During a Thursday interview on “The View,” Republican presidential contender Jon Hunstman blasted former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin for “stringing people along” over whether she would decide to run for president in 2012. Huntsman, who also asserted that Palin is making money “doing what she’s doing,“ suggested it would have been foolish of Palin to give up her current ”business” for an uncertain presidential race.
“There’s too much drama and theater in politics,” Huntsman told the View’s hosts. “I mean come on. You string people along. Everybody who has anything to do with politics knew she wasn’t going to get in the race. She has a profit proposition, she’s got a business. She makes money doing what she’s doing. Who on earth is going to leave that for the uncertainty of presidential politics?”
When asked if he believed her decision was made because she wanted to spend more time with her family, Huntsman answered, “Hey, my family is here. I get to spend time with my family.”

Posted on October 7, 2011 at 9:48amHuntsman is parroting the party line. Palin didnt string anyone along. The media wont leave her alone. If by some miracle Huntsman is the republican nominee I will not vote. The man is an elitist plant in the Republican party who in the time of JFK and Hubert Humphrey would have been a Democrat.

Posted on October 7, 2011 at 9:26amThis guy is such a condescending dweeb. I guess it makes him feel cool to insult conservative members of his party on Barbara Walter’s “the View”. He has no business being in the GOP debates next week!!!!!!!!!!!
He was in the media yesterday blaming Romney for states bumping up their primary dates. I think he is a Democratic plant whose main goal is to divide the party so Obama can stay in the white house.
For all we know, the Democrats will probably replace Joe Biden with Jon Huntsman as V.P..
Go Romney/Cain 2012!

Huntsman wouldn‘t be anywhere if not for his daddy’s money!!! He has never really had to work a day in his life… Everything he has he has been given… Basically, he is a posterboy for the new Democrat party… So please tell me why should anyone care what he says???

Posted on October 7, 2011 at 7:52amKind of like Huntsman “stringing people along” that he is a conservative Republican and a serious presidential contender. I like Palin because she always flushes out the liberals. She is very valuable in this role.

Posted on October 7, 2011 at 7:18amYou’re ticked at her for quitting what? She wasn’t running, and thank God. When one of her kids goes out to socialize, and can’t get through the evening without her mother being called a whore by some wack, she would be crazy to put herself, and her family, through a campaign.
Sarahpac uses money to help conservative candidates get elected all over the country. Those of you who think Sarah Palin is ‘quitting’ anything, stay tuned.

Posted on October 7, 2011 at 6:04amHhhmm. Will we see the JonStewart clip from last p.m.? $ARAHPAC shilled for your bucks as recently as 2 weeks ago under the guise that she may still run. Months ago Bristol said that her mom had already decided but they were keeping it in the family. Send to $ARAHPAC, send to Cain’s PAC.hohum.

Posted on October 7, 2011 at 6:01amHmmmmm, interesting. Let’s change this statement a little bit……
Huntsman said……
“There’s too much drama and theater in politics,” Huntsman told the View’s hosts. “I mean come on. You string people along. Everybody who has anything to do with politics knew she wasn’t going to get in the race. She has a profit proposition, she’s got a business. She makes money doing what she’s doing. Who on earth is going to leave that for the uncertainty of presidential politics?”
Now, let’s see how this works…..
There’s too much drama and theater in politics.” “I mean come on. You string people along. Everybody who has anything to do with politics knew he wasn’t a conservative. He has a profit proposition, he’s got a business. He’s making money doing what he’s doing. Who on earth is going to say he‘s a conservative when really he’s just a rino?”

Honestly he is such a slime ball that if he were to ever hold any kind of significant office, I think I’d run for sure…not sure where to, but any where away from him. He is as offensive to me as Obama, in fact, they even look alike: big ears, big egos, big mouths, all teeth and nothing worthy emanating from either of their fat lips. Arrogance knows no bounds with the likes of these two.

Posted on October 7, 2011 at 3:08amAt least Palin had the good sense not to get in the race, unlike Huntsman, who is irrelevant and needs to just give up and go home. That said, I‘m glad Palin’s not running. I couldn‘t stand her in the last election and wouldn’t go for her this time around either, as President or VP. Now if only she’ll stay out of the spotlight. The less I have to see or hear her, the better.

She may not have beaten him and with Michelle Bachman jumping in to beat her to the punch didn’t help either. Michelle is a true conservative but without the vibrant energy and personality that Sarah has.

I also no longer support Mrs Palin…
she has proven to be a quitter when we really needed her.
Huntsman is right about her leading us on.. since we could have been supportting a real candidate and giving them money instead of sarahpac.
If she shows up on a ticket as vice pres… I may not vote at all… and yes I am TICKED at her for quitting….

Posted on October 7, 2011 at 1:05pmJust how much money and time and effort did you put into Sarah’s possible run? She didn’t promise you or anyone she was going to run from Day 1. This is still a free country for the time being anyway, and she is free to do as she see’s fit. People gave to her and supported her because they liked her message and her guts. That all is still there. It will now be directed towards getting Congressmen relected and the Senate back in Republican’s hands. She was greatly responsible for the Congress going back to the Republican’s in 2010. The rise and popularity of the Tea Party. I don’t call that letting her supporters down!
