‘I Gotta Get My S–’: Obama’s Newest Gaffe?

Microphones can catch powerful people saying the darnedest things. Especially when they‘re turned on and the powerful people don’t realize it.
Is President Obama is the latest victim of this trend? You see, the President recently accepted the Barnard Medal of Distinction – the highest honor conferred by Barnard College in New York – after giving the school’s commencement address. Yet while going to retrieve the medal, Obama got a little too close to the very mic from which he delivered that address, and may have let loose a gaffe that has very quickly gone viral.
The first to notice the apparent hiccup was Huffington Post reporter Ethan Klapper, who took to Twitter to write the following:
The apparent expletive that would follow should be obvious. To be fair to Obama, the video is less than clear, and it’s possible that he could have just said “stuff.” However, the Tweet above suggests otherwise.

Occasionally I am exposed to a clip from a speech or something, but it doesn’t irritate me and sicken me nearly as much as hearing him spouting the same misleading statements, lies,and pandering at length. Cure your nausea and lower your blood pressure, just don’t listen to him. If you have to just read what he said online – easier than listening to me also.

Interesting thing – you can analyze visual clues to his thinking much easier with the sound off ….. as in, his lying and missing mentation on a subject are clear as 127 point typeface.
Do not torture yourself unduly. We have lots more infuriating stuff coming from this bag and his crew.

When I was in high school (early 80′s) I went to an Oakridge Boys concert. There were teenage girls in front of us (me and my parents) screaming their heads off every time the bass singer sang or looked in their direction (”Richard! Ooooh, RICHARD!”) Right before the concert was over, one turned to the other one and said, “Let’s go get our money.” Of course people pay people to sit in the crowd and cheerlead for them. It’s called mob mentality. You‘ll do in a crowd what the crowd is doing even if you wouldn’t do it by yourself. It makes you feel safe to do it. Put in other terms, if you feel like saying “AMEN!” at church, but you‘re in a church that doesn’t vocalize much, you probably won’t. But go to a church where everyone is saying it, and you’ll feel more like it yourself.

Fifty-year old manure spreader. Not sure of brand. Said to have been produced in Kenya. Used for a few years in Indonesia before being smuggled into the US via Hawaii. Of questionable pedigree. Does not appear to have ever been worked hard. Apparently it was pampered by various owners over the years. It doesn’t work very often, but when it does it can really sling the s— for amazing distances. I am hoping to retire the manure spreader this November.
I really don’t want it hanging around getting in the way. I would prefer a foreign buyer to relocate the manure spreader out of the country. I would be willing to trade it for a nicely framed copy of the United States Constitution
