Huckabee: Obama Promised Young Voters ‘Pie in the Sky, and They Got Pie in the Face’

Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee said Saturday the young people who turned out in droves to vote Barack Obama into office were promised “pie in the sky” — but what they got was “pie in the face.”
Commenting on a recent Fox News poll that pegged young voters’ support for Obama about 10 points below its 2008 level, the Fox News host said it’s not surprising they might feel disenfranchised.
“A lot of these kids who were all excited about Barack Obama four years ago either got out of college or they’re in college now,” Huckabee said during Fox News’ “Fox & Friends Weekend.“ ”What they’re finding, they’re $45,000 on average in student debt when they got out of school and they can‘t get a job and they’re moving back in with mom and dad. That’s not exactly the hope and the change they were looking for.”
He said those voters wouldn’t necessarily break for Romney — more likely, they’ll just stay home.
“But if they stay home, that’s devastating for Barack Obama. He has to have that youth vote,” Huckabee said.
Young voters are also unlikely to care about Obama’s explanation that Congress is a roadblock to getting anything significant accomplished, he added.
“They don’t care about the process. I mean, if you’re 22 years old, do you really care about the intricacies of legislation? No, what you you care about is results,” he said. “They’ve got a president that promised them great things, pie in the sky, and they got pie in the face.”

There was one person on there saying he would vote for Obama again because of Obamacare and how with his 3 jobs he needed it. Obviously he had no understanding of the big picture with Obamacare and that it was his pocket that was being picked to pay for others….and that the coverage is not going to be what everyone is used to. Some think it will just be the same but cover more. It won’t be and there needs to be a discussion with these young people to explain the unintended and the intended consequences of obamacare. They take the soundbites and the salespitches and only process those because they are too inexperence to understand all of it.

What have you heard about a company called SYCTL?
SCYTL is a Spanish online voting company. It is owned by George Soros. In January, SCYTL bought the largest vote processing corporation in the United States, SOE.
SOE is a Tampa based company that supplies the election software which records, counts, and reports the votes of Americans in 26 states and 900 total jurisdictions–across the nation.
It’s the largest election results reporting company in the US, and it provides reports right down to the precinct level. But before going anywhere else, those election returns are routed to individual, company servers where the people who run them get ‘first look’ at results and the ability to immediately and privately examine vote details throughout the USA. But now, what’s extremely troubling, is this: although the votes will be cast in hometown American precincts on Election Day, with this Barcelona-based SCYTL taking charge of the process, they will be routed and counted overseas.
Add to that fact, this one: The CEO of SCYTL, Pere Valles, is a confirmed socialist who donated heavily to the 2008 Obama campaign and lived in Chicago during Obama’s time as Illinois State Senator. Unfortunately, given what is known about the character of Barack Obama, this is a threat of unthinkable consequences.
