Any power not given to the Federal Govt, is a function of the state. Therefore the state should be nullifying these laws that are a violation of the constitution.
They claim the necessary and proper clause and the general welfare clause. But that is such a simple argument a 1st grader can refute it. **Those clauses only apply to those powers listed in the constitution. **
If those clauses were to be considered whole and separate then why even have a Constitution? Since necessary and proper and general welfare would cover pretty much everything.

But they surely know it. They spend years in college under the tutelage of Marxist professors being taught every method of deconstruction known to man to get rid of it. They grasp it thoroughly, inside and out.
Not a test, I say. Rather, a new clause. Any law passed, deemed unconstitutional by the courts, where “interstate commerce” does not equal “constitutional”, lands the originators and voters “Aye” of said law(s), in jail for a minimum of five years, no parole. That might get them to be a bit more careful about what kinds of laws they propose.

I don’t care what anyone says. The American People will not stand for it and will fight to the last. It may be too little, too late *only* if WE don’t do our duty to warn them. However, even then they would need to kill so many that they would be left ruling nothing and nobody.
The only way they can win is to re-program all the US’ ICBMs and other nuclear weapons to target and kill all of the Americans they can in one fell-swoop, turn the entire N. American Continent into a nuclear wasteland, and then they can rule over nothing but vast, totally devoid of life, expanses of glowing “nuclear glass”.
People who have tasted Freedom are, in a sense, like the creatures in the movie “Aliens”. As long as even one is left alive, they will expand and destroy those who would enslave men. They can only win a Pyrrhic victory by using the “dust off and nuke it from orbit…it’s the only way to be sure” strategy from the movie.
What really scares me is that I’m certain that such a strategy has probably already been worked out in detail, and that these people are fanatical enough to actually push the button if they sense they may lose.

As for the story itself, it must make you feel shame when an immigrant to the US, such as myself, knows more about US history, the US Constitution, and how it applies, than you do. Every American should be ashamed to know less than an import.
But then again, that is just another attack on unions…in this case, the Teacher’s Union. If perhaps your education was done correctly, you might be able to stand up and have a reasonable debate on the issues and know what you are talking about.

But here is the reality of the situation; since the passage of the “Affordable Health Care Act”, everyday, I hear about politics now, from friends, from family, and even from strangers. 95% of these people are angry as hell at the federal government because they believe it is out of control. I don’t see the connection to Alex Jones- he just reports that there are FEMA camps. It seems to me that part of being a liberal is taking loosely associated issues and tying them tightly together so that it assembles into a cohesive argument.
The real story here is the 30 + fat@ss hippies that joined hands in an attempt to levitate the Denver mint. Obviously a dismal failure- they didn’t even manage to lift it 1″!!! and no one came to their side show protest. The best thing that happened to those dirty hairy hippies was Michelle M showing up; they were able to point their delusions elsewhere.
