Hollywood Legend Don Rickles Makes Fun of…Obama?!

How many times have you watched one of the modern world’s supposed comedy geniuses and wondered frustratedly to yourself, “Why are all the jokes about Republicans? When are they going to catch on that the Democrats are worthy of mockery, too?” Well, look no further – Hollywood comedian Don Rickles, who roasted Ronald Reagan to his face while Reagan was still governor of California – is apparently more than willing to be an equal opportunity offender. From the Hollywood Reporter:

Don Rickles nearly hijacked the American Film Institute’s tribute to Shirley MacLaine on Thursday night at Sony Pictures Studios, unleashing a trademark barrage of insults that took aim at President Obama, Warren Beatty, Jack Nicholson and the honoree herself.

“I shouldn’t make fun of the blacks,” Rickles said, and then proceeded to do just that: “President Obama is a personal friend of mine. He was over to the house yesterday, but the mop broke.”

The black-tie crowd, gathered to celebrate MacLaine, the 40th recipient of the AFI’s Life Achievement Award, alternately gasped at the 86-year-old comic’s put-downs and then found themselves laughing and applauding.

86 year old Comedy Legend Don Rickles Mocks President Obama With Racially Tinged Joke

Don Rickles

Now, ordinarily one might expect this sort of thing to be a career ending move. But Rickles is 86 years old, and his career has long since passed into the lore of Hollywood. He is literally too well-regarded among his fellow entertainers to be at all damaged, which means that unlike so many other Hollywood denizens, he can focus on what’s funny regardless of who it offends.

And for those who immediately want to scream “racism” over Rickles’ comments, you can watch his roast of Ronald Reagan below. Note that Rickles was just as un-PC when taking on the then-Governor, which was doubly impressive because Reagan was sitting right next to him (and guffawing all the way through it). If anyone’s earned the right to pick on whoever he likes, it’s Don Rickles:

@10-32inIdaho….”That is why it [mop] broke, just like everything he touches it breaks.”

I started reading “The Amateur” last night night, and everything about Obama is broken. This man will go down in history not as the first black US president but as the most narcissistic US president, who almost got away with destroying the country.

Thank God for the TEA Party and all other patriots who are working hard to keep Americans informed of the truth. I have faith that our country will not be destroyed by self-centered evil-doers like Obama and his ilk, because we’ve become a strong united and principled nation we once were.

One thing that makes me mad reading The Blaze are all these “stub stories” like this one. Small chunks of text that allude to some bigger story but we are too stupid or too impatient to get down in the grass and get details. Here we are told about one “mop joke” that didn’t seem that hilarious. But we were told everybody was in the throws of laughter. Were there more jokes not retold here at the Blaze? Something funny? Something about how he had to wear a porkchop around his neck as a kid to get his dog to play with him? Nothing? oh well…

Obama is nothing to laugh about. You don’t laugh about vile evil acts commited by leaders. Obama should be tried for Constitutional treason. He took an oath on the Bible or Quran or whatever to defend, uphold, and support the Constitution of the US of A. He has inttentionally and willfully failed. Nov. is not the answer. He should be charged and tried immediately.

Back in the 1950s we used to have practice drills for nuclear strike. We would climb under our desks and take the pencils and stuff out of our pockets. Being 20 miles from Grifiss Airforce Base made this a joke. There was only one thing we could really do. Kiss our a$$e$ goodby. I am afraid that your generation is in about the same position we were but a lot worse off. This country is falling down and getting ready for the NWO. Former President Bush (Sr.) used to talk about “a New World Order” and people would cheer because they had no idea what he was talking about. Now we know.

Soon the DHS will come for your family. Your family will be removed by force if necessary. They will be taken to processing center under the guise of a terrorist false flag or real threat. Your family will be stripped, washed down, innoculated, no pets can come, given a hospital gown to put on, locked in, and tagged, your children may be transferred to another location. During this time your home will be searched and your guns taken. Next, the Rapid Response centers will dole you out to a more permanent Interment and Relocation Camp where you are expected to remain silent and do as you are told. You will remain until your threat level is determined. One such camp in Alaska can hold 3 million slaves. It all finished ready to move into. Google it. You are headed into Nazi Germany folks. You have given up all your freedoms without a fight. Ron Paul was the last chance you had to restore the Republic by a vote. It’s over. You will be a work camp slave within 15 years.
There’s 26,000 clergy pledged and sworn in the US to help FEMA silence the public when this happens. Some are paid. The clergy are to get you to surrender peacefully to FEMA. The clergy are to talk you out of resistance.
