Basic Globalization Revolution Theory:
Our computers, information technology, energy, even some food is all imported from authoritarian nations whose workers make less than dollars a day . Like the Romans who, at the end of their reign, had three slaves for every citizen, the United States, because of globalization, is completely dependant on slave labor. It would only take organized strikes (shut downs) from a small coalition of nations led for example by China to bring us to our knees.

If an American company goes over-seas to a 3rd world country, and they pay what would be slave labor wages here in the USA, they actually RAISE the standard of living by paying up to 10 times what a normal wage is for those poor citizens. Sure everyone wants to work for a US company. They pay mighty well compared to the standard $$ in the area.
If you can live for $1 a day in abject poverty and a US company will pay you $3 a day, your status has just risen a lot. Doesn’t anyone SEE that?? These people are NOT being taken advantage of!

Why do you think China is modernizing their military so fast. They know that they can’t stop their economic growth or it would be the end for them so they must continue and to do that they need resources. What better a way than to buy America and if we refuse to just take it by force!
Americans are being used and played like puppets by the Chinese! Not only Obama but many States in the US are selling your country to the Chinese. Im not trying to pick a fight but you need to reconsider that changing governmental operations is a positive thing as long as there are broken parts of our system, and we have a lot. You can dream all you want about returning America to the unsympathetic 50s or the deregulated 80s but they’ve only gotten us here in this mess so, why would you? What Fox Piven is clearly talking about is labor organization and the power of the strike. The Constitution has nothing to say about these issues (aside from mentions to interstate commerce), so your assertion that the Constitution is under threat is pure baloney, parroted from Beck and the crazy conspiracy theories he uses to up his ratings. In fact, the Constitution protects the right to Free Speech, peaceable assembly, and there is nothing that says in a free country that people should not be able to protest unfair working conditions.
That saud, Fox Piven is clearly talking about workers in developing countries protesting and striking. Let me try to explain vhow this would benefit the US. Over the last few decade manufacturing and other similar jobs have increasingly moved overseas to take advantage of lower wages and fewer labor restrictions. This mean–say it with me now–higher unemployment in the US. However, if workers overseas are able to gain more rights (higher wages, health care, etc.) through strikes, unions, whatever, then the cost of foreign labor will rise in comparison to the cost of domestic labor. Now, it does not take a genius to see how more rights for third world workers means that US companies will be less eager to ship jobs overseas, and may consider opening new manufacturing plants in the states instead.
I doubt that I can convince you that your Marine oath does not mean you have to believe everything Beck says or hate who he hates. I condemn any form of political violence, but that is not what Fox Piven is talking about, and if you paid even the tiniest bit of attention you would notice how heavily the clip above is edited to fit the narrative Blaze and Naked Emperor News is trying to push.
