If You Are Running for U.S. Senate Try Not to Threaten People With Death

LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — A write-in candidate for U.S. Senate in Iowa has been arrested on the University of Nebraska-Lincoln campus after allegedly threatening a student worker who was removing his campaign signs.
UNL’s assistant police chief, Carl Oestmann (EAST-man), says 41-year-old Philip Storey, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, was being held Saturday in the Lancaster County jail.
Authorities didn’t know whether he had an attorney. A message left at a number listed for Storey wasn’t immediately returned.
Oestmann says Storey approached the student about 8 a.m. Thursday and threatened to kill her or send someone to kill her if she continued to take his signs. Campaign signs aren’t allowed on university property.
Oestmann says Storey was arrested Friday afternoon on suspicion of making terroristic threats.

I know Lincoln isn’t all that far from Council Bluffs , but 40 to fifty miles (on my atlas page) is still forty to fifty miles and in a different state.

Even Americans who are bad eggs are still Americans. According ot the Patriot Act, which had these sunset provisions removed by Obama himself, this guy can be ‘detained’ forever. No lawyer, no judge if that’s so deemed by whomever, or he may get one. May not. If the charges they made of terrorism stick, and I am most certainly sure they will, they can ‘disappear’ him into the system forever. That bothers me a lot. He deserves his trial by his peers and sentenced accordingly if found guilty. Notice I said if, not when. Our court system isn’t perfect, but it’s the best dang thing in the world thus so far. I am not fighting the system to restore Constitional Values and Founding Principles just to be as bad as the people currently in charge.

The Term “TERRORIST” is the latest “Semantical Perjorative” to be used by the Powers that Be, meant to marginalize ANYBODY that disagrees with being a SLAVE to the Ruling Elites. ESPECIALLY ANYONE that refuses to bow to the GOVERNMENT’S self granted “EXCLUSIVE FRANCHISE on VIOLENCE”.
As we make the final laps on the “Run Up to CIVIL WAR” in this country, the Government Elite’s “ILLUSION of INVINCIBILITY” is wearing thin, and they are keenly aware of this.
