‘Go Give Someone a Pedicure Chink’: Alec Baldwin Fans Attack Michelle Malkin Over Davis Execution

Wednesday’s execution of convicted murderer Troy Davis sparked heated, passionate debate, though perhaps no protests reached the same level of vitriol as a Twitter exchange between actor Alec Baldwin and conservative commentator Michelle Malkin.
Baldwin live-tweeted a chronicle of events as they unfolded Wednesday, including the Supreme Court’s refusal to grant a last-minute stay of execution. Once it was announced that Davis was dead, shortly after 11 p.m., Baldwin turned his ire toward Malkin, who had also been following the developments:
It didn’t stop there. Over the next couple hours, Baldwin attacked former Vice President Dick Cheney, former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and the “blood-thirsty right wing trash”:
On her own Twitter page, Malkin began re-posting and responding to some of the hateful, racist slurs she began receiving from other online users, presumably at Baldwin’s behest:
It appears Malkin was the first one to engage Baldwin Wednesday night with the following tweet touching off the ensuing back-and-forth:
Regardless, the sheer level of maliciousness Malkin received in return is decidedly stunning.
Incidentally, Baldwin’s attacks on Malkin did not end Wednesday night. Thursday morning, he posted:

If we really wanted to make a difference we would go turn off the TV and stop watching all of that propaganda they dish out on a daily basis. A couple of years ago on a Superbowl commercial, Balwin himself made fun of how they use propaganda to get what they want. Most of the Hollywood types were a bunch of losers in school and could not cut studying so they took drama. Now they think they know best??????

Yea I am really tired of Hollywood know it all running their fake mouths. They think because they acted like a politician or someone important hey are in fact those characters. In effect they are liars! They get paid to pretend being something they are not! Yea yea I got that theory from Galaxy Quest… but its true when you think about it in its simplest form.
What Baldwin did was uncalled for, there was no reason to tear into Malkin like that and rattle the cages of the drones to attack her too. I know Beck Hannity and others are against boycotts but enough is enough with people like Baldwin. We the people have to make it clear to Hollywood that what they do in the political arena in not acceptable. In his new book on Amazon WIl Adams advances some pretty good ideas on just how to reform our prison system to make it more than just the ‘alternative lifestyle’ that it has become. A place where when interviewed the prisoners themselves said it was a dull but comfortable existence. Is that what Alex Baldwin wants? To keep on warehousing prisoners until our country is over run with prisons? Why not look into some of Wil Adams’ ideas like eliminating all tax-payer funded education programs and putting the onus on the Socialist Liberal do-gooders. Adams is pointing the way to reforming more than just the political system in the United States in his new book, and the Socialist Liberals are all over Huff Po decrying the fact that he has even published this book, much less that people are buying it.

Like others, for many reasons, I no longer pay to go to a theatre to watch a movie–ringing cell phones, texting, talking, underage and unaccompanied children in adult films–and non-support of the America-hating Hollywood elite. Over the past year, I find that I watch less and less alphabet network television, because it no longer entertains, but promotes a liberal or ultra-liber viewpoint and, though not a prude, I find that even at 8 o’clock, I have to have my finger on the mute button if my nieces or nephews are in the room because of the vile language. Recently, if an Alec Baldwin, Charlie Sheen, Michael Moore is touting a product, I make sure I do not use it.

An attorney once told me that it is easier to defend a guilty man that it is to defend an innocent one. I used to think that the justice system was infallible, and that justice always prevails….not so. Most movie stars make me want to never watch their movies again because of their communistic views. Alec has had his problems, but Stephen I believe is a Christian..so I have to stand up for him. Some of the ones I detest for their political views recently stood behind the Memphis 3..(those 3 innocent kids) and I applaud them for that.

I don‘t bother with movies except once in a while I’ll find one on a movie channel tha’s from the “era” I used to go to them. Odd thing about it although the movies nor the actors back then didn’t have a political agenda attached to them, now when I watch the same movies, there are commentators breaking in with the commercials and explaining to me what the social and political impacts were of the movie and characters. And it‘s amazing that I’d enjoyed the movie at the time but, according to them, I’ve been dumb in what I enjoyed 40 years ago.

One reason I hope that his that you would have entirely missed the story of another execution that too place yesterday, that of Lawrence Brewer, who lynched a black man, James Byrd. It wasn’t your ordinary murder, it was incomprehensibly brutal. “Byrd, 49, was murdered by three white men in Jasper, Texas, on June 7, 1998 after he accepted a ride home from them. Instead of taking Byrd home, the men took him to a remote county road outside of town, where they beat him unconscious, urinated on him and chained him by the ankles to the back of a pickup truck and dragged him three miles to his death.”
Now why is it that the The Blaze reported on a murder committed by a black guy, whose guilt was questionable, and failed to report on the lynching of a black man by a white guy whose guilt was never questioned? Any ideas?

Several of Davis’ friends testified – without recantation – that he was the one in a white shirt. Several eyewitnesses, both acquaintances and strangers, specifically identified Davis as the one who shot Officer MacPhail.
Now the media claim that seven of the nine witnesses against Davis at trial have recanted.
First of all, the state presented 34 witnesses against Davis – not nine – which should give you some idea of how punctilious the media are about their facts in death penalty cases.
Among the witnesses who did not recant a word of their testimony against Davis were three members of the Air Force, who saw the shooting from their van in the Burger King drive-in lane. The airman who saw events clearly enough to positively identify Davis as the shooter explained on cross-examination, “You don’t forget someone that stands over and shoots someone.”

The key witnesses, several Air Force personnel in a van, watched the incident unfold and NEVER wavered in their version of the events. DAVIS shot Officer McPhail, who went to the ground, DAVIS then stood over him and in his own words, “finished the job.” Half a dozen other witnesses, were also steadfast in their testimony. If you read the actual FACTS (I know it sucks when reality is the standard by which we make decisions) of this case, the way the incident unfolded and the aftermath, you can only come to one conclusion, Davis MURDERED Officer McPhail. So, he is not potentially innocent, he is Factually Guilty.

Isn’t that so typically left? And to think that you’d named yourself, “Oh, for Gods Sake”! Oh, for Gods sake! Everything you say that I don’t agree with will be getting a comment from me!
You signed up for The Blaze for the sole purpose of trolling – and giving yourself that name is the proof – because you knew this site to be the antithesis of the “ideas” and “values” that you personally hold so dear (or at least you feign their importance.)
“Oh, for Gods sake,” do I have to EDUCATE these people? I’m going to sign up for this service under the assumption that, yes, I do. Jon Stewart and Keith Olbermann (may he rest in peace) told me that these “Beckerheads” were misguided fools!
And then, when they slap you in the face with facts and figures, you run off, only to return and triumphantly shout that The Blaze is “racist”.

Not to mention the widely differing accounts that have been posted on this entire board. While the others, just like you, just assumed to know things about me that they did not know.
This is a case where seven witnesses have stated that they were coerced into falsely identifying Davis, and even many right-wing folks say there are doubts about this case. People who are much closer to the case than you, by the way. But I forgot, you saw it happen, so never mind.
If there is a chance that our country has executed an innocent man, something needs to be fixed. It’s that simple.
