‘He’s a DREAMer. Release Him’: Immigration Officials Outline Disturbing Changes Under New Obama Executive Order

Seeking the truth about President Obama’s recent executive order dictating that the DREAM Act by implemented by fiat, Senator Jeff Sessions lent his microphone to two different individuals today, both of whom would know something about the issue. What they had to say was not particularly encouraging.

Sessions introduced his two guests as Chris Crane, President of the National Immigration and Customs Enforcement Council, which is the union that represents immigration and customs enforcement agents, and George McCubbin, President of National Border Patrol Council, which represents 17,000 border patrol agents and support staff.

Crane was the first to speak.

“It‘s impossible to understand the full scope of the administration’s changes, but what we are seeing so far concerns us greatly,” Crane said.

As an example of what might be causing this concern, Crane cited the issue of prosecutorial discretion for what he called “DREAMers,” IE illegal immigrants covered by President Obama’s new executive order. According to Crane’s description, the order has effectively allowed prosecutors to treat these individuals as not only immune to immigration law, but immune to practically all law. Moreover, any illegal immigrant can simply claim to have a GED, or be enrolled in high school, and the law will be applied to them with no questions asked.

“There is no burden for the alien to prove anything,” Crane said.

As to the lawlessness charge, Crane brought up a story of an illegal immigrant who was arrested on four different charges, several of which were felonies, and only one of which was related to his immigration status. Yet the reaction from prosecutors was to let the immigrant in question walk out without the least trace of concern.

“He’s a DREAMer. Release him,” Crane remarked bitterly to summarize the response of prosecutors.

McCubbin, for his part, accused Homeland Secretary Janet Napolitano of painting an unrealistically rosy picture of her record on immigration, while simultaneously surrounding herself with “Yes” men.

“When you surround yourself with people who always say ‘yes,’ you will get the answer you want,” McCubbin said.

    It’s just shocking that Obama has opened the border when Americans are hurting so bad. Romney is a total freakin moron if he doesn’t use this against Obama. Hispanic Americans don’t want an open border and no deportation. This is an issue that Mitt should pounce on. He could appeal to middle class and poor voters by showing how illegals are hurting the job market and bankrupting social services.

    Every illegal immigrant that enters the US illegal is one less job that’s available for an American. It’s one more person in an already overcrowded high school. It’s one more person receiving EIC credit on their taxes (costing American taxpayers BILLIONS every year). Every illegal that crosses the border is one less American poor child that can receive health care. This should be a slam dunk political issue.

    Invoke Joe Wilson as well. These people WILL be receiving benefits from ObamaCare. Obama lies.

    So many others have already said it more eloquently than I could ever hope to.

    Barack Obama is transforming the United States of America into a Nation of easily manipulated values. The “values” that the USA used to have, were those that originated on the European Continent. Barack disdains those values because they were values of Caucasians (White People) and Christians.

    The first settlers were Christians who wanted to practice their Christian beliefs. Eventually, these White Christians overwhelmed the Native Americans by their sheer number. “America” developed history and traditions over the Centuries – some good, some bad. We developed a common language as EVERY Country does.

    Then Barack Obama comes along. All that he has known were Marxists, Communists and Socialists. Political and social ideologies that are entirely FOREIGN to the values and traditions of the American way of life.

    Obama wants to change the very fabric of America. The best way to do that, is to change the “People” of America. The best way to do that, is to overwhelm the original People of European ancestry with People of Latino ancestry. Thus the concept of “Open Borders”. One should take note that Open Borders isn’t in effect on our Northern Border. That’s because most of the People there, are of European ancestry.

      Comrade Conserv, for the most part the American Indians were destroyed by smallpox, which swept across the nation killing at least 90% of them. The pox was probably brought to this country unintenionally by European fishermen that had been fishing in the Georges Banks for centuries! The reason why the Roanoke Island settlement didn’t flourish was because of the strength of the Indians, just a few years later when Jamestown was settled the pox had killed so many Indians that they really weren’t in a position to defeat the invaders.
      Plymouth Colony, just a few years later, was settled and the Pilgrims used vacant fields the Indians had cleared but no longer were able to farm because of a lack of numbers. The Pilgrims also ate corn (maize) the dead Indians had stored to help them survive, which also caused the Indians ire to be aroused, but because of a lack of numbers, a war was averted.
      The pox may also have had something to do with the Indians low birth rate.
      A very interesting book on this topic was written by Charles Mann and titled “1491”. There are many others, including a lot of nonsense, but this one talks about the Indians both before, and after, the smallpox plagues.
      Also, contrary to popular belief, the Indians technological level did not hamper them in their wars against the settlers. The vast number of new immigrants did!

      I would argue only with use of the term Native Americans. There are no native Americans. Closest you can come is first Americans. Native is a term that attempts to confer a position or right above another group or groups. All ‘first’ Americans immigrated from Asia. No **** sapien sapien originated in America. There is no such thing as a ‘native’ American.

      @ Diane Tx. We have the technology to close the border and cheaply. No prohibitively expensive fence needed. (Although I’m sure there are companies that would love that contract to build one.) It’s called laser. I’m sure it could be hand carried, vehicle or tower mounted. While we spend billions to protect citizens abroad airplanes, we invite them to cross the southern borders unimpeded.

    Obama is the dreamer. He is not operating in reality and is in a dream state himself. He is a danger to this nation. Why is no one (we know Holder is not going to, for he needs arresting himself. Who can arresting this man? Look back in history and see how it is done. I think one or so has been sucessfully impeached and removed. See how they went about it and who stepped in until the election. There is no one there fit to take his place on their ticket (maybe Hillary Clinton could finish out his term.) That is not the fault of most of the citizens.

    If we don’t make any changes in November believing things can’t get any better; Here is what we all have to look forward to starting Jan.1, 2013:
    A couple making $250,000 can expect $3000 to $4000 in additional monthly taxes
    A couple making $150,000 can expect $1200 to $1400 in additional monthly taxes.
    The taxes will result from increased tax rates. Those currently paying 33 percent percent will pay 36 percent, those paying 35 percent will be paying 40 percent, etc.

    Wages are currently taxed for Social Security at 6.2percent with a ceiling of about $100,000. The ceiling will be lifted and all wages will be subject to Social Security. For the self-employed this will be 12.4 percent not 6.2 percent.

    Plans are to eliminate deductions for mortgage interest, charitable giving, and state and local tax payments for those making more than $250,000. For those making less than $250,000 a 7 percent or 8 percent tax credit in lieu of the deductions.

    Obamacare will take a huge amount of taxes and destroy private health insurance providers. For the small business, initially it will be cheaper to pay the penalty than purchase insurance for your employees. Then the penalty will be increased so high you will be forced to buy your insurance from a government exchange (I know you were told you could keep the policy you currently have, but remember your company will be out of business). Remember the U.S. Supreme Court ruled it constitutional as a tax.

    Romney is going to have to have a whole batallion of people just to undo the harm Obama has reeked upon this country to get it done int the first term. We need a temporary President who could replace Obama and his wreched cohorts. All of them need to go at once that he has appointed. We need someone from a temporary agency would be better than this insane man who should not be there in the first place. We may have to get both speakers of the house(s) to run that place until we can get someone elected. Romney could maybe run against Hillary Clinton or someone who is willing to run that is a popular democrat until they can find someone they want to run. This President has got to go. They can hold an election in November and again the following November if they must, but they need to realize this President has lost his marbles if he ever had any. Obama and none of those he brought into positions that are endangering the security of this nation should be there. They let this happen and if we have to patch work, until we can get a solid election going, then that is what it should be. I am serious. This is wild, but I am serious. That man is not fit to head this country any longer than they can get him out.

      There are articles pertaining to impeachment which have to be applied in regard to what you mentioned. There is a procedure that has to be followed. Failure to follow the provisions provided for by congress pushes the issue into a “democracy” feared by the founders. The literal translation being: “mob rule.” Which always slides into anarchy as shown by history. This could still allow Marxists the means to usurp power, by entering America to quell rebellion and civil war. China, Russia, and the U.N. could occupy our soil, saying they are only here to help.

    I have relatives in Europe who have been on a waiting list for years. When my mother came to America, she had to have a sponsor who would guarantee she would not become a public charge. Then, she had to wait five years to apply for citizenship, at which time she had to present a certificate attesting to the fact that she could read and write English.
    Now Obama intends to bring millions of people into our country, when we already have millions of unemployed Americans. Isn’t it obvious to everyone now that he is following the Cloward-Piven plan to destroy our economy to make it ripe for a UN takeover, with himself as dictator?

Nikita Khrushchev told the Soviet cabinet that there was a long range plan to drop the defense of the West. Beginning with the removal of the Berlin wall, Europeans and Americans falsely believed that millions of communists simply switched to Capitalism. And everyone believed it.       Triple the government estimate of illegals in the country. More than forty five million in the last 10 years. Remember they are receiving money and services for free, so the only paper trail would be access to a government database providing payments. There is an electronic trail and an accountant and his team could crunch numbers if they had access. Anonymous however probably has no desire to hack those records. Obama should get a section 8 right out the door. This man is not competent to serve in much of any capacity, let alone in our White House. Those who obey these orders are humoring an insane man.     So, if a 50 year old sex offender crosses the border, but enrolls in Jr. High and is working towards his diploma……we can’t deport him until after the Prom, or he gets to stay if he knocks up a teacher. I think I understand the law now.
