They had space while talking, then he makes the move to invade her personal space, arms crossed. Then tries getting in her face. What would you do if anybody did that to you? Right before she turns away from him, her head tilts slightly back and then thrusts forward, as if spitting. She then pivots away from him quickly, at which point he grabs her by the hair.

No doubt the jury of her peers consisted of senile citizens and welfare recipients who don’t mind sitting in a court room for as little as two dollars an hour. The more competent of the prospective jury pool were most likely dismissed because of the economic hardship they’d endure by serving. Bills don’t pay themselves.
The Kangaroo Judge and the attorneys involved probably made a $100 an hour off the taxpayers. But, the Constitution only guarantees the accused a jury trial. Which does not necessarily mean a competent jury. Wake up folks the game is rigged.

He needed the situation under control quick, fast, and in a hurry before someone that might have want to stop him got his gun. The lady already took something way out of context then started bumping the officer. She was wrong to escalate it to a shouting match, she was then wrong to escalate it spitting at/on him.
