Govt. Spends $4 Million Dollars to House 12 Homeless People

Government officials in Bethesda, Maryland, have decided to spend $4 million dollars to provide housing for 12 homeless people for one year.
That’s right. The taxpayer will be providing free housing to a dozen folks in Maryland at the rate of $330,000 per person a year.
This should raise some eyebrows, as the median price of a single family home in the U.S. is $172,000.
Judicial Watch reported on this pricey, taxpayer financed arrangement, which will allow Montgomery County Housing Opportunities Commission to operate a three-story apartment building in Bethesda for 12 homeless adults. According to the Washington Examiner, the facility will have six studio and six one-bedroom apartments as well as a gym and computer center.
About $1 million of funding for the project will come from Obama’s stimulus fund. Montgomery County’s new homeless housing project will also receive $944,829 in county housing funds and $2.1 million in state low-income housing tax credits. All so twelve people can live in a very high average income suburb of Washington, D.C.
At least it’s not $535 million of the taxpayer’s hard-earned dollars thrown away on a failing solar company.

We’ve got to stop allowing government officials to hide behind the governmental immunity doctrine and start putting them in jail — in large numbers. I’m sick of it. We definintely need another American revolution to get rid of the corruption and criminals running our country. And let’s start with Obama and the Democratic party and work are way to the Republicans. They all seem to be corrupt. But I know the Tea Party is to blame. Yeah, right!

For all the money the government is throwing around, especially to foreign banks and countries they could have just handed it to the CITIZENS of the USA and we would have been able to buy homes, cars and spread it around creating jobs everywhere. I wonder if that company in Fremont CA took all that money from Obama and just passed it out and filed bankruptcy. Here I am now having lost my home to forclosure and still owing the bank more than it is worth and some other family is now living in it for less than half what I had paid for it.
On another subject….I have moved to a little farm and I love reading the news so much *cough * cough* that I decided to name all my sheep and one of my goats after people I read about. I have named my sheep; Michelle Obaaaaaama, Baaaaarack Obama, Hillary (she is stout and looks like she is wearing a pants suit), Ram Emanuel (he has dark circles around his eyes), and Dolly Lama (she is the peace keeper). I have a stinky male goat in with the sheep because he is a horn dog and his name is Billy Clinton. I asked a butcher how old my spring born ram should be when we butchered him and he said for the best flavor I should look at maybe 18 months. That puts it around November of 2012.…..how funny I found that because I had named him Baaaaarack. Now we sit and laugh at the people that are destroying our country rather than cry like we did before we lost our home.

Across the board – EPA, NEA, TSA, FTC, all the alphabet soups would get this treatment.
Let them figure it out for a year or so, THEN DO IT AGAIN.
Keep doing it again until every government office is a hive of activity, like things work in the REAL WORLD.
