Posted on April 27, 2011 at 12:02pmThe conspiracy king and crew ridicule those that have questions surrounding the birth certificate. That’s funny. Stew is now officially more obnoxious than Pat. Can you say bad radio? Becks last night TV show wasn’t much better. He says nothing about the border problems for two years and then puts on quite the angry show delivery about how unimportant the birth certificate is compared to the border. True, but he acts as though he’s the only source of information on the Mexico border problem while screaming at his audience. I stopped watching after 15 minutes. It was bad television and the clip above is bad radio. I think Beck got the big head quite a dood while back. Add to that the god factor and you end up with a lot of former viewers and radio listeners. The Daily Caller piece on his not giving credit to viewers furnishing him material he uses on his show was also very telling. Notice how he never addressed the story. I think all the honor talk is phony.

I’m always perplexed with some of you people that have serious axes to grind with Beck. So, you don’t care for what he talks about, then turn the channel if his yelling hurts your feelings, or forces you to think about things you’d rather not think about.
With all the complete fools in this country, I‘d say you’re pretty darned fortunate to have a voice like Beck’s.

Beck’s been talking about the border for a long time, not just last night. There’s just SO MUCH OTHER insanity the Obamites are trying to foist on us and only so much time. Watch a whole show next time, and don’t rely on the Media Matters talking points to tell you what you think.

I despise everything about the marxist. I used to like Beck’s TV show and he did a great job for a good while getting out important information. The show yesterday I thought was bad. His delivery was poor and contrived. He does what all the others do anyway. He ridicules those he disagrees with. At least we know now where he gets most of his information and he denies giving credit to those that furnish it. I think that’s really crappy. I really doubt now that he actually wrote any of his books. I think he’s a bit of phony. All the Honor talk seems a bit of joke when he takes credit for other people’s work. Notice how he never addressed the Daily Caller story.

So he thinks it’s a waste of time to use his resources to diffuse the emotional aspect of the story — he could have at least refused to use the pejorative, belittling, and inaccurate “birther” term. Instead he chose to try to rudely ridicule his listeners off the subject. All I can imagine is that perhaps this attitude makes sense to Beck and Co. in light of the secret future where they are headed. In spite of myself, the word “agenda” does come to mind. I’m hoping maybe he just has a lot on his plate right now….

Here’s the legal qualification for natural born citizenship, in case you haven’t seen the 10 times I have posted it before:
U.S. Code Title 8 Section 1401 (the U.S. Code was authorized in the 14th ammmendment to ebforce, and consequently define, the citizenship issue)
“The following shall be nationals and citizens of the United States at birth:”
[Note that it says "nationals and citizens" as all citizens are by definition also nationals, but not vice vera. "Citizens at birth" means "natural born citizen"]
“(a) a person born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof;

Not all citizens are “natural born Citizens”….also true.
All citizens are equal before the Law with one exception…No one except a “natural born Citizen shall be POTUS…..also true.
Citizenship is not a right and the founders made an eligibility exception which harms no ones rights but assures allegiance to country and country of the fathers…Jus Solis et Jus Sangris.

Naturalized citizens are dealt with in section 1408 of the Code.
You are right that the term “natural born citizen” is not mentioned, but the concept is. That specific wording is nowhere mentioned in the Code so the only logical understanding has to be the NATURAL one, that “natural born citizen” means what it naturally describes, a citizen at birth. It is THAT that the Code defines. The attempt to make the precise wording of the phrase in the Constitution necessary for any definition of it does not accord with any legal treatment of it. All law books will point to the U.S. Code as defining natural born citizen. Go find one that says otherwise and then come back here.

I believe the point is that Obama has dual citizenship, something the founding fathers were dead-set against. The progressives’ attempt to discredit/disclaim this fact is astonishing. The 14th Amendment addresses “native born,“ but not ”natural born.” Obama, born in Hawaii, is native born, but not natural born. Pure and simple. Then, there are so many other unanswered questions. Defend him all you want, but until there is full disclosure and open discussion by those of unbiased authority, this matter is not going away. Obama and those who have covered up for him are guilty of fraud. People who defend him are guilty of ignorance of the Constitution.

The Founding Fathers may have been dead set against dual citizenship but they put nothing in the Constitution nor in the Law against it. The concept plays no factor in any part of the law. And the 14th ammendmnet does not deal with native born as opposed to naturasl born, as there is nowhere ever made a distinction between those terms in the law. There are only two types of citizenship, natural born and naturalized. Natural born citizens are citizens from their natural birth. Naturalized are those not citizens at birth who are made citizens later.
I am no defender of Obama. I want the Marxist bast*ard out of there, and as he is clearly a marxist and his parents weren’t married my definition stands. I AM, however, a defender of the Truth and the facts of the Law. Making definitions up to go after opponents is wrong and dangerous. Obama’s birth certificate may have been unclear, but the Law has always been clear, and little that Birthers say about the Law and the meaning of “natural born citizen” has any connection to actual legal facts.

Nor do I think it a distraction, but an “addition to” our problems. I have never heard Glenn discussing Winston Churchill’s comment about his parents to FDR and how he might have been president. I have never heard Glenn addressing the original intent of the founding fathers on “natural born” vs. “native born.” True, Obama’s father did not need to be American in order for him to be “native born,“ but he did in order for his son to be ”natural born.” And THAT was the original intent of the Constitution–see Law of Nations. Not only that, but according to the connotations of the founding fathers’ time period. citizenship was passed from the father, not the mother. Court cases have shown “native born” status passed from the mother, but not “natural born.” Show us the proof, Glenn, that says otherwise. That’s all we ask, not your mockery.

Your “never” was shown to be false, and further, shows that you do not actually listen, or only listen with half an ear, to his show and do not grasp what he’s saying, at least some of the time. If you’re patently wrong about one demonstrable claim, then it stands to reason you can be wrong about other claims. Until you attend to the facts of the matter and the truth, you cannot be taken seriously, and have discredited yourself.

To say there is no difference between “native born” and “natural born,” merely shows your ignorance. Here is one case for you to go read the court’s words: Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162. But let me point out, nothing trumps the Constitution, and Amendment 14 addresses native born, not natural born. The founding fathers advised that if ever a question were to arise to look at their original intent. Read John Jay’s advice to the Constitutional Convention, and then look up what the understanding of “natural born” meant to them. The Law of Nations and the opinion/writings of Sir William Blackstone would be a good starting point. Perhaps you can relate to this: if you were to use the word “gay” back in the era of our founding fathers, it would merely mean “happy, joyful, full of glee.” Today, that word has a different connotation entirely. The same thing applies to our understanding the term “natural born.” I happen to maintain that we should adhere to the original intent of the founding fathers. If people want it changed, then do so with an amendment. There have been numerous times in American history when this interpretation has presented problems, including Pres. Chester Arthur.
Another point: On Feb. 28,2008, Sen. McCaskill introduced a bill to the Senate for consideration. That bill was known as S.2678: Children of Military Families Natural Born Citizen Act. The bill was co-sponsored by Sen. Barack Obama, Sen. Hillary Clinton, Sen. Robert Menendez, and Sen. Thomas Coburn. This bill attempted to change the Constitution (elitist Harvard graduates should know better, don’t you think) with reference to the requirements of being a “natural born citizen” and thus, the entitlement to run for President. It did not pass because Congress recognized that the only way to change the Constitution is by amending it.
On April 10, 2008, Sens. Patrick Leay and McCaskill introduced a “resolution” expressing the sense of the Senate that McCain was a “natural born citizen.” McCaskill knew Obama was not a natural born citizen and introduced the bill to make it appear as though it was in McCain’s cause. The real purpose was to change the Constitution to pave the way for Obama. I am no legal scholar, but I have wondered about a deal between McCain supporters and Obama supporters. McCain was born one year before the passage of a law recognizing children born to parents stationed at the Panama Canal. Even though he was grandfathered in, there could be a problem because he was born in a hospital on Panama soil, not a U. S. installation, and even though this might not prevent his eligibility, it might have presented enough controversy to prevent his running. Why was he made to produce his bc, but not Obama?

Also, the 14th Ammendment does NOT address native born citizens. It never mentions the word “native”. Read it yourself
“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”
That’s it as far as citizenship goes.
Conservatives are SUPPOSED to be for standing up for the Constitution AS WRITTEN and not imposing private interpretations not in the text. The Law is what the law is. Accepting that fact is another Conservative priinciple. You should try it.

“The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners. Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their parents. As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first. For the purposes of this case it is not necessary to solve these doubts. It is sufficient for everything we have now to consider that all children born of citizen parents within the jurisdiction are themselves citizens.”
Notice in the part that starts “Some authorities go farther …” the Court is careful to point out that the definition of a natural born citizen was never a settled issue, that people were still arguing about it, and that they are not ruling on the issue because it ahs nothing to do with the case. Notice also that the Court clearly regards native and natural bron citizen as synonyms, in direct contradiction of the crank who fed you all this hokum.
The Law of Nations, as its name implies, is a book about international law. Because qualifications for citizenship vary from one country to another, the very brief discussion of the term “natural born citizen” included a limited definition that only referred to those who would be recognized as natural born citizens by any country. This was never intended to be a universal or exclusive definition or a denial of the right of individual countries to adopt a broader definition, as was unquestionably the case in England.
That is why when the Supreme Court finally took up the issue, they ruled that:
“… every child born in England of alien parents was a natural-born subject, unless the child of an ambassador or other diplomatic agent of a foreign state, or of an alien enemy in hostile occupation of the place where the child was born. III. The same rule was in force in all the English colonies upon this continent down to the time of the Declaration of Independence, and in the United States afterwards, and continued to prevail under the constitution as originally established.”

This is legally and logically incoherent. Native is the same as natural born. there is no difference. Dual citizenship does not alter natural born citizenship or naturalized citizenship.
From the State department;
“U.S. law does not mention dual nationality or require a person to choose one citizenship or another. Also, a person who is automatically granted another citizenship does not risk losing U.S. citizenship.”
Now that the birth certificate is out, those who aren‘t insisting it’s fake are clinging to this dual citizen concept like a drowning man clinging a log. But you are clinging to made up definitions.

And when he returned to U.S.
1. Did he ever renounce Indonesian citizenship? Supposedly not.

Once renounced, it cannot be regained by a whim.

This would have been by Green Card status, application, citizenship classes, etc.

The President acquired his status as a natural born U.S. citizen by being born in America. He never lost it when he was taken to Indonesia as a child because this country operates on U.S. law, not Indonesian law. Under U.S. law you have to be an adult to give up your citizenship. It can’t be taken from you. He returned to the United States for good when he was ten and has never claimed citizenship in any other country as an adult.
Have you clowns ever noticed that no responsible Conservative spokesman has ever echoed any of this not eligible even if he was born here garbage? No politician, not even Trump, no pundits, not even Hannity. Most of Obama’s Republican political opponents are lawyers and the rest all have lawyers. Why wouldn’t they say something if they knew he was disqualified by facts that he never disputed? Why do people whose only knowledge of this subject comes from loony websites imagine that they know more about the law than actual lawyers?

In 1866 John Bingham, the author of the 14th Amendment, stated on the House floor:
“Every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.”[1]
This definition was unchallenged during the heated debates ongoing at the time. The House floor is certainly the proper place for such debates but no objection was raised among the members, the consensus being that each agreed with the definition. In fact, the House of Representatives definition of a natural born citizen as one “born on U.S. soil of parents who are U.S citizens” still stands today, 145 years later.
The House of Representatives definition of a natural born citizen was affirmed in 2008 by Senate Resolution 511:
“Whereas John Sidney McCain, III, was born to American citizens on an American military base in the Panama Canal Zone in 1936: Now, therefore, be it Resolved, That John Sidney McCain, III, is a `natural born Citizen’ under Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States.”[2]
It’s interesting to note that former Senator Obama was a Cosigner of SR-511. Obama’s Kenyan father precluded his being a “natural born citizen” as required for eligibility to serve as President by the Constitution.

In a February 2010 column, I asked, “Is Obama unraveling?” I wrote that it was beginning to appear the growing mistrust of him and contempt for his policies was beginning to have a destabilizing effect on him.
At that time, I wrote that not having things go one’s way can be a bitter pill, but reasonable people don’t behave as he was behaving. He had insulted Republicans at their luncheon, where he had been an invited guest. I had speculated that was, in part, what had led him to falsely accuse Supreme Court justices before Congress, the nation and the world, during the 2010 State of the Union address.
It appeared, at that time, as if he were “fraying around the emotional edges.” That behavior has not abated – it has become more pronounced. While addressing the nation, after being forced to explain the validity of his unilateral aggression with Libya , America witnessed a petulant individual scowling and scolding the public for daring to insist he explain his actions.
But during an afternoon speech to address the budget/debt, he took his scornful, unstable despotic behavior to depths that should give the nation cause for concern. Displaying a dark psychopathy more representative of an episode of “The Tudors” television series, he invited Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wis., to sit in the front row during his speech and then proceeded to berate both Ryan and Ryan’s budget-cutting plan. Even liberal Democrats were put off by the act. MSNBC‘s Joe Scarborough questioned the sanity of Obama’s actions.
Today, criticism is coming from all sides. A senior Democrat lawmaker said, “I have been very disappointed in [Obama], to the point where I’m embarrassed that I endorsed him. It’s so bad that some of us are thinking, is there some way we can replace him? How do you get rid of this guy?” (”Democrats’ Disgust with Obama,” The Daily Beast, April 15, 2011)
Steve McCann wrote: Obama’s speech “was chock full of lies, deceit and crass fear-mongering. It must be said that [he] is the most dishonest, deceitful and mendacious person in a position of power I have ever witnessed” (”The Mendacity of Barack Obama,” AmericanThinker.com, April 15, 2011).

This is definitive but it is not exclusive because it does not say “Only”. It does not prevent others born to one or more parents owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty from being a natural born citizen. This follows the logical diagram of saying all cows are mammals, cows being equal to born in the U.S. to American parents and mammals being equal to natural born citizen. But, as is obvious, just because all cows are mammals does not mean all mammals must be cows. They could also be horses, et al.
the deinition of what qualifies as natural born citizen is found in the U.S. Code, not in the statements of Congressmen even if they author U.S. Ammendments. to be official it has to be written into the official law or the text of the ammendmnet.

A natural born citizen has both parents being American citizens at the time of birth. This was stated in the Constitution, based on England’s laws, to assure allegiance to our country. With one parent being another countries citizen, allegiances can be split, and the founding fathers chose not to allow this temptation.
