The big television news magazine story that aired this week, in regards to the life of Steve Jobs, was on CBS’s 60 Minutes Sunday night. Saturday Night Live recorded in dress rehearsal another Jobs tribute last week that didn’t make it to the air. This satirical episode of the Charlie Rose show has Rose (Bill Hader), Mark Zuckerberg (Andy Samberg), Arianna Huffington (Nasim Pedrad), Reed Hastings (Jason Sudeikis) and Rupert Murdoch (Fred Armisen) discussing Jobs’ impact in a way only SNL could:
What were some sketches picked over the mock Charlie Rose interview? The Manuel Ortiz Show, J-Pop America Fun Time Now!, and Lord Wyndemere.

Posted on October 29, 2011 at 10:52pmI can see why this skit didn’t air, you can’t play the “Liberals trying to hide anything bad about Liberals” card here …. The skit blew chunks. This skit, like Saturday Night Live in the last decade or two, just wasn’t funny.

Posted on October 26, 2011 at 9:15amLiberals have no sense of humor, when it come to their False Icons. That is why it was never aired. 1st Rule: Never make fun of ourselves. Especially, when we are about to enslave the world.

Report Post »Father Knows Best and Leave it to Beaver. Saturday Night Live was great when it began in the 70′s.
Since then, SNL has deteriorated to the role of a vacuum cleaner with weak talent and delusional direction. Have to go, there is an infomercial coming on of the Dean Martin Show !

Posted on October 25, 2011 at 10:59amSNL hasn’t had any real comedy for at least 20 years. Just smirking New York Liberals pretending to be superior to the great unwashed of mainstream America (Yeah, I’m talking to you, Tina Fey). It’s got to be part of the reason that NBC continues to drop viewers. The next big businesses to fail in America will be NBC and ABC. CBS somehow manages to survive; but the others are losing viewers quickly. Maybe it’s the morally-bankrupt sitcoms with canned laughter – or the sportscasters and “news” anchors who don’t even try to hide their leftist political leanings. Out of touch.

Posted on October 25, 2011 at 11:45am@huskerdave – I think maybe you haven’t seen many episodes. You have to watch the parody of POTUS and Chinese’s Paramount Leader Hu Jintao called “China would like their money back” on HULU You will be surprised at their honesty and clarity of Obama’s efforts to run the US
Then they did another joking about the G20 where they said Glenn Beck was right about buying Gold!
I dare you not to ROTFL after watching these!!! I guess even a broken watch is right 2x a day!!!

Posted on October 25, 2011 at 2:35amFunny, Steve Jobs was a complete failure. Apple went bankrupt and Bill Gates put 6 billion of his own money into the company to keep it solvent(to fight off antitrust suits against MS)
Rupert Murdock consistently takes failing media and makes it a success…
Here’s a picture that sums it all up:

Posted on October 25, 2011 at 6:43am“Until 1994, Bill Gates was described as the stingiest man in the world.” It was only after Gates recognized a crafty way to appear generous and simultaneously keep all his money that he had a change of heart. “Bill and Melinda Gates lied about actually giving away their money. It’s an old trick. First, you start a tax-exempt foundation with yourself at the head. Technically, you give up ownership of the money, but you maintain control of it. By this means, business investments or other assets can continue to be of benefit to you, but you don’t have to pay taxes on them. What’s more, it can be tax deductible as charitable giving.” Of the six major areas of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, two of them pertain to vaccinations such as; the Sabin polio vaccination. Although the discoverer/developer of the polio vaccination; Jonas Salk condemned using live polio viruses in the vaccination, Gates uses live polio viruses in the vaccinations he “generously” donates to the poorest countries in the world. Gates said, “If we do a really great job on new vaccines, healthcare, reproductive health services…we could lower population by 10%-15%….” In addition, Bill Gates is the new owner of the Monsanto Corporation.

Posted on October 25, 2011 at 8:42amSteve Jobs a failure! Really? Methinks I smell envy.
Bill Gates was sued for stealing Apple’s operating system. (Which he did.) So Bill’s 6B was to pay back for what he stole years before.
Never have had a crash or virus with my Macs since 1994.
