.”
“They’re shooting out here. They’re shooting right where we are,” reporter Jaimie Weiss can be heard saying. “Everybody’s on the ground. It’s not safe for us to get out”:
According to a later report from the same journalist, the second shooting involved two women who were on the scene because of the earlier shooting. One woman opened fire on the other, killing her. Police then shot the woman assailant, eventually killing her/

Report Post »I have owned firearms since i was 8 and have carried with a CCW/CPL for many years and i have yet to shoot anything but paper. and of the nearly 400,000 registered CPL holders in this state we are not having the wild bloodbath you seem to think is happening. care to share you “limitless” knowledge about CPL holders in more concise terms?
See i know the actual official statistics and they say that lawful DGU(defensive gun use) by law abiding citizens helps prevent crime to a tune of 800.000+ times every year. (gary kleck florida state criminologist). which far outweighs federal crime statistics of 300,000 crimes commited with firearms.

God made you who you are for whatever reason he did. Take it up with him. If it was up to me, I probably would not have made you period. The leaders of those communities do nothing. It is hard to have sympathy. When the people begin to actively do something about crime, I may become less numb.
