Grandmother Beaten at Mich. Chuck E. Cheese’s After Reportedly Asking Patrons to Stop Cursing

A Dearborn, Michigan, grandmother was in for quite the surprise after she asked patrons at a local Chuck E. Cheese’s restaurant to watch their language. According to her family, the woman, who was celebrating her grandson’s seventh birthday, was viciously attacked by one of the men following her request.

The woman’s daughter claims that the incident unfolded on Sunday afternoon after she told the group at a nearby table to control their cursing. “Please don’t use that language with children,” she said. Rather than listening to her demand, they apparently responded, “Shut the f— up and turn around.”

Then, the situation escalated.

Following this interaction, the woman’s daughter claims that a man jumped over the tables and started swinging. He ended up hitting the 50-year-old grandmother in the face and then allegedly dragged her by her hair.

The victim was taken to a nearby hospital, where she was treated for injuries to her face and mouth; she also underwent a CAT scan.

The family has requested that their identity not be released by the media. This was apparently the third time that an incident of violence had broken out at a Detroit-area Chuck E. Cheese’s.

      Detriot is a “Gun-free” zone. Concealed Carry Permit’s are not honored and if you are caught with a weapon you will be arrested and prosecuted. Sooooooo, as you should clearly be able to understand Detriot is perfectly safe.

      How many of these black on white beatings have we seen reported in the news so far in just the last few months?

      It’s a lot, and notice also that it’s never the other way around, and for those bleeding hearts who are going to pop up and claim white on black attacks occur, but are just not shown, give us a break, eh? Does anybody with an I.Q. above room temperature really believe the radical leftist news media wouldn’t be beyond gleeful to advertise a thousand times over any white on black attack that occurred?

      And is there anybody out there who is so naive as to believe these white people uttered a racial slur to a large crowd of blacks at another table? Blacks love to excuse their criminal behavior for uncalled-for beatings by claiming the “n” word was used, as if that were a legitimate excuse for criminal violence.

      Mark…..my…..words…..we are going to see a further explosion of white militias in this country as we go into a full-fledged depression THIS YEAR by an awakening white populace who will determine they have no choice but to defend themselves.

      According to Janet Napalitano, there are 1200 militias in the country and they are growing by about 100 per year. Look for an explosive increase in that number.

      And tell me this time next year that we are not headed directly for Civil War II.

      I don’t know what is wrong with some of the people in this country. I can remember if you asked someone to stop cursing in front of your children they would apologize and stop. Although, that was in the 20th Century, not so long ago! These people must have lived in the Dark Ages. They have no intellect and are just plain ignorant. They don’t think about anyone except themselves. Sounds like the Occupy Wall Street group if you ask me. They’re going to do whatever they want no matter what anyone else says or does.

A man who knows his way around a fight can tear every limb you have from its’ socket one by one and/or block the carotid artery supplying blood to your brain.       The way to handle this is to demand that the management handle it. If they do not, get a refund and leave. It is never a good idea to look a mad dog in the eye as they will attack. It is their nature to do so. These thugs could care less if you are a 90 year old in a wheel-chair because it is a matter of them feeling you disrespected them.

      I had a mad dog threaten to kick the s.h.i.t out of my 3 year-old granddaughter at the LA County fair this year because she ran in front of him. Luckily I was carrying concealed (legally) and warned him that I would draw and fire if he made any threatening move. He was arrested for communicating a threat. They do not care how old you are. If you are a senior citizen, then you are at their mercy if you are unarmed. Take all threats of physical violence seriously.

      @JLGunner: Alright, I watched the video. If there was something they reported in the video that justified the attacker’s actions it got by me. I must have missed the part where the 50 year old woman was leaping across the table to grab the man by the hair and put a knife to his throat. If the report is accurate, the woman has more guts that most of the people in the room . Too bad there weren’t more people in the room like her. Not that the attakers actions were justified, but I wonder how the 50 year old was actually addressing the man. Did she walk over to his table and quietly/privately ask him to change his behavior or did she yell at him from across the room embaressing and threatening him?

      N-Time as you get a little older and you experience more in life, you will learn to get all the facts before jumping to conclusions. If i see the video of the whole encounter, then and only then will a make a conclusion of what happened. You act like you were at the table when it all went down.       I have found that when I carry, I am on my best behavior. I try to avoid places where I may need it. Chucke e cheeze in dearborn would be one of those places to avoid.

Just looking at the video tape, if I had walked up to that place with my kids, I would have said “sorry kids, it’s full, lets find another place.”. Is it racism or reality? You want to risk yourself, good luck but don’t risk your children. If someone had pulled a gun to defend anyone, I would hazard a guess that another 10 people would have pulled guns and several people would have been killed.

      The black population in Detroit is 83%, so the chances the perpetrators are black is pretty high. If you also take into consideration that when ranked on a per capita basis, nationally, violent crimes are disproportionately committed by young black males, the chances go way up statistically. SO yes the perpetrator was black. The funny thing is if you say it is racist to say that, you are in essence saying that criminality is a racial trait of blacks as mush as black skin and woolly hair. Which is saying to disparage a black person because he is a criminal is racist because he cannot help being criminal as it is part of his genetic makeup..

      Michigan is a “Right to Carry” state…Detroit is NOT a “Gun-Free” zone. I have a CPL, I can carry anywhere except in the “restricted” areas, i.e. hospitals, bars, etc…there are only a few.

      Racism is one thing, but sticking one’s head in the sand and going out of the way to not notice the obvious, OBVIOUS problems in the black urban community is what’s not helping.

      The reasons for these problems and why they are associated with blacks more than any other racial or ethnic group has jack squat to do with skin color, indeed, except that there‘s that one skin color who’s become exempt from ANY kind of social condemnation due to that condemnation being instantly called racism. White people don‘t act this way because white people can’t act this way without facing serious consequences. But black people can act this way because more and more their behavior is brushed off as the result of racism or poverty…or it’s just ignored completely. A 15 year old black kid guns down a few school kids in a drive-by and it’s oh, you know, boys will be boys, and he’s such a good kid!

      So while I’m not trying to condone out and out racism, I think it DOES actually help to continually point out that there’s a serious problem with a breakdown of civilization in the black community, because for one thing it’s as obvious as pointing out that the sky is blue, and for another maybe if it’s pointed out enough people will stop cowering in fear of being called racist by some corn hole like Jesse Jackson and actually start demanding that urban blacks behave as though they are civilized human beings. Which isn’t asking too damn much.

      You want to return fists with gunfire? That’s the problem with people who are pro conceal carry – they think any threat to their well being is a threat to their life and that’s simply not the case. If you think a fist is dangerous, what about a slap? a push? a touch? what if I just raise my arms up? what if I gesture? what if I just yell at you? what if I looked at you the wrong way?

      Where do you draw the line?

      What this grandmother should have done was gotten management involved and let them handle it. Not saying she deserved what she got, but confrontation is mostly met with more confrontation. I don’t walk down dangerous side streets at night, not because if I do I deserve what happens to me, but because I know there are safer and smarter alternatives.

      Actually I’m a national qualifying athlete in 2 sports at the college level and am a master rifleman and proud gun owner – anything but a scared little wimp. I don’t walk down dark side streets not because I fear who might hurt me, but because I chose to avoid unneeded confrontation rather than seek it out.

      And my argument was not a straw man, I asked a question “where do you draw the line”, you apparently draw the line at me raising my arms – good to know. If I ever meet you I’ll be sure to cap you the second I see you raise your arms.

      And to all of you who think she SHOULD have shot the guy I say this – you shoot to kill, not to maim. If you wanted her to shoot that means you wanted her to kill this person. Thankfully she didn’t have a weapon on her and they both get to go home alive. Clearly her life was not in danger because she didn‘t defender herself and she isn’t dead.

      And getting a Cat scan doesn’t mean anything. My friend just had a Cat scan because he tripped and fell in Home Depot – and he’s only 23.

      Again, not saying she deserved what she got, but I’d rather see 100 other grannies get beaten than see one man shot and killed for engaging in a fist fight. They happen people, don’t talk smack and you wont get smacked.

      If she found their vulgarity that bad she should have found management rather than continuing the altercation. Shooting and killing them is not the answer.

      Why the need to include “and he’s only 23″ ? What does that have to do with anything?

      The reason I pointed out he is only 23 is because I am demonstrating the point that having a Cat Scan doesn’t really mean anything. He was a teammate of mine, in excellent health, only 23 years old, simply tripped and fell, and was ordered to undergo catscan in order to ensure he was still in good health.

      The article is attempting to suggest she was brutally beaten to the point where she needed a Cat scan, as if that is some qualification of how brutally she was attacked. And my point is that getting a cat scan is a qualifier of nothing because they give them out like they give out lollipops for vaccinations.

      And once again, your response does nothing to comment on my points. Thanks for contributing to this conversation, you have done your nation a great service by furthering the intelligent discussion facing America today… Clearly I’m kidding because nothing you have said is intelligent.

      The problems we are facing with America are people like BUSH12. A 50something year old woman being viciously assaulted by a younger male & dagged by her hair could’ve resulted in death you numbnut. I’m pretty certain this poor woman was in fear for her life and she could have justifiabally shot the creep. When the time comes & you have to protect yourself you‘ll be the first one pulling the ol’ self preservation maneuver & running like a scared weasel.

      If that hed been my mother or mother in law I would’ve made swiss cheese out of the thug…no question.

      The last time I was @ Chuck Cheese for a friend of mines kid’s birthday, the place was swarming with these type thugs acting like fools & blowing their $$ like there’s no tomorrow…..

    Oh yes, one of the more refined cities run by the progressives for the last 40 years. I going to make a wild guess and say the people who beat up Grandma didn’t say grace before their meal. What a big man it takes to beat up a grandma. I hope someone that know this creep gets a chance to give him a dose of his own behavior. Yhis guy is probably so brave that he’ll go after a 85 year old man next. What a pitiful coward.

    Our society demands no accountabilty and no longer has any standards. This is what you get for making an excuse for all bad beavior. It‘s everybody elses fault cause I wasn’t hugged enough as a kid. Oh no, everyone gets a participation ribbon, we don’t want to hurt the kids feelings. Don’t keep score, this will only caus ethe children to have hurt feelings. Why did the police shoot that poor little “17 year old child” for having a gun pointed at them. Oh that poor “child”.
