Homeland Security Staffer Tweets — Then Deletes — ‘Happy May Day!’

A Department of Homeland Security staffer on Tuesday tweeted, “Happy May Day! #solidarity” to mark what’s typically a day of labor union strike, according to a report in the Daily Caller.
As The Blaze reported, May Day saw some violent protests around the country, including attempts to reinvigorate the Occupy Wall Street movement.
Nate Snyder, a special adviser for “community partnership and strategic engagement,” posted the tweet Tuesday evening, according to the report. By Wednesday afternoon, the tweet had been deleted and Snyder’s entire Twitter profile was made private.

Homeland Security officials have not commented on Snyder’s message, nor on his social media profile being pulled from public view.
According to the Daily Caller, Snyder’s Twitter bio had previously identified him as an “Obama administration official at DHS.” That description has since been removed, though still comes up in part through a Google search:
Snyder’s LinkedIn profile states he’s been at his current Homeland Security position since March 2011 and previously worked for the SEIU in three separate stints, most recently as “Inauguration Logistics Lead/Political Staff” from Dec. 2008 to March 2009.

Posted on May 2, 2012 at 5:37pmAlthough not the point of this article, it brings to mind the difficulty a new president would have in running a goverment with so many liberals, union plants, and other assorted trash in every level.
Of course it’s normal for a president to dismiss the top staffers and department heads and replace them with his own choices. But what if this guy, who’s obviously a total union lackey, is just a small example of an adminstration that has filled every position and post with it’s own ilk.
It would take years to clean house, and even then it‘s doubtful you’ll get em all. And of course during those years these people will leak everything they can to the press, and do what they can to sabatoge the efficiency of the administration.
How can you clean house, if it’s that dirty?

As teams go they’re hard to beat. I remember one game where we were playing one of those all star international teams…you know where the rules are all screwy, and it seems really unfair?
…anyway, unknown to us, the other team was allowed 44 players on the field all at once. We were told it would only be 10 but that darned management gets it wrong sometimes… You should have seen their line up! They were not very skilled individually, but they didn’t really need to be because in addition to international rules allowing them 44 players on the field, they also let them play multiple interchanging positions! So a 1st basement could become a pitcher, and vice versa!
Boy! what a crazy game that was. Balls were flying let me tell you!
But wouldn’t you know it! it was a night game. And I guess those darned international rules, forgot how well the Ranger Team see’s in the dark!
Whew! So a disaster was avoided, and we won the game. I got dinged in the helmet with one of their baseballs, but all in all it was a great game, and fun for everyone!
Well…the opposinng team didn’t take it real well, but they are not talking anymore. So I guess it doesn’t matter.
