Hamas Cleric: The Jews Will be Annihilated & Palestine Will Be Capital of New Caliphate

Just last week, Egyptian presidential candidate Amr Moussa, the longtime secretary-general of the Arab League, told the Washington Post that Hamas isn’t really a terror group. That might be harder to deny after he hears the audio below.

This is Hamas member and cleric Yunis Al-Astal reportedly declaring, “The [Jews] are brought in droves to Palestine so that the Palestinians – and the Islamic nation behind them – will have the honor of annihilating the evil of this gang.” He also predicts that Palestine will become the capital of the new Islamic caliphate:

      Please do not offend our Lord with the acronym “BCE” meaning “before the common era”. The correct term includes Christ and it is B.C.. Before Christ. You also offend when not using the proper designation for dates after Christ, and labeling them with nothing as opposed to their proper label “A.D.” meaning Anno Domini.

      It makes me sick to think that the entire world wants to destroy the memory of Christ by even reducing the significance of His birth, death and ressurection. The facts that the Julian and Gregorian calendars did recognize His time here and marked time by Him was a comfort that need not be taken away and further scar humanity as some would continue to shake their fist in His face. How can God continue to bless the USA when we try at every turn to erase His significance?

      ramburner: Thank you for that. I too do not like BCE (before common era). I find that in my Torah and in my son’s college history books. It’s kind of hard to erase Jesus Christ from the pages of history. His life, ministry, death, and resurrection were recorded by both Christians and secular men at that time. You can’t erase miracles…but I‘m sure they’ve tried to do that too. If they acknowledged Jesus Christ as the Son of God then they’d have to recognize sin in their lives, and they certainly don’t want to do that. The devil has a strong foothold in the world, and a whole lot of worshipers. Poor things. They are in for a rude awakening.

I wonder when their faith will deliver the rewards they seek? Perhaps the third time will be the charm for them. Or maybe Israel wont give back any land the next time they launch one of their ill advised attacks…

    I do not care that their anti-Semitic ways are the norm in their culture, but the fact that you only read a story like this at the blaze is disconcerting. No one condemns this talk and all you ever hear on networks is moral equivocation (both sides wrong in this debate-blah blah blah).       bomustgo: On April 19, 2011 I wrote about the term JEW. It was a disparaging name that the Babylonians named the tribe of Judah while the Southern Kingdom of Judah was held captive in Babylon. I will write part of the piece I wrote here again. First of all, ISRAELITES were called just that throughout ancient history. The Israelite tribes as a whole were NEVER called Jews. That is a misunderstanding today. Only the descendants of the tribe of Judah were called JEWS, and ONLY AFTER THE BABYLONIAN CAPTIVITY. WHY???
      Exodus 31 gives us the story of BEZALEL son of Uri, the son of Hur, OF THE TRIBE OF JUDAH. God told Moses that He filled Bezalel with the Spirit of God, with skill, ability and knowledge in all kinds of crafts – to make artistic designs for work in gold, silver and bronze, to cut and set stones, to work in wood, and to engage in all kinds of craftsmanship. God also appointed Oholiab son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan, to help him.
      In Exodus 35: 30 – 35 Moses repeats these words about Bezalel son of Uri, the son of Hur, of THE TRIBE OF JUDAH, and Moses repeats to the people what both Bezalel of the tribe of Judah and Oholiab son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan would be making in regards to the Tabernacle. In chapter 36: 1 – 7 we find more information.

      When the Southern Kingdom of Judah was taken captive to Babylon, the king of Babylon took all the SKILLED workers from Judah and brought them to Babylon. Among them were THE DESCENDANTS of Bezalel of THE TRIBE OF JUDAH and THE DESCENDANTS of those of the tribe of Judah that had been trained and worked with Bezalel in these skills on the items for the Tabernacle. There in Babylon these descendants of these ancient people were smiths and jewelers, working in gold, silver, bronze, and cutting stones. The Hebrew (Israelite) and Chaldean (Babylonian) word for smith is charash (pronounced khaw-rashe). The word for cutting in the Hebrew and Chaldean language is charosheth (khar-o’-sheth) which means, to engrave, or to scratch, and carving, or cutting. The tribe of Judah was skilled in cutting stones, carving, smithing, embroidering, weaving, and designs. In mocking tone the Babylonians called the tribe of Judah JEWS because of these skills. No other tribe of Israel was ever called JEW except the tribe of Judah, and that is how they became known in history. This is what God Almighty impressed upon me to finally tell the tribe of Judah. Though the Babylonians meant it as a disparaging word, it just showed the ancient skills handed down by God Almighty to those of the tribe of Judah that were skilled in making jewelry. The French of the tribe of Reuben would later call them Jeus, and the people of Denmark later called them Jutes.

      I hope your right..I hope God is opening my eyes….because some days I feel so alone. I look at the world and think is anyway paying attention? Does anyone get it or should I just be wrapped in duck tape before I explode? I wonder if history will talk about how US jews overwhelmingly voted in a POTUS that “allowed” the destruction of Israel. And not to belabor the issue, but no one talks about the Christian significance in that area of the world. No one talks about how Christian holy sites are in muslim control. Muslims love to say they were there first- when in fact they were there third as far as world religions go.

    There is no ‘Palistine’ – there’s never been a country called Palistine. Once a Provence in 796, it has been overrun by Arabs for years with various countries and factions from the Ottoman empire on. These are simply hateful, evil people that want to see the destruction of the world as they way of their “salvation” – to what, I have no idea. If they ever killed “all the jews” they’d immediately turn on each other (as they do now) since they have no motivation after hatred.       You are sooooo right. The entire area was originally Judea and after the Roman devastation of Jerusalem in 70 AD, the Romans renamed the area “Palestine”, the Roman nwme for Philestia, home of the Philestines, the most hated enemy of the Judeans. The renaming of Judea to “Palestine” was meant as an insult to the to the Jews and a means by which to demoralize them.

      Palestine was until 1948, a virtually uninhabited wasteland. Mark Twain commented on the area’s desolation in one of his travelogs. After the Jewish nation of Israel was formed and the Jewish inhabitants began to make the desert into productive farmland, Arabs from Egypt, Jordan, Syria and many other areas came to Israel looking for work. There weren’t enough jobs to go around and provide a good living for all of them, so instead of going home, they collected in what are now termed “Refugee” camps and Gaza. The idea was heavily promoted by the Arabs so they could blame Israel for the situation. Of course, the dumbed down, leftist, communist mainstream media, not bothering to research the true reason, blames Israel.

      What they don’t realize is that GOD WILL PROTECT HIS PEOPLE. Vengance is mine sayeth the LORD.

      Mark Twain visited Israel in 1867, and published his impressions in Innocents Abroad. He described a desolate country – devoid of both vegetation and human population:

      “….. A desolate country whose soil is rich enough, but is given over wholly to weeds… a silent mournful expanse…. a desolation…. we never saw a human being on the whole route…. hardly a tree or shrub anywhere. Even the olive tree and the cactus, those fast friends of a worthless soil, had almost deserted the country.”

      Thank you for the quote. I remember reading it many years ago and have heard pastors and commentators make reference to the passage but I couldn’t remember which book it was in.

      It took the GOD given intelligence and drive of the Jewish people to bring the desert back to life. You remember a few years ago when Gaza was returned to the “Palistinians”, the Israeli government had built many sturdy and good looking structures. The Arabs either tore them down or they now look worse that the worst slum in America.

      I know that if the Jewish people were to pack up, leave and turn the area over to Hamas, Fatah and Hezbolla, the entire area would soon look as it did in 1867 when Mark Twain visited. It’s sad but true.

      Man, if this doesn’t signal the beginning of the end (amongst so many other things going on right now), I don’t know what will. We need to be preparing for the end by declaring that Jesus is the Lord and that He is coming back to take us home. It sounds weird and illogical, but it comes straight from the Bible – the truth – and we must heed it. We need a revivial in America, and we need to understand that Obama basically tells the rest of the world we won‘t stand with Israel and we won’t stand against these threats of violence against the Jews. THAT is SOOO scary and it’s something we should not support or be complacent about. Can’t wait for the rally in Israel!! If I can’t attend, I want to watch the live stream and host my own rally!!       Arm of GAWD – Something that you apparently don’t get is, Islam cannot have a caliphate unless they take control of that area and if they get control of that area, that tells them they‘ve got a mandate to form the worldwide caliphate with Sharia as it’s law of the land.       Want to make your mark as a reporter?? Pin one of these knuckleheads down with the question of, “How does Buddhism or Hinduism factor into the caliphate? Does Allah think that Buddhists or Hindus are worthy of life”? Are they not also “Non-Believers”? If so, are they the next step targeted for destruction once the little group of Jews and Christians are knocked off? It will either discredit the Imam for going against the grain saying that they are entitled to life, i.e. that this group of ‘infidels’ should not be exterminated-which would be beneficial to loop over and over to other Muslims; or more likely, it makes the case for showing their true nature which is summed up in 4 letters…EVIL! Those that think we are ahead of the game I believe underestimate the nature of our enemy. When they will strap an IED onto their children, we have a great amount of distance to cover in educating the apathetic public as to who and what we are fighting, again Evil!       Yet you have the American leader showing more solidarity for these evil people over Americas oldest allies. I have always admired America and accepted it’s nation with all their flaws as, no nation is perfect. I saw more positives in the USA than I saw negatives but the way the country is falling apart, I am starting to dislike the country and when I see the progressive folks running around like hooligans and being praised by the POTUS, I cringe. I kind of agree with the likes of Jon Stewart who says that Americans are DUMB people. I mean, a nation that is willing to sacrifice it’s greatness to become more like Russia, Cuba, Brazil, India and lots of European nations can only boil down to one thing. They are a nation of dimwits and if I have offended anyone by saying this, I apologies but enough is enough.

      American Exceptionalism is truly dead. It pains me to see all these Banana Republics laughing at you and the White House praising Al-Jazeera News. A station that openly condemns America and praises OBL, Taliban, Al-Queda and Hamas to name a few.

      Mexico is or will soon be owning the USA and all I can see is a country falling apart just like the evil USSR of the past. I can see Texas becoming a country outside of the USA as long as you continue to choose a progressive/quasi socialist way as opposed to the FREE MARKET ONE.

      This is true I am afraid. This will happen according to the Bible. Only a number will be saved when the United States comes and flies them to safety. Folks, don’t dismiss this or think God is going to stop it. Not this time. I love the Jewish people because they are God’s Chosen. However, Israel is turning her back on God. One example is how she has embraced the gays. There was a story here on the Blaze that even made that point. Remember, just because Israel is God‘s Chosen people doesn’t mean that they are faithful to God. God has done this before to His people and only saved a few who were faithful to him. He has sent them into bondage and slavery because of their unfaithfulness. This time shall be the last because Jesus will come and He will defend Israel and us Christians AFTER they have done this.
