‘I Need an Ambulance’: Hear the 911 Call the Texas Dad Made After Beating His Daughter’s Alleged Molester to Death

Authorities in Lavaca County, Texas have released audio of the 911 call a father made after beating his 5-year-old daughter’s alleged molester to death.

“I need an ambulance,” the man says in the recording, panic rising in his voice. “I need an ambulance because this guy was raping my daughter and I beat him up. I don’t know what to do!”

“OK, OK,” the dispatcher says.

“I need an ambulance,” he repeats. “Can you help me?”

As The Blaze previously reported, a grand jury on Tuesday declined to indict the father — who has not been named to protect his daughter’s identity — in the death of 47-year-old Jesus Mora Flores.

Police responding to the scene found Flores’ pants and underwear pulled down on his lifeless body, and authorities said forensic evidence and witness accounts corroborated the father’s story that his daughter was being attacked.

A man just killed another man with his bare hands and he has to give driving directions to emergency services, what kind of crap is that???? At the very least I would think emergency responders would have a GPS.

Javasan here is your answer –
    Molest
late 14c., “to cause trouble, grief, or vexation,” from O.Fr. molester (12c.), from L. molestare “to disturb, trouble, annoy,“ from molestus ”troublesome,“ perhaps related to moles ”mass” (see mole (3)) on notion of either “burden” or “barrier.“ Meaning ”sexually assault”

    V.S.
    Rape
    1250–1300; (v.) Middle English rapen < Anglo-French raper < Latin rapere to seize, carry off by force, plunder; (noun) Middle English < Anglo-French ra ( a ) p ( e ), derivative of raper

Not just to take from but to cause grief/pain/suffering as well. That POS got away easy. His victim and the family will be scarred for life. I hope the father takes some comfort in knowing that he has probably spared others from being victimized.

Why is it that every god damn 911 operator has a damn attitude when the answer a call. At a time when someone needs someone attentive and understanding they come out with attitude, I just don’t get it. Retail customer service reps are more pleasant when answering the phone and they have to listen to people freaking out for what ever reason…just be NICE 911 !!!!

Please dont take the name of God in vain . Also dont blame all 911 operators . You should listen to the way we are often cursed and and abused when asking important questions that we need to know… “Shut the F up and just get here ” or stop asking me stupid F’ing questions ” doesnt help when we need to know if you need police, fire, medics or all of the above… Also many people continue to argue and scream at other parties while they are on the 911 lines with us…. often they wont even answer basic questions because they would rather fight with the other party . If you have a problem with a rude operator report them so that their Supervisor can listen to the tape and take action if necessary. Not all of us are mean and rotten.

Why is raping a 5 year old refered to as molesting? Why isn’t rape of a child called rape? The father reacted like a man protecting his 5 year daughter. I sorry they had to endure this.

I was wondering the same thing: why it was being reported as a “molestation” when the father said rape. Disgusting.

The very fact this even went to a Grand Jury shows where we have gone as a nation. The court was saying, ” how dare you take away this mans right to be a child molester.” If you take the law into your own hands and KILL MONSTERS you will face THE STATE…

No, this was the right course. A group of people who are chosen and sworn in, decided by the facts that no bill of indictment could be issued for this death that was ruled a homacide by the coroner.Homicide is death at the hands of another person. In this case the evidence was there that it was a justifible homicide. End of story, unless of course Holder gets involved, but I suspect he is a bit busy right now. It takes the weight of guilt off Dad, although it will cause him heartache the rest of his life that this occured, he defended his child and the law has spoken.

When someone DIES, there should be an investigation. Based on what I understand, they should not have charged the dad. Glad that they won’t. Also glad that things are investigated.

      Alvin

If your comment applies to the father, he is not above the law. A legally constituted Grand Jury found the homicide justified under Texas law.

No jury in Texas or elsewhere would convict the father, well maybe in CA, or NY, but not anywhere else. My prayers are with the father and his daughter.

At our house here in Texas, we watch the news at least twice every day. Most of the time when a hit and run, a rape, a murder, a drunk & disorderly, etc is reported on TV, it’s always an illegal or someone with 3 hardcore Mexican names. I’m not stereotyping when I say this; 99 times out of 100 it’s the case. Watch your local news, especially if you’re here in Texas, and as they announce the story, see if I’m not right at the end. In this case, Jesus Mora Flores.

I can’t imagine knowing what your dad is capable of to protect you. He will be scarred and will ALWAYS be his daughters’ hero. I hope my daughters understand I would do the same. Hero. Period.

Good for this man. Glad he did what he had to do. He’s not the monster some Austin liberals trie to paint him out to be. He called the cops and EMS…..that’s not something an animal does…. The animal, was the thing this father had to put down with extreme prejudice…..

One less perv in the prison system to be let out on good behavior so they can do their thing….again and again….and again.

You have that correct Cougar. Their sentences are not long enough, and pedophiles cannot be “cured”, sick or not, they are altering the lives of children forever, and many of them have escalated to killing out of either their panic or enjoyment.

      Cougar,
If you would please, I would like to know who these individuals are that wanted this father arrested and charged. Can you link us to any news stories or videos? I think it is important for the citizens of the Great State of Texas to know who their “neighbors” are.

Marci you’re correct also. I have worked with pedophiles in the past as a community protection specialist. What that means is I’m usually with in eye sight of them when they are out in public. (baby sitter) would be more accurate description. They don’t get well and never change and if you met one, you would think he/she would never hurt a child. Most of them groom the parents first then groom the child. They are a cancer on society and should be surgically removed permanently. I wish the state I live in would put specialist like me out of business.
