Hawaii: We‘ve Officially Verified Obama’s Birth Certificate for AZ Sec. of State

HONOLULU (The Blaze/AP) — The state of Hawaii has verified President Barack Obama‘s birth records to Arizona’s elections chief after a nearly three-month back and forth that Arizona officials said could have ended without the incumbent’s name on its November ballot.
Joshua Wisch, special assistant to Hawaii Attorney General David Louie, told The Associated Press in an email late Tuesday that the matter is resolved after Hawaii gave Arizona the verification it was looking for.

Hawaii – which has vouched for Obama’s birth in the state several times as early as October 2008 – didn’t bow to the request easily. The Aloha State told Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett he had to prove he needed the records as part of normal business.
Wisch says Hawaii got what it needed, so it gave Bennett’s office the verification.
It’s not immediately clear whether the information will satisfy Bennett. Bennett spokesman Matthew Roberts said the office received the verification and planned to comment Wednesday.
Roberts did not say whether the information would end the flap with Obama’s name on the ballot. It seems likely, though, considering on Tuesday Bennett seemed to soften his threat, and even apologized if he had embarrassed his state.
“If I embarrassed the state, I apologize, but that certainly wasn’t my intent,” he told radio station KTAR. “He’ll be on the ballot as long as he fills out the same paperwork and does the same things that everybody else has.”
The development came the same day Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio defended sending one of his deputies to Hawaii to accompany an official in his volunteer group that is investigating Obama’s birth certificate, despite earlier saying no taxpayer money was being spent on the probe.
The sheriff said Tuesday that taxpayers won’t ultimately foot the bill because the group, which so far has used $40,000 in donations to pay for the probe, will reimburse his office for the deputy’s trip to Hawaii this week.
Arpaio said the deputy who was sent to Hawaii was there for security reasons, which the sheriff declined to discuss.
“Even if it was costing the taxpayers money, we are talking about a criminal investigation into possible fraud and forgery on government documents,” the sheriff said.
The sheriff launched the investigation last summer and said in March that there was probable cause to believe Obama’s long-form birth certificate, released by the White House more than a year ago, is a computer-generated forgery and that the president’s Selective Service card was most likely a forgery.
But Hawaii officials have repeatedly confirmed Obama’s citizenship, and Obama released a copy of his long-form birth certificate more than a year ago in an attempt to quell citizenship questions. Courts also have rebuffed lawsuits over the issue.
Arpaio said health officials in Hawaii refused to talk to his deputy and group investigator on Monday, though an assistant attorney general came out to talk to the investigators.
“They won’t have anything to do with us,” Arpaio said.
Janice Okubo, spokeswoman for the Hawaii State Department of Health, said two men dressed in business suits from Arpaio‘s department sat down with deputies from the health department and attorney general’s office in a conference room Monday.
The men identified themselves as being from the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office and provided their badges and business cards when asked, Okubo said.
“They said they were conducting an investigation,” Okubo said.
Okubo said the Hawaii officials told the men they had to show why they needed the information as part of ordinary business – a response similar to that given to Bennett last week when he publicly pushed his request.
UPDATE:
Bennett has officially responded to Reuters and seems satisfied with the information he received.
“We never requested a birth certificate. What we requested was a verification from Hawaii that the information on the president’s birth certificate was accurate,” Bennett’s spokesman Matthew Roberts told Reuters.
“As far as we are concerned, the matter is closed,” he added.

Obama and his team have had too much time to review and scrub any information pertaining to his birth. Too bad Obama doesn’t have the brightest people on his team, as they couldn’t forge very well.
It was the media‘s and the DNC’s job to vet him before he ran for President in ‘08, but they both failed and lied. It’s time to expose this fraud. I saw him on The View, I saw him on Jimmy Kimmel or some other late night show, I saw him at some Johnny Depp Halloween dress-up party at the White House, I saw Barack Hussein Obama on the golf course NUMEROUS times, I saw him on NUMEROUS vacations each year, I saw him singing at the Apollo theater, and on and on it goes. Lots of “NON-WORK” events.

The long form birth certificate Arizona didn’t ask for is a Photoshopped forgery and not even a good one. The state government of Hawaii supports Obama and are liars and Obama and his minions are guilty of at least one felony and violation of the constitution. It is apparently OK to ignore all of this (including Obama’s fake SSN, forged draft records, forged or sealed school and college transcripts and records) according even to conservatives like Beck because it’s a “distraction”. Obama broke the law. Pelosi and Reid broke the law when they wrote up two sets of eligibility paperwork in 2008, one with the natural born citizenship clause and one without. Why would they do that except as a possible CYA action?
Beck and others better be praying hard that Obama doesn’t get re-elected, because then this “distraction” will be all that is left to try to remove him, and we see how that’s going.
Summary – you may commit major crimes (felonies) and violate our Constitution with impunity if you are high enough up in the government.

I am not a conspiracy theorist, but there are far, far too many inconsistencies with this man’s true identity and his origin of birth. Even you can see what a p i s s poor attempt of a fake that his ‘long form’ BC is. Both it and his so called ‘short form’ contain wording that was not the vernacular of the day either, and his father’s home of Kenya was supposed to be printed on the certificate when it was not even known as Kenya. Now, keep fooling yourself as long as you wish, but there is just too much bull sh*t surrounding this man’s existence and it really makes a thinking person do just that…think. I am not making anything up, the people investigating this apparently are not making things up, the people who have shown their forensic work with photoshop have illustrated the BS BC layer by layer.

They will show you exactly why the obama birth certificate AND his selective service registration have been determined to be frauds. It’s not difficult to understand. How in the world can you ridicule the AZ posse findings when you haven’t even seen the verifiable evidence? His social security number has also been flagged by our own government’s e-Verify system as exhibiting a problem. There are also “multiple” social security numbers associated with his name. How many of you have had more than one social security number in your life? Use of another’s social security number is a felony- rising to the level of being a high crime and impeachable offense! Where there is smoke, there is fire. There is a tremendous amount of smoke coming from obama’s identity(s).

Any birth record would have reflected this, as it would not be modified, because naming conventions changed.

Of course that is not what Obama’s released birth certificate shows, which is grounds for keeping him off the ballot in ALL states. I believe that the birth record reveal that Obama has a citizen (not Obama Sr) as his biological father, which would inure eligibility. However, Sheriff Joe then has a cut and dry case of forgery, et al, on the man, so let’s roll with that . . .

Birthers, like all conspiracy theorists, are never satisfied. Do you think truthers are satisfied with film of the twin towers being hit by planes? Are the JFK conspiracy theorists satisfied with zero credible evidence to the contrary? How about Sasquatch hunters, UFO enthusiasts, or any other number of folks?
It’s called belief bias. Once you believe something, logic no longer comes into play. You’re invested in that belief, and it can become so entrenched that no evidence to the contrary dislodges the belief.
Look at Communism. People can watch Cuba, China, Eastern Europe, and the USSR all fail or moderate their Communistic policies… but you still find people around the world claiming it’s the best economic theory. They’re invested in their beliefs, and no amount of logic will change it. When it happens all you can do is point out the facts, and then write them off.
The right doesn’t need birthers. Their actions hurt the GOP more than help it because most people will either be biased against their conclusions (leftists) or logical enough to look at it and go “Man, you guys are idiots” (independents).

What he released as a Birth Certificate was fake, is own lawyer admitted it was an obvious fake. More than likely he used foreign status to get into school and for scholarships. If he would be transparent and forthcoming in his records there would be no issue.

This issue never would have been brought up if Obama was not a pathological liar! The “birthers” reaction is a completely normal and logical reaction when people are confronted with a liar. This is the inherent danger of lying. Once someone gets caught in a lie, people assume other things that that person says is also not true. This causes people to lose trust in that individual. Once you lose trust in someone it is very hard to gain it back. Obama has been caught in MANY, MANY lies. HE is the one who has been illogical, not the “birthers”!

Being cynical and distrustful of a known liar is logical, I agree. Being a birther is not. We’ve seen pictures of his birth certificate. Officials from both parties agree it’s real. Congress has not brought any motions to look further into it. His major political opponents express their belief in the validity of his birth certificate.
None of that evidence deters birthers. When the facts point in a logical conclusion and you refuse to be convinced, that’s a bias. When you believe the exact opposite, contrary to the overwhelming pile of evidence, it’s belief bias (and birtherism).
None of it changes that Obama’s a liar and a terrible president. But it also doesn’t change that birthers are killing the credibility of the GOP among independent voters. That‘s something the GOP can’t afford in 2012.

The consensus may be a result of a political expediency, because otherwise that may be a hot political/constitutional potato leading to a constitutional crisis.
You have to admit that were the original BC was presented before 2008, it would not have been an issue at all. But sealing not only BC but all the records and spend a substantial hoard of money to keep it that way, who does that unless there is something to hide?
Of course, in the scheme of things, this is a minor issue, though it reveals the character of OBH in many minds. What is relevant is his abyssmal record during his tenure.

In my opinion another look at the possible involvement of now Hawaii Governor Neil Abercrombie in the 2007 swap of Obama from “born in Kenya” to “born in Hawaii” would be worth the time and effort.. Abercrombie was a U.S. Congress House member at the time. I think his failed quest for Obama’s BC when he became governor was to establish “plausible deniability” for himself in case the charade finally falls apart.
