Hawaii Responds to AZ Sec. of State’s Obama Birth Certificate Threat

On Friday, Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett threatened to keep President Obama‘s name off the Arizona ballot if he didn’t get verification regarding Obama’s Hawaiian birth certificate. And now Hawaii has responded.
“I’m not a birther, I believe the president was born in Hawaii — or at least I hope he was,” Bennett told KFYI-RADIO’s Mike Broomhead last week. “My responsibility as secretary of state is to make sure the ballots in Arizona are correct and that those people whose names are on the ballot have met the qualifications for the office they are seeking.”
Hawaii’s attorney general has apparently given a response, according to KTVK-TV:
The Hawaii attorney general’s office has reportedly told Bennett that there are steps he needs to take in order to confirm President Obama’s birth records.
Those steps include Bennett proving that he legitimately needs confirmation in order to update the records at his office.

This is pure bull, and I hope the Secretary of State, just tells them I need it because I hold that position and it is my duty to protect the citizens of my state. I would then tell Hawaii that they have 14 days to comply or Obama‘s name doesn’t go on the ballot. See how that would work out. I bet Obama’s lawyers would be apoplectic.

If there is only one, expand the pix and look-for the natural valley of the penned-signature and the “stamp”. every pen/writing-impliment leaves a “dent” as you write, in the paper. A real stamp leaves a group of dents responding to the “stamping”. If the doc “looks-real” sofar, check for natual-fading of the printing and signature from early/mid60′s. All this will show-up in the transmitted copy. Do not except a [low-resolution] copy or e-transmission! Ever, no mater who it is. Low-res can hide all sorts of problems/fakery. Check for the witnesses and original state’s attourney(1964), and hosp-reccords(etc…).

The only evidence to date now is an article from the Breitbart News that was published in 1991 stating Obama was born in Kenya. Since a birth certificate is not being produced, the States should declare him “Not” a natural born citizen and eligible for President, until such a time a valid birth certificate can be produced for each and every state.

It was very common and still is to print birth announcements in local papers of any town where you have living relatives, having it printed in her mom’s local papers, isn’t proof of anything. I know my birth announcement was printed in 20+ papers, in towns all over the south, sure doesn’t prove I was born in any of them.

And of course the Health Department of Hawaii also certified it. Those people should be prosecuted, because they must have know it was fake. If Donald Trump knew it was fake everybody should have – he doesn’t even live in Hawii and he knew it was fake. Could it have something to do with the fact that if he is caught having lied HE goes to jail? So instead they are going to obfuscate as long as possible. I think this pretty much cinches it for me. It’s very easy to write an email saying yes he was born here and there is only one reason not to say it.

What more “proof” is needed then the fact that this man is running for a second term as President of the United States of America?

That being said, in the 60′s, the term for race would have been Colored, or *****, AND would repopulate into any Short Form being issued. (NO PC Changes)

He said just an email from Hawaii’s SoS telling him that they have one would suffice…but Hawaii still won’t even write an email saying, “yes, he was really born here”. And for the record, our SoS was responding to requests from some Arizonans…doing his duty as an elected official in a government that is for the people. He MAY request verification from all candidates next, and those who don‘t verify won’t be put on the ballot.
I have no idea why the campaign thinks Obama has any chance to win here. Not many AZs are happy with him. Between Fast and Furious, his broken promises on the Dream Act, his scuffles with our Governor and Sheriff and suing the state…there just aren’t very many left that support him….All he has here are the lifetime welfare recipients, die-hard Dems who are Dems and always vote Dem and a few stragglers here and there…Besides the fact that AZ has traditionally voted Republican…I’m not really sure where that comes from. Not being on the ballot here, though, wouldn’t be an additional loss for Obama…it will be a loss for him either way.

O’bama, Sr, was never married to Stanley Ann. She had no hand in raising the man in the White House until she married another Muslim and moved to Indonesia with him. His loyalties are divided into several pieces, not just USmerican and Indonesian. Why and how did he get into Pakistan? USmerican passports were not useful there when he went. Why do we have no records of anything from his birth (and even then, only in newspaper announcements, not an unequivocally valid birth certificate), nothing from any school K~20.

Is it really so crazy to think that somebody smart enough to get into Harvard might realize that it would be an advantage for his son to have US Citizenship – enough so to place an add in a Hawaiian newspaper to give some sort of semblance of possibility? Most of us have needed legal, certified birth certificates, so why doesn’t the President of the USA need one? The stories about him, some true, some made up, some very cloudy, but none of it can be verified, even all the schools he attended, no proof or transcripts. Why?
The press has morphed him into the “soup of the day.” One day he’s Amish, the next day he’s Gay, the black thingie is the only 1/2 true thing the press said. Google the gay thing and see how much comes up, so you tell me what‘s true and what’s not.
Can’t wait to see what the flavor of today is, the news changes that often to keep us confused as to what to believe with this man that no one can verify with any certainty. Skeleton in the closet

A baby born of a US citizen in another country can then be issued a US birth cert only if the mother is above a certain age. Stanley Ann was under age and therefor, a US BC could not be legally issued. This is the big coverup.

there is more evidence prevalent that he was born on foreign soil; combine that with his not claiming his u.s, citizenship to gain opportunities forfeits his claim for what otherwise may have been available to him.
as much as it is the american way to succeed at getting benefits coming and going, doing so fraudulently is bad mkay.

If he was born outside the US his mother would have had to file immigration paperwork for him to be recognized as a US citizen. But he would still be ineligible because his father was Kenyan, at the time a British territory.
Report Post »It is a huge deal. If he is proven ineligible, every decree, every bill, every treaty, and both Supreme court positions filled would be null and void. This really is the essential issue and it should have been put to bed in the beginning. His records, both school and birth need to be vetted. If he were to join the military, they would have done a background check and investigated all of these things, so the President, as commander in Chief should be required to undergo the same, if not more thorough check.

Posted on May 21, 2012 at 1:38pmI am of the belief that in ‘08 a birth certificate was vetted by the DNC which showed Obama’s true parentage, thus complying with the “natural born citizen” requirement of the US Constitution. If you all remember, there was a blurb about it not being publicized (the BC) due to the embarrassment it would cause his family.
But, since Obama keeps touting Obama Sr. as his biological dad, people — including Trump — have come to question his eligibility (rightfully) as not being a natural born citizen (naturally born to US citizens). So the narcissist (and supposed Constitutional scholar) PROVES to the whole world that he is NOT a natural born citizen by claiming a made-up BC is the proof of his being born in HI (which makes him a citizen, native born, regardless of his parentage). As soon as he released that, though, what happened? I suspect many people told him what a mistake he had made (especially in having amateurs concoct it with the biological connection to Obama Sr), and to take attention off of the whole fiasco, another fiasco came into attention when the bin Laden assassination quickly took most minds off of the BC.
Why Trump has stopped pushing this issue (and indeed been quite quiet) is probably due to him being shown the “real” BC even though the rest of us have not. But in AZ, the fake BC is now coming back to haunt Obama as he is definitively claiming Obama Sr as his father, thereby making him ineligible due to not being a natural born citizen.
