Good to Know: Obama Is Apparently Ruling Out Third Term as President

WASHINGTON (AP) — Eight years as president is enough, thank you. At least that’s what Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton says President Barack Obama told her the other day.

Clinton said Tuesday that she and Obama often marvel over foreign despots who want to stay in power for decades.

She told a State Department forum that neither she nor Obama can understand leaders who refuse to transfer power and cling to office for 10, 20, 30 or 40 years.

She says she and the president joke: “Oh, my gosh. Can you imagine?”

Clinton says Obama told her, “I’m going to win re-election, and then I’m done,” a remark that drew laughter from the audience.

U.S. presidents are constitutionally barred from a third term.

WOW. Unbelievable. As if it were his perogative?

This to me smells like he will try to organize a phony mandate for him to stay and he is planning ahead to play coy.

Please remember, he stated point blank in 2004 that he would NOT run for President in 2008 (citing his own obvious lack of experience.) He is a liar of the first order.

“She told a State Department forum that neither she nor Obama can understand leaders who refuse to transfer power and cling to office for 10, 20, 30 or 40 years.“ This is a stunning admission of how ignorant of world affairs these two ”well-educated” individuals are. HERE’S your answer: The current world leaders holding on to power that long are living in mortal fear their oppressed countrymen will payback the leaders and their family members for the decades of tyranny inflicted on the particular country. Remember Romania?

I would not count on that. I think we’re all hoping there will really BE an election so we can send his sorry Communist butt packing, but there is really no guarantee. If he and Hillary went public with how they would “not want to be in office for 40 years”, that is the time to worry, because they are both LIARS, so you have to wonder what they have up their sleeves to stay in office for 40 years?

History has shown how power corrupts. Recall FDR, a 4 term President, who died in his 4th term.

The constitutional amendment was passed to prevent that ever again from happening.

Obama’s father precluded his being a “natural born citizen” meaning born on U.S. soil of U.S. citizen parents; he is further ineligible by dual citizenship for being born a British citizen pursuant to the British Nationality Act of 1948, as his father was a British citizen of colonial Kenya.[1]

A NBC encompasses citizenship and requires being born of citizen parents. The Art 2, Sec 1, exemption from being a NBC “or a citizen of …” wasn’t needed if a NBC means a citizen.

Each authoritative definition of a NBC stipulates citizen parents (plural). First Congress, Ses II, Chp 3, Sec I, 104, 1790: “the children of citizens.” Bingham, House floor, 1866: “of parents not owing allegiance.” Supreme Court, Minor v. Happersett, 1874: “of parents who were its citizens.” Senate Res 511, 2008: “born to American citizens.”

A NBC also means more than excluding naturalized citizenship. Congressional eligibility already does this by setting 7 and 9 “years a citizen” for House and Senate. With no Executive allowance of years set, foreigners would be eligible at naturalization. This incongruity logically shows naturalized citizens aren’t eligible.

Otherwise a foreigner and a naturalized citizen, could have a child born on U.S. soil but raised overseas until age 21, then in 14 years be eligible for POTUS. Similarly untenable, is Obama setting a precedent of dual citizens being eligible.

Personally, I don’t think the American system of government will collapse before 2012, despite the fact that the United States of America is being ruled by a dictator, who fortunately has to still get any measure passed by both houses of Congress, which thankfully is impossible. But he’s still a dictator.

But the fact is, there is no chance of him being reelected. Why? a) by his own words, he wants to destroy this country, b) he wants to destroy the American economy even worse than Bush, c) he is, you know, different, he isn’t even eligible to be President, d) he doesn’t want to cut social services to the poor to make sure billionaires get their well earned bonuses, e) he’s a communist. I mean a Marxist/socialists/ fascist like every other person in our currents government, f) he may be the Antichrist, although I‘m not sure because that’s all kind of confusing but still he is pure evil.

Given all those indisputable facts that WE THE PEOPLE agree on, of course he will not be reelected. Do you think WE THE PEOPLE are stupid? Of course not. How could the distillation of all of things evil be elected to be President of the United States? Answer: he can’t. WE THE PEOPLE are not stupid!

Well, I don’t believe he will get a second term! I think the Sh_ts going to hit before the next election. I think when he sees his poll numbers drop, he’s going to call his minions and tell them to collapse the dollar! When he does this, he’ll make an excutive order declaring emergency powers! And we won’t have a chance to vote!… Dosn’t anyone see the more money they spend and add to the deficit, the faster they can collapse everything. My only question to all these peopel whom are in office with him, is this. What part, or what job are they going to do for him? If he does this, he won’t need congress or the senate, and do like Chavez did and slowly take control of everything! ID cards are coming and will have biometrics also! We’ll all be slaves to a dictator and the whole world will have to submit to his power and money! Its just a matter of time, him taking our gun control is part of this battle! Once he takes gun control, he can control everyone through force! Its a matter of months and not years! Please read what the Bible says, doesn’t he want a palestinian state by Sept., and BO will divide Jeruselam fo the Capital? Its coming and I hope the Rapture happens before all H_ll breaks loose on earth!…… God Speed and God Bless! We need it, and we need to stand with Israel and the Jews! Not Obama he’s Evil!
