Hannity Confirms: I Talked to George Zimmerman

Some of the biggest news to come out of the press conference by George Zimmerman’s now-former lawyers on Tuesday was that Zimmerman had apparently reached out to Fox’s Sean Hannity and had a conversation. On Tuesday night, Hannity confirmed that.

“We learned that he had contacted Sean Hannity of Fox News directly, not through us, and we believe, I can’t confirm this, we believe that he spoke directly with Sean, off the record, and he’s not even willing to tell us what our client told him,” attorney Hal Uhrig said during a press conference.

According to Hannity, that’s true.

“Yesterday I was contacted by an individual that we in fact believe was George Zimmerman,” Hannity explained on his TV show. “He reached out to me, we spoke on the phone about his case, and I agreed not to report on the contents of that conversation. That’s it. I know nothing about his relationship with his now former attorneys.”

Hear Hannity explain it below:

The site Loop21 published an email correspondence yesterday that allegedly occurred between a reporter and George Zimmerman. In an email dated from Monday, the man claiming to be Zimmerman said he had just spoken with Hannity and that Hannity could confirm his identity. If true, that email was sent before the Hannity conversation became public.

Facts will NEVER be given. Nothing concrete, just an accusation. I would think that by now, after reading at least five stories and probably 1000 comments, someone would have gave some concrete facts to prove their accusation that the president wants a race war. It’s very funny to me. So let me get this straight, he reaches out to a Black family who feels that they are not getting justice for their dead son, (which any parent would feel this way had the same thing happened to their child) and he comforts them by saying he understands their frustration, if he had a son he would look like Trayvon. I understand in a way, why some white people may feel that the comment was not needed, but since you are not black, you will NEVER understand why TO BLACK PEOPLE, the comment WAAAAAS needed. There are some things I don’t understand about white people, but the thing I do is at least try to understand. For example, I try to understand why people who had nothing to do with slavery get frustrated when black people bring it up, when they feel they are being discriminated against. I know it must frustrate and anger white people. But I don’t know if white people ever try to understand some of the feelings that black people have. Race relations are not worse now that we have a black president, I believe that it is now out of the closet. it was always there, but I am being brutally honest here, I believe a black man in the white house angered so many people, that racism flew out the closet

” I believe a black man in the white house angered so many people, that racism flew out the closet.”

Your kind of gullibility and lack of understanding is truly remarkable.

That the entire black community despises whites and have conducted an ongoing one-sided black on white war seems to be lost on you, even though the absolute wealth of black on white crime and vicious hate rhetoric inundates the news every day.

This president came out in favor of the so-called Harvard professor just because he was black. The man was loud, abusive and disorderly and was arrested for it. He also refused to prosecute the Black Panthers who were intimidating whites at the polling place, telling them they were there to make sure a “black man was elected.”

He came out favorably for this Trayvon Martin, a black teenage wannabe gangbanger who was found at his school earlier to have a burglar tool and women’s jewelry in his back pack. He was walking IN BETWEEN and IN BACK OF homes in a gated community, obviously looking for an easy score when the neighborhood watchman spotted him. He made a criminal, uncalled for attack on the watchman although the watchman posed absolutely no threat to him. He was strictly watching and reporting to the police.

If his race has anything to do with people disliking him, it is because he hates whites and America and he appoints only those who feel the same way.

There‘s some things I don’t understand about black people. They tend to always be passive aggressive and racially narcissistic all the while subconsciously using racism (the bane of their accusations against white people) to show superiority in a topic.

Get off your high horse, Bounce, and realize that the only way we as a society can overcome racism is when people like you can finally shut the hell up and stop making everything race related. I swear I’m going to lose my mind the time I hear a black person talk about “slavery” and how the “white” man couldn‘t possibly understand what it’s like! Were you ever a slave, Bounce? Two of my Polish ancestors were killed in Hitler‘s concentration camps but you don’t see me running around using it as a bargaining chip! You ought to be ashamed of yourself – using your heritage’s hardships in vain.

It truly saddens me to see all these racism accusations. Please try to understand when law abiding citizens see a young man dressed in a manner where they appear rebellious to society in general or menacing; walking late at night in an area which has crime….well, it causes defensive reactions. It doesn’t matter whether the kid is hispanic, asian, white, or black. It has to do with hoodies, baggie pants, skin head, tatoos, certain tee-shirts etc.

It is similiar to when a mom is at a playground and a forty yearold man is watching (lurking) around a playground with no children of his own. Does he just enjoy children purely like watching birds flitter in the trees or is he a perv about to snatch a child? The mom might react in much the same way as Mr. Zimmerman, especially if there had been recent abductions. The guy might notice..etc…in the confrontation, she might shoot him. Now, as long as the two were the same race, you would never say a word. But if the woman was black w/white guy, you would be okay with her protecting her neighborhood, right? What if it was a white woman and a black man, would it be racism?

The problem is your racist presumption, of Zimmerman being motivating by racism verses previous crimes and desire to protect his neighborhood. He had a gun, if any raced young man was beating him up..he was going to shoot him. If any raced man was beating him up, he was going to shoot him. If any raced woman…

BOUNCESoff. you are incorrect. I do not hate Barack Obama because he’s black. I hate his policies, because I believe they are detrimental to the US. Whites are tired of being shouted down by African Americans who “go black” in a conversation, which is clearly an intimidation tactic against whites. I believe it denigrates the person, because it says, “I can’t get anywhere on my accomplishments, so I’ll just use intimidation to get what I want.” I refuse to apologize for being white. I didn’t have anything to do with being born white. I have three advanced degrees, which I paid for on my own, nobody was standign in line to offer me grant money set aside for white females. My ancestors did not own slaves, I owe you nothing on that account. I have made a positive difference in generations of student’s lives, all races, and I stand by the fact that I’m a pretty typical citizen of the United States. I, too, abhor the dogs in Ok who drove around shooting black men. I abhor the black man who raped and murdered the elderly woman. I abhor people, black or white, who refuse to behave with decency, and who won’t take responsibility for making it in this society. Excuses don’t cut it.

forget the comments, watch gbtv and you’ll get your evidence. barry isn’t going to come out and say it, it’s all done by proxy.

what i don’t understand about blacks is why they demand and vote for the policies and people that keep them imprisoned. and why was MLK’s great work and sacrifices squandered? blacks weren’t always like they are today. where are the Tuskegee Airmen of today? what happened to the family values of the 1950′s? why is 93% of all black murders done by other blacks (FBI 2007)? why doesn’t anyone care about that?

because a race war is what they want as a means to an end, a revolt against capitalism, and the white man stands in the way. why do you think Eric Holder (at Obama’s orders) dropped the black panther case and does nothing with their death threats?

stop focusing on black v white, that is a distraction and a tool. if you think the rich oppress the poor now, wait until these communists and socialists get their way.

Either you do not know or do not care that this President is likely not eligible to be where he is. His skin color has nothing to do with my statements. You should know that. I wanted Alan West or even President Cain to become President at one time. Alan did not run and Mr. Cain had, it seems done his do with something that do not make him look like a good choice at the time. Now, this President does not waste any opportunity to make black people think he is their savior. Who is he saving you from? Really? How does that work? For some reason, we have people that think it is okay for illegals to come from any country and live on the taxpayers dime? The act of slavery has been practiced since the beginning of the human race. White Christian men started the fight for and secured the end of the of the type “Slavery” you are speaking about in this nation. Do you know who sold the slaves to the traders who sailed to the African continent to buy them, then ship them around the world including to the early colonies here on this continent? The fact that one set of black men captured other black men and their families, then sold them to the traders does not reach our history books any more. Did you know that there were also black slave owners in the early colonies? Try to look past the tip of your own nose, maybe you will see the truth that man’s cruelty to man is a bigger than black against white. Do you have a comment on to 10 black people that were shot and killed by other black persons, in Chicago the same weekend as Travon?

Please stop with your racist garbage and face the facts – race relations have gotten worse because of the same kind of rhetoric that you (and President Obama) have been using.

Here is the deal – almost all intelligent white Americans have a desire for EQUAL rights for all Americans regardless of race, color, religion, etc, but what many “minority” groups are asking for is MORE RIGHTS. If a “white” group publicly announced a bounty for a man of color there would be the biggest crap storm this country has seen in years. This is just one of many examples of a double standard that has hurt race relations.

May the Lord open your eyes to the truth about race relations in this country and the reason why they have gotten worse in many cases.

Most family members would not be out walking around that time of night “in de hood.” If a family is in an unfamilar neighborhood, at that time of night, as things are today, it shoud go without have to say, their being robbed could happen. As well as it could have happended to Trevon. Most people in an area where criminals have operated is the cause people have community watch. Zimmerman had to make a decision as to whether this was a citizen going about his/her business or someone up to no good. Disrespect and antagonizing a man with a gun, is not wise, and your rights to be here or there is not going to stop a bullet. Knowing and using our freedoms wisely at that time of night is a priority. People have rights, both Zimmerman and Trevon. Trevon was not familar with the neighborhood where he knew he would run into community watch, I imagine. It was Zimmeron’s committment to his community watch, experience and training that made him take a second look. It was Trevon’s age and listening to rhetoric that likely escalated this into what it became. No doubt he was taller and appeared older under that hood. People who are trying to foment trouble are using the races, like a bunch of dangerously older school children, to overide common sense, responsibility and decency. I am thinking if Trevon had not been hostile, had been respectful and appreciated Zimmerman’s position, this would never would have happened. Trevon may have made a friend. He may have become a cop himself.

Trayvon may be dead, but he still deserves the same thing you would want your son to receive if he was murdered and you did not know what happened. All I am saying is that it seems that on sites that cater to mostly white people, the majority seem so willing to give Zimmerman so much lead way, and seem to want to believe that Trayvon deserved to die. Or they seem to believe everything that Zimmerman allegedly said (since no one actually heard him say anything) and denounce the possibility that this man followed this young man and murdered him in cold blood. Even though there are other evidence that discounts the voice on the tape as being Zimmerman. Even though there seemed to be no physical signs of a man being BRUTALLY attacked, no bruises under the eyes, which denotes a broken nose, no visit to the hospital, no signs of trauma in the face as one would assume would result in a beating and a broken nose. Not to mention the words that Zimmerman uttered on the 911 tape. I could see if this was an open and shut case pointing that Zimmerman had no choice. But it is far from that

You assume one hell of a lot. You assume this man was murdered and yet no jury has said he was murdered. You must not believe in what our law says. The law says that anyone that is a citizen of this country is entitled to a fair trial. Does that only apply to blacks like OJ Simpson or does it also apply to everyone regardless of race?

You also infer that this bad murderer did not have a scratch on him. That is not true according to other sources who have seen the damage done to this man who you continue to call a murderer. Also you bring up the slur of white people. White people had nothing to do with any of this. Zimmerman is not a white guy. What does it take for you to understand facts? Getting shot and dying via self-defense and murdered are two different things Bounce. Let me spell it out too you. You seem to be confused on terminology. Also cut the crap on the religious statements. You are no more religious than Obama.

Based on what we know now. Zimmerman said that Trayvon turned and attacked him, the police believed his account. Until that changes, that is self-defense. It does not matter that Zimmerman was following him. The moment Trayvon turned to become the aggressor, his fate was in his own hands. He made a bad choice.

The white guys who shot people down in the street in Tulsa that is MURDER. See the difference.

Don’t get me wrong, I feel for Trayvon’s family. No mother wants to see her child die. Just because Trayvon was carrying tea and skittles does not make him innocent.

When blacks bring up slavery they don’t know what it is like any more than I do. My ancestor, white, come over an indentured servant for seven years. So can I claim to blacks, “Well you don’t know what it was like for my ancestor”. Whether your ancestors were slaves is irrelevant to today. Don’t talk to me about “we don’t understand”. If you want to become a lifetime victim, so be it. As Dr. Phil says, “you must rise above your raising”. You can either live in the past or live for the future. Your choice.

I am very offended by your remarks. I am a black man, a child of God and I am not looking for anyone to kill. Just because you feel that he will not get a fair trial, does not mean that he should become a fugitive. There are thousands of blacks and whites who felt they would not get a fair trial, but they still did not brerak the law by becoming a fugitive. I have no idea why people try to pretend they are for the good of America, but they hide behind computer screens talking and supporting illegal and criminal behavior.

I wonder if you would be singing the same praises if this were a black man who had shot a half hispanic half white teenager.

Excuse me Bounce Off – I think if some people are threatening to kill you if they catch site of you and the Black Panther‘s placed a bounty on you dead or alive and those said people are still walking the street because Eric Holder is their friend and won’t do a damn thing, I take offense at you. The only people who are making this a race issue is YOU, Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and all they others who are weighing in with NO facts, but their own prejudices.

I want justice for Trayvon also, but not at the expense of appeasing some in the black community by taking matters into their own hands by killing Zimmerman. Not every killing of a black is racially motivated and you CAN’T except the fact that Trayvon may have turned out to be the aggressor. It is not against the law to follow someone that does not belong in your neighborhood. I have a right to watch and follow you to ensure you are not up to no good. I don’t care what color of skin you have. The moment you turn and become the aggressor, your outcome is in your own hands. YOU can’t accept the fact that the Sanford police questioned him and let him go. Apparently, he had injuries to support his account of the story. Otherwise, you are calling the Sanford Police racist. Is this what you are doing?

I agree with you 100%. There is so much about Zimmerman that shows he is and always has been a loose cannon for years. I know most on this site want to turn a blind eye to that fact, but it still does not dilute the fact. He does not abide by laws. And he does not seem to abide by instructions either, even if it is for his protection. he was told not to follow Trayvon, yet he disobeyed. He was told by police officers not to interfere with police work, yet he disobeyed. He was told by his attorney not to speak to anyone about his case, not even police, yet he disobeyed twice. This is not a rational person. And I believe that is why this young man is dead.

He is asking for money on a website, and putting up a sign that says long live Zimmerman. He almost seems to be enjoying the circus that this crime has turned into. It’s been completely mishandled by the press as well as the police.

In my recent memory, no President has so deliberately and publicly sought to pit racial and gender groups against each other. The President is not simply the titular head of a party or the leader of government, he is the head of state and embodies the collective will of the American people. He is the president of all Americans… not just certain segments of his electoral coalition. Obama’s rhetoric is reckless. It is fostering civil strife and racial animosity.

Imagine the media uproar had Bush, for example called for “whites, Southerners, Christians and veterans” to vote for the Republican Party. Bush would have been excoriated (rightly) for racist and sectarian pandering.

Obama is fracturing America. He is calling on the primacy of race and gender in order to perpetuate his national socialist revolution. He is championing a revanchist tribalism… the politics of grievance and racial victimology that undermines our common national identity. Just like his old pastor, Black Liberation Theorist and practitioner Rearend Wright, Obama is an anti-American, virulent race-baiter.

Instead of seeing Americans, he classifies people according to their race and gender. Modern liberal identity politics is rooted in fascist doctrine.

And the other thing I find interesting: they refer to Zimmerman as ‘white-Hispanic’, but they never refer to Obama as ‘white/African’. The media seems to forget, unless it benefits Obama’s agenda, that Obama is also half white; and the white half of Obama is turning on his own race. And also, how can people who disagree with Obama’s policies be called “racist” when we are disagreeing with the white half of Obama. Sick of all this ‘race baiting’!
