Hugo Chavez: Gadhafi was a Martyr, His Killing an Outrage

Hugo Chavez and Moammar Gadhafi, pictured here in 2007, were close allies.

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez expressed outrage over the death of Moammar Gadhafi, calling the deceased Libyan dictator a “martyr” and his killing an “outrage.”

“Sadly the death of Gadhafi has been confirmed,” Chavez told reporters in Venezuela on Thursday, AFP reported. “They assassinated him. It is another outrage.”

The two leaders were allies and friends over the years, welcoming one another to their respective countries and presenting each other with gifts and honors.

According to CNN, Chavez learned of Gadhafi’s death as he returned Thursday from Cuba, where he’s been receiving treatment for cancer.

“I was talking with [Cuban leader] Raul Castro. He was telling me ‘Gadhafi is going to get killed for sure,’” Chavez said. “I will remember him all of my life as a great fighter, a revolutionary and a martyr.”

Chavez has refused to recognize the new Libyan regime, calling the country’s new U.N. representative a “dummy” and a “puppet,” according to AFP. Earlier this year, he offered to help mediate the unfolding political crisis, an offer that did not gain much traction though one Gadhafi reportedly accepted.

“Live and be victorious. We’re with you,” Chavez said in August, addressing Gadhafi during a speech.

Chavez also had harsh words for the U.S., saying “the empire” is determined to destroy the world.

“The saddest thing is that in its quest to dominate the world, the empire and its allies are setting it on fire,” he said.

Very curious that President Obama is not mentioned by name by Hugo but if Bush were president there would have been a tirade directed at him calling him every name in the book including the devil. What is one to make of such silence? Take a guess!

And wasn‘t Hillary’s comments and bizarre laughter strange as well? Sean Penn was just recently in Libya wasn’t he? Does anyone know why? We all know that he is Hugo’s pal. Shylow might have something here . Sadam and Osama also had several look alikes. These people in those countries think it’s an honor to die for their beliefs. How do we know that it was actually any of them? At what lengths will they go to enforce global law? I have never been into conspiracy theories or paranoia until now, but so many things just don’t add up. I try to keep my head on straight and remain logical but honestly I don’t know any more. You have to look at it from every angle and with this vast group of characters it’s difficult to keep up with. So why all of a sudden is Obama supporting the killings of theses leaders when before he was appologizing for our past actions? We all know that whoever takes over in Libya won’t be a friend to the United States. First he is bowing down and kissing their butts and suddenly he is taking them out? Yet he turns his back on Israel? His butt buddy fellow OWS supporters are a shadey list of violent organizations and individuals. I smell a big worldwide evil progressive agenda and nothing good will come from it.

Hugo should follow suit to martyrdom. Gadafi died with plastic keys to heaven in hand, where 75 virgins, or 75 virginal boys await him. Allah, and Gadafi, stick that in your turbins!! Sorry I mispelled his name, but he doesn’t deserve proper spelling of it anywho!!!

There is a large Muslim presence on the Isla de Margarita. there are many flights between Iran & Venezuela. Hugo is upset that a safe stopover & refueling point for the Iranians is gone.

It might be reestablished, but for now the future is more iffy.

Of course there are no Islamicists in Venezuela who would use that country as a base of operations against the U.S.

Don’t you worry about a thing, Hugo baby! I’ll be sending a crap load more money to you from these dimwits so you can keep on drilling while at the same time bringing these stupid Americans to their knees. Soon we’ll be together, laugh and talk about your amazingly accurate historical book you gave me. And who knows? Maybe you‘ll be able to give me some pointers on how to confiscate the world’s land away from those greedy Americans for the greater good. And as for our buddy, Mr Libyan himself, I had to get rid of someone to make these fools think I‘m on ’their side‘ while taking another chunk out of their ’precious’ Constitution. Ya know what Hugo? They think that old scrap of paper is gonna save them. Poor peasants…In closing, my Comrade, don’t sweat the small things, our bud Gadhafi knew it was gonna have to happen at some point and he does have those virgins to look forward to. Just remember our creed, The End Justifies the Means and It’s All For the Greater Good. Repeat 3 times while clicking your heels and all will be well.
Love in the name of our father lucifer,
    BoBo obama xoxoxo
PS Don’t complain too loud, I would hate to see your cancer ‘act up’ again for the, well, you know, Greater Good.

The more bad guys eliminated, Ghadaffi, LRA, Al Qaeda, but Obama still down in the polls, he might off Hugo for the poll numbers to save his own sorry a$$.

Then there is the Soros angle. If Soros has a piece of Uganda’s oil projects & got the U.S. to secure the area for him, he might ask Obama to do the same in Venezuela.

Still a crazy dictator, but he knows a rogue move when he sees one. (Libya) This is about appeasing radical Islam, not democracy for any of these other countries.
